What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate and consolidate different security tools into a single pane of glass, without slowing down performance, is a big plus. It also provides actionable, AI-driven insights with written analysis that helps with better-informed decision-making. The user interface is easy to use and straightforward. The price is a bit steep, but we realized the value over time. Great on-demand support as well.

Consolidates alerts from multiple security tools (SIEM, EDR, IDS) into a single platform. Integrates threat intelligence for faster context gathering. Acts as a “force multiplier” by integrating Splunk, CrowdStrike, and other tools into one operational view.
Saves Time with Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of time it saves me on investigations - both within GreyMatter itself and all the various tools it integrates with and monitors
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the configurations and new features are not always intuitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a highly efficient Cybersecurity team with a wide array of tools are our disposal. One challenge with that is managing our time to leverage all the various tools. GreyMatter and the associated integrations with those tools ensure that there's always eyes on the infrastructure we are trying to protect.
What we've especially enjoyed about GreyMatter is the support side. Whether it be our Customer Success Manager or our Engineer that we work with on a nearly daily basis, our needs are being addressed in a timely and caring manner as opposed to the work being outsourced to a call center where we are just another number.

Centralized Security Management with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I use ReliaQuest GreyMatter as a single pane of glass to manage security alerts from multiple appliances, which is incredibly valuable for streamlining our security operations. One of my favorite features is the AI summary and analysis included with every raised incident. It's presented in human-readable language, includes all relevant data points, and is easy to act upon, which significantly enhances our response times. Additionally, the initial setup was quite straightforward, thanks to the knowledgeable onboarding team who guided us through the entire process. The integration capabilities are impressive, as GreyMatter connects seamlessly with our existing tools like Microsoft Defender suite, Microsoft Sentinel, PaloAlto Firewall, and AbnormalAI, creating a unified security workflow. Furthermore, the product's custom deployed rules have been instrumental in alerting us to security incidents that other platforms have overlooked. I also appreciate the exceptional customer service, which has been consistently top-notch, adding considerable value to our overall experience with ReliaQuest GreyMatter.
What do you dislike about the product?

Unified SOC Management Made Effortless with GM
What do you like best about the product?
GM acts as an efficient abstraction layer, bringing together all aspects of SOC data and workflows within a unified, user-friendly interface. This interface becomes the "single pane of glass" for monitoring, reviewing, alerting, and escalating all activities within the SOC. AI capabilities are also becoming a very welcome addition in streamlining investigations and threat hunts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't noticed any issues. GM has truly set a new standard for SOC automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The solution tackles the problem of overwhelming alert volumes and the lack of cohesive visibility caused by using several disconnected security tools. By offering unified visibility across different security environments, it helps minimize alert fatigue and makes sure that important threat signals are not overlooked amid the noise. It really boosts the capacity of security teams, enabling smaller teams to achieve the work output of much larger ones while reducing burnout.
