What do you like best about the product?

Always works on both iOS and macOS. Outstanding customer support with a live, knowledgeable, proactive person - no one does it better with less corporate speak, they care about my business

What do you dislike about the product?

if it could be set to prompt the user to input data at customer determined times/frequencies, that would be very useful

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It interfaces with QuickBooks - essential, it is still free for solo users at a certain level which keeps my 100% loyal, but as importantly it fully delivers what I need. It might be useful if it had spell check/correct in the notes section so misspellings or questions are highlighted so easier to review the text and correct before sending to clients. It allows me to enter notes on a client and individual project basis by day and amount of time take on the task. It might be useful if one could enter multiple entries each day for a client/project and TimeTracker could consolidate into one entry with total time by project/client if user opts for that. that way I would not have to keep opening up an entry. it also discourages adding things quickly in the moment.

What do you like best about the product?

Very helpful to track teaching artist time by school and by activity type.

What do you dislike about the product?

It’s been difficult to connect with our payroll software, and the overall cost feels expensive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need to track employee time by location and activity, and Ebillity provides exactly that functionality.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that I can track time at any point in the day, whether I’m on the road or in the office, without interrupting my day with administrative tasks. I can track my time while I work, including when I’m responding to emails. I appreciate the accessibility of the desktop and mobile apps, which I use often. I also like using Claude by Anthropic as a centralized dashboard for my time, accounts receivable, billables, and revenues. The initial setup was very easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find Time Tracker by eBillity’s reliability leaves a bit to be desired. Sometimes it doesn’t update or sync as quickly as possible, and sometimes it’s down for extended periods. I’ve had to manually transcribe my time to enter it later when the desktop app resumed, or use the web portal, which took additional time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Time Tracker by eBillity to track my time as I work, whether I’m on the road or in the office, including while responding to emails. It helps me avoid interrupting my day with administrative tasks and solves an efficiency issue.

What do you like best about the product?

It is very easy to use. It is also very affordable.

What do you dislike about the product?

It has limited capabilities when it comes to trust accounting. It does not have the ability to generate all necessary reports for our State. Additionally, if you close out a client and generate a trust report on a date prior, the client will not show up even if the client had a trust on the prior date.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is quick to learn and very easy to send clients invoices. It also shows when an invoice is delivered and opened, which is nice.

I like the details and the billing feature within the program.

Very laggy and very slow at times. Not as user friendly.

The onboarding process. Is much better. As long as you have an understanding.

I like how easy it is to enter time. I use Time Tracker by eBillity to track time for invoicing and avoid losing billable hours. Setup was fairly complex, but the support team helped me well.

What do you dislike about the product?

I found the invoicing module unintuitive and unreliable when integrating with QuickBooks. It’s hard to make sure all hours get released, and I can’t approve or release hours for the entire team at once. I have to differentiate between my hours and other team members’, which is a needless complication. The initial setup was fairly complex, though the support team helped well.

I use Time Tracker by eBillity to make sure I don’t lose billable hours.

It is user friendly and the cost is reasonable

There are frequent duplicate time entries, and on occasion the software has a glitch.

ability to check hours anywhere, we use to use old school punch timecards and had to be at facility to check employees time

Ease of use is terrific. Especially like the ability to dictate time spent on a project using the app. The software also makes invoicing simple.

What do you dislike about the product?

The software could be improved by pre-populating form when opening files, based on preferences indicated by the user.

Time Tracker eliminates much of the drudgery associated with keeping track of one's time, something that everyone generally hates.

It's easy to use! Most employees get the hang of it very quickly.

The format is a bit outdated, but has a lot of features so the benefits outweigh the cons.
