Addressed minor spend control gaps while providing AI-driven visibility and self-service procurement
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Intake-to-Procure is that it has been truly transformative for our organization. By consolidating our fragmented tools into a single platform, it has delivered full visibility across procurement, AP, and all key stakeholders. The UX is sleek and highly intuitive, making it incredibly easy to customize workflows and configure punch-out catalogs. The platform's AI capabilities have been a game-changer. The out-of-the-box and customized agentic AI features deflect a massive amount of workload. Procurement can now self-manage requests independently using our own playbooks, hence eliminating the need to wait on other teams.
What is most valuable?
The AI features of Intake-to-Procure specifically help my team by allowing us to achieve incredible milestones. We have a 38% reduction in effort per case, a 60% reduction in application toggles, a 60% reduction in manual interactions per case, and a 65% deflection of legal requests using agentic output, a number we expect to optimize even further as we roll out super agents to action and redline against our playbooks.
The best features that Intake-to-Procure offers include ease of use, increased efficiency, intuitive design, and automation. The intuitive design and automation of Intake-to-Procure have significantly impacted my daily workflow by enhancing procurement efficiency and simplifying diverse processes effortlessly. I appreciate the intuitive design of Intake-to-Procure, making it easy for all stakeholders to navigate and utilize effectively.
What needs improvement?
There is very little to dislike about Intake-to-Procure. If I had to point to any gaps, it would be a few minor missing features, such as a parent-child hierarchy structure to better manage marketplace spend, for example, such as AWS Marketplace or Google Play Store purchases.
Having a parent-child hierarchy structure in Intake-to-Procure would help better manage marketplace spend, for example, unwanted or unauthorized purchases made by a parent when a child accidentally purchases something from AWS Marketplace or Google Play Store. It would be very helpful.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Intake-to-Procure for four years.
What other advice do I have?
Intake-to-Procure has successfully solved the issue of procurement being a black box by offering total visibility to requesters, approvers, finance, and FP&A. Because everything is fully synced, business owners can easily track their contracts, bills, and POs entirely on their own, fostering true self-service and removing a massive administrative burden from the procurement team.
Any other challenges we encountered with Intake-to-Procure were actually due to our own ERP and chart of account setup rather than Intake-to-Procure itself.
I also appreciate the dynamic and user-friendly features of Intake-to-Procure, which allow for customized workflows and resolve interactions. The ease of use is exceptional, enhancing workflows and accommodating feedback for continuous improvement. I would rate this product five out of five stars.
