GreyMatter Digital Risk Protection (DRP) detects digital risks that organizations care about, using unparalleled collection and a proven threat model that adapts to your organizations risk profile and appetite.
Breadth of Collection: We Collect data from the widest range of sources including code repositories, criminal forums and marketplaces, social media, technical sources and file stores.
Actionable Insight: Our threat model adapts and aligns our intelligence with your organizations specific risk profile to provide alerts that meet your specific needs.
360-Degree Visibility: Seamlessly integrates with the ReliaQuest GreyMatter alert workflow to detect, investigate and respond to threats both inside and outside of your organization.
Threat Intel You Can Use: In-depth threat intel reports from our Photon Research team discussing threat actors, their behaviors and the assets they target.
Key Use Cases:
Exposed Credentials: Stolen credentials and sensitive company information can be sold on the dark web or used to gain unauthorized access to company systems.
Impersonating Domains: Attackers create fake login pages to deceive users into giving up their credentials, which can then be used for further attacks like phishing and email account compromise.
Social Media Impersonation: A bad actor impersonating company leadership on social media can mislead customers, damage reputations, and cause financial losses.
Leaked Sensitive Data: Attackers can exploit access keys or sensitive technology leaked online to compromise systems and facilitate data exfiltration.
Dark Web Mentions: Threat actors use dark web forums to discuss attack targets, share stolen data, and sell initial access to compromised corporate environments.
Attack Surface Management: Digital vulnerabilities and misconfigurations can create weak spots that attackers can use for initial entry.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing carries one pricing dimension, billed by Units under a contract term. Digital Risk Protection is an add-on to the ReliaQuest GreyMatter platform, not a standalone purchase. You buy a quantity of Units, so your cost scales with the number of Units you commit to. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes to choose between. The single dimension covers monitoring across the open, deep, and dark web for external threats, integrated into the GreyMatter platform.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Unit for billing this Digital Risk Protection add-on?
The marketplace listing bills by Units but does not define what each Unit maps to, such as a monitored brand, domain, or executive identity. Confirm the exact unit definition and how it is counted with the vendor before you commit to a quantity.
Do I need the base GreyMatter platform before buying this Digital Risk Protection add-on?
Yes. Digital Risk Protection is an add-on to the ReliaQuest GreyMatter offering, not a standalone product. It monitors the open, deep, and dark web and integrates its alerts with your internal context inside the GreyMatter platform, so the base platform is required.
What happens to my cost if I need to monitor more brands or assets?
Your cost scales with the number of Units you commit to under the contract. Adding coverage means committing to more Units. There are no separate tiers or sizes to switch between. Ask the vendor how to add Units mid-term and how that affects your commitment.

Seamless Setup, Excellent UI, and Powerful Threat Detection
Reviewed on Aug 17, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Setup was straightforward, and the user interface is excellent. It also includes several features I really love. I especially appreciate how seamlessly it connects with my existing security tools to provide comprehensive protection. For threat detection, I’ve found it to be excellent, and its AI agents and broad visibility helped reduce incidents by 89%.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is compatible with different environments, which allows for a more customized implementation. Its ability to adapt to the specific needs of each sector, as well as to regulatory requirements, makes it a versatile option for use across a wide range of settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps optimize security infrastructure through its platform by connecting disparate technologies. It facilitates real-time threat detection and enables an effective response. It also reduces manual workload by automating routine security processes, saving 60% of resources and improving response times. On top of that, it helps reduce alert fatigue.

Streamlines Incident Management with Ease

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate ReliaQuest GreyMatter for providing a single pane of glass across every appliance we monitor. The AI summary attached to each raised incident is what I lean on most, as it arrives in plain language with the relevant data already assembled, which helps my analysts avoid piecing context together while time is of the essence. The onboarding went more smoothly than I anticipated, mainly due to a knowledgeable team. Integration with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Palo Alto firewalls, and AbnormalAI went smoothly without any friction. I also value the custom rules deployed on our behalf that flag activity missed by other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Android application feels less polished than the rest of the product, particularly at sign-in. I appreciate that iOS carries the larger share of users, though those of us on Android would welcome some attention here. Biometric sign-in that holds the session for a reasonable window would help most, since re-authenticating from scratch every time an alert lands is the part that slows me down when I am responding away from my desk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ReliaQuest GreyMatter to prioritize incidents across client estates in one view, which saves me from reconciling multiple consoles and helps assign ownership quickly. The AI summaries provide valuable context, and custom rules enhance detection where other platforms might miss.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate and consolidate different security tools into a single pane of glass, without slowing down performance, is a big plus. It also provides actionable, AI-driven insights with written analysis that helps with better-informed decision-making. The user interface is easy to use and straightforward. The price is a bit steep, but we realized the value over time. Great on-demand support as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a steep learning curve because it can do so many things, and it takes time to get comfortable with all the options. The price is also quite high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It feeds us rich analysis through its multi-SIEM integration and AI, helping us make better, more strategic decisions.
