I have used Conga Sign mostly on the sales part. For example, for the company called XYZ, we generate the document, and once the negotiation is completed, we need to send the document for the signing part, requiring a signing sequence: first to the customers, then to the business team, which means the XYZ company heads. We use Conga Sign for that, and if we have more than one or two signers, we can add all the predefined sign tags in the document itself or include custom sign tags while sending the document in the signature part.

Conga Sign is mainly used for signing documents from the customer side and the business side, providing a digital signature solution that is easy to configure, set up, and debug. From a business perspective, users can directly send for the signature manually using the tags.

The best features are that it is easy to sign and provides immediate email notifications. We receive emails immediately and the configuration takes less than 10 to 15 minutes, plus we can add tags to any PDF documents for signing.

Conga Sign has positively impacted my organization as it is a crucial part of many projects. In fact, we use Conga Sign in most of our projects directly.

From my perspective, there is no need for improvement as all projects have been completed quickly. If it were possible to send multiple documents for signatures immediately as a batch without having a user interface, that would be useful. For example, for one year, we need to send documents for signatures for additional terms and conditions, and if we had a setup for bulk signing, it would be more beneficial.

We mostly need to update the UI for bulk document signatures. If a feature for that were available, it would be more useful.

I have been using Conga Sign for the past four years.

There have been no stability issues.

Its scalability is good.

Customer support is proactively working. If we raise any issue, we get immediate resolution, and I rate it 9.5 to 10.

I did not use another solution previously. I implemented this application for customers rather than from the business side.

Quick setup means that once we install Conga Sign, we go to Conga Sign setup from the App Launcher, and we can follow the step-by-step process on the left side, clicking one by one until it automatically sets up the signature part. For emails, we will have checkbox fields on the Conga Sign setup page; whoever needs signing can be selected with those checkboxes, allowing us to use that feature directly instead of writing code.

From the business side, we see that anyone can set up Conga Sign within 10 to 15 minutes without needing a developer, and we experience no issues with it. If more customization is needed, then we check with the product team from Conga.

We deploy Conga Sign by installing it through the AppExchange and can install this application from any of the clouds, not limited to a specific one.

For Conga Sign, we have saved a lot of time sending digital signatures and can send reminder emails automatically instead of checking with customers directly, which saves a lot of time.

I think Conga charges around $1 for one signature, but I am not exactly familiar with the cost for Conga Sign.

I did not evaluate other options. I have used Conga Sign straight away, although we also have DocuSign and Adobe Sign, we primarily use Conga Sign.

The first thing is to compare the pricing and features of Conga Sign, as it is implemented purely from the Salesforce side, unlike DocuSign or Adobe Sign, which require integration with third-party applications. That is the best feature I can highlight about Conga Sign.

On a scale of 1-10, I rate Conga Sign a 10.

We primarily use Conga Sign through our Salesforce integration when we send out contracts for sales. A small percentage, about one percent of our usage, is for internal purposes where we send documents for sales reps to sign off on, like their annual plans.

The setup is user-friendly, allowing us to easily drag and drop tags onto our document from an ad hoc standpoint. Prepopulating tags in contract templates is straightforward, making the usability of the setup a top feature for me.

If there was the ability to have some kind of warning or alert for sales reps, indicating that a contract is already out for signature before they send a second one, it would greatly reduce confusion. Currently, when reps send out a new contract for signature without canceling the previous one, it leads to unnecessary reminder notifications.

We have been using Conga Sign for about seven years now.

Outside of larger outages, there aren't specific stability issues with Conga. Our biggest problem is that some customer firewalls block the documents, preventing them from receiving or opening emails with the link.

Conga Sign is scalable, but the whitelisting issue is the biggest hurdle. Some customers question why we don't use DocuSign because their systems readily accept it.

I haven't had to use Conga Sign's technical support team. My only experience is related to the composer tool, where they were helpful for an issue we had.

We initially used DocuSign and then a free document generator. As our business grew, we upgraded to Conga for superior Salesforce document generation and bundled Conga Sign with our contracts. The switch was primarily due to cost savings.

The initial setup was pretty straightforward, likely one of the easier implementations I've done. As long as one follows the instructions, anyone can do it.

From our experience, Conga Sign was almost half the price of DocuSign. With a smaller scale, the cost savings didn't significantly impact us despite initially having only about thirty licenses.

Conga is impressively stable, consistently available and ranked highly among document generation packages for Salesforce. I am surprised it hasn't been acquired by Salesforce yet.

Conga is scalable due to its range of features and options that make it easy to use. However, there could be limitations when it comes to using it on public websites outside Salesforce.

I have only contacted their support once or twice. They were responsive and quick, except for one instance which was not on par. Not needing to reach out often is indicative of the solution’s simplicity and effectiveness.

The initial setup is fairly easy. It's mainly about installing the Salesforce package, setting configurations, and uploading templates, although learning to set up templates has a learning curve.

Compared to other vendors, Conga is relatively expensive. However, the features justify the cost, and it’s mainly suitable for enterprise-level clients. For smaller enterprises, this might be challenging, and they often opt for cheaper options.

I absolutely recommend Conga. It is always my top recommendation for anyone who can afford it.

I'd rate the solution nine out of ten.

I would like to see better initial setup assistance and improved documentation, which would make it easier for new users to understand and configure the solution.

The solution has been in use for around one year.

Generally, there are no performance issues. However, occasionally, the system may go down once a year for maintenance purposes, which is promptly resolved.

Conga Sign is scalable and can handle a large number of documents, making it useful for projects with many users involved in signing.

The technical support is highly rated. They provide one point of contact for projects and respond swiftly to emails, offering video call support and instant connection via Teams. I would rate their service as eight out of ten.

I have not worked with DocuSign, however, I am aware of its integration capabilities with Salesforce.

The initial setup involves configuration and authentication processes, which require careful attention. While the initial setup is manageable, a few hours are needed for SMS authentication during the first-time setup.

Two resources were involved in the initial setup and deployment.

I have not evaluated any other solutions, nor worked with DocuSign although I am aware of its capabilities.

For effective implementation, ensure the initial setup is conducted correctly. Seek technical team assistance if unsure. It is crucial to refer to Conga documentation for product setup and syntax. When necessary, request callbacks or consultations with the technical team. This approach saves time and cost.

I'd rate the solution nine out of ten.

I usually use Conga Sign in my contract management processes. We generate a contract through the composer, and it moves to the signing application. In this case, Conga Sign, which is more fluid because it's the same application. Then we sign that template that we have just created and send it to the client.

Conga Sign makes the signing process more fluid since it is integrated with the same application that generates the contract. This simplifies the workflow significantly, especially compared to connecting Conga with DocuSign, for example.

It integrates seamlessly with Conga Composer, making it simpler than if we had to connect Conga with DocuSign. Hence, it brings fluidity to the contract creation and signing process.

The documentation for Conga Sign could be improved. It is not very simple, and even though it is easy, you need to know what you are trying to do or where to find the information. If changes are needed, it gets complicated. Additionally, for non-technical users, customer support could be better to help them get the answers they need quickly.

I have been using Conga Sign for five years.

There are no real issues that I've seen regarding the stability of the solution.

For someone nontechnical, they wouldn't be able to get the answer they want as quickly or as easily.

Before using Conga Sign, I used DocuSign.

I haven't done the deployment or initial setup in a long time since the client already has it in place.

I'm not sure if money-wise it is better. I'm assuming it probably is. They probably give some kind of discount, especially if they already use Conga Composer.
