Clean, Easy-to-Use Interface with Proactive Monitoring and a Great Visual Map
Reviewed on Aug 26, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the visual map—it’s great for understanding how things are distributed. It also gave us confidence that, in a real incident, we’d have staff actively monitoring and taking action, rather than just a dashboard full of alerts that we’d have to prioritize ourselves. On top of that, the interface feels cleaner and easier to use than Microsoft’s security portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting it up was easy, and the integration with our team has been excellent—they’re always available when we need them. It gives us real peace of mind knowing our systems are in good hands, even when we’re offline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my experience, the most useful feature is the automated security measures that block user access when an incident occurs. It’s reassuring to know that someone is looking out for everyone’s identity. This has been proven repeatedly for both our clients and our own team.

Setup was straightforward, and the user interface is excellent. It also includes several features I really love. For threat detection, I’ve found it to be excellent, and its AI agents and broad visibility helped reduce incidents by 89%.

Streamlines Incident Management with Ease
Reviewed on Aug 05, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate ReliaQuest GreyMatter for providing a single pane of glass across every appliance we monitor. The AI summary attached to each raised incident is what I lean on most, as it arrives in plain language with the relevant data already assembled, which helps my analysts avoid piecing context together while time is of the essence. The onboarding went more smoothly than I anticipated, mainly due to a knowledgeable team. Integration with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Palo Alto firewalls, and AbnormalAI went smoothly without any friction. I also value the custom rules deployed on our behalf that flag activity missed by other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Android application feels less polished than the rest of the product, particularly at sign-in. I appreciate that iOS carries the larger share of users, though those of us on Android would welcome some attention here. Biometric sign-in that holds the session for a reasonable window would help most, since re-authenticating from scratch every time an alert lands is the part that slows me down when I am responding away from my desk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ReliaQuest GreyMatter to prioritize incidents across client estates in one view, which saves me from reconciling multiple consoles and helps assign ownership quickly. The AI summaries provide valuable context, and custom rules enhance detection where other platforms might miss.
