The product onboarding was easy and the team at WayDev helped throughout the entire process.
What do you like best about the product?
We have improved insights into what we are working on within the team, and the business now has to report on how our projects are performing. We have not seen another product that provides the same level of detail as WayDev's product.
What do you dislike about the product?
At present we are happy with this product.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature set is fantastic compared to the price point. Competitors will gouge you for much less functionality. The Waydev implementation team was great to work with - they helped us do an on-site install.
What do you dislike about the product?
I Really can't think of any downsides. Great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product provides a plethora of key metrics to drive engineering performance. It's hard to remember managing engineers before having these metrics.

The personalized approach of each author integrating best practices and behaviors that can avoid the development without government of a project.

On very rare occasions some sync issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Know in detail the behavior and evolution of the team, identify the authors who are not generating accountability for the good of the project and take actions in the early stages.
Best tool out there for engineering leaders managing a big team
What do you like best about the product?
I loved a lot of things about Waydev - the ease of use, the kind of visibility we get on our engineering teams, the use-cases they have created as features, and the proactive support we receive. I am managing a team of 120 engineers, and Waydev makes it very simple for us. I highly recommend Engineering Leaders to give it a try.
What do you dislike about the product?
All are good, I think they need to improve a bit their UX in managing the engineer's page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility across the value stream, I was able to understand the cost of each project in our company.

It helps us in a lot of areas to build the best tech team.

It is costly for startups. There should be a special discount for startups.

It helps to track devs progress. Easy to track multiple devs progress with built-in metrics. Find areas for improvement. Find productive hours.

What do you like best about the product?
WayDev is an easy-to-use, robust platform that aggregates and displays critical project and developer metrics in an easy-to-digest way. WayDev constantly adds new features and integrations that allow our company to gain key insights into our engineering team's overall health. WayDev's customer support is second to none; they are always quick to respond and help out when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love the ability to create custom dashboards on WayDev to cluster specific metrics that we would like to see in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WayDev allows us to simultaneously have a high-level birds-eye view of our engineering team's overall health and productivity while also granting us the ability to deep dive into essential metrics to help find and fix issues within our projects fast.

Sometimes lags are there based and data doesn't sync , such things need to be communicated before if any maintenance work is going on.

It's early days so they're still building integrations with some platforms we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Waydev has helped us identify some issues with how we develop and work with each other remotely. We struggled with slow review times, and getting most work done right at the end of a sprint. The dev metrics on how often we're committing and pushing helped us realize that we were slow to get code up where others could see it, which is driving that problem. Since seeing it we have started pushing code more often and asking for review earlier, which has helped a lot.

i have seen most f the features are useful. Nothing to specifically dislike.

Software team (Specially Developer) performance monitoring with the recommendation given by system using AI.
