Apply your brand and customize the design of the survey
What do you dislike about the product?
The price, I got a surprise when I had to pay to get more than responses for a survey
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understand the problems that my users have
Typeform is a capable, but expensive and artificially limited software
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform allows for the fast creation of simple surveys with branching logic, which is helpful. It's also easily embedded into websites, which is a good feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typeform is overpriced for me; 100 responses (that is, submissions by actual people) cost a whopping 30€ per month. That's 30c per simple survey response. On top of that, even when you're testing submissions yourself (i.e. making sure that automations offered by Typeform with other services actually work), this actually counts as actual responses, meaning you will the submission limit if you're not careful with testing. There is no other way offered by Typeform of testing this functionality otherwise, which I find very anti-consumer; it also does not invite users to try out the functionalities of Typeform too much, which is self-defeating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rapid prototyping, mostly.
Fantastic user-friendly resource
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is very user-friendly. Our new employees pick-up on it quickly. It has many uses in our organization. We use it with interacting with our congregation for registration, feedback, and collecting info, In-house we use it regularly for communications and facilities intake forms. We've also used it for employee surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typeform has been great. I can't imagine changing. I don't know that there is anything we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it has solved is collecting information in-house. We use it for an intake form both for communications requests and facilities requests. Before we had Typeform I had people emailing, texting, or calling me with the various facilities problems on our large and old campus. Now, everyone knows unless it's an emergency situation, just fill out the form. It's made the process so much more streamlined.
A wonderful blend of intuitive and creative application.
What do you like best about the product?
Creating questionnaires and surveys was so simple and allowed me to create multiple pathways depending on answers. I loved being able to style the questionnaire in line with my brand. It was easy to implement and integrate with other tools.
I particularly enjoyed being able to score answers to get an overview of responses and better able to provide relevant support to people.
Typeform offered a comprehensive and beautiful interface that gave me and my clients a great user experience. It is easily customisable to need, with many upgrades available.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I don't need Typeform as much as I want to. I enjoy the experience of using it and the insights it offers; however, the monthly subscription costs aren't worth it for me or my business.
Perhaps, at a future date, I will be able to think of a reason to justify the cost and the time it takes to build a valuable questionnaire.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering data and collecting emails in a meaningful way. Also offers a valuable way to provide an application process for some services.
A good product but could be better
What do you like best about the product?
I like taht it embeds in our platform and that I can use it for many different purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform itself is not particularly user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating quizzes and surveying our users
integrations are basic but very helpful for a no-code solution
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy interface, even semi-complex logic is available and simple on low tiers, pretty easy to customize appearance (significantly more attractive than something like surveymonkey), users are familiar with it, and integrations make it pretty easy to use across use cases. we use typeform for basic feedback surveys, but also for user engagement (i.e. take a quiz and get customized recommendations on results), and file downloads. while any degree of an engineering team could build a cms with forms, file downloads, etc, in environments where we've been engineering-constrained, typeform has been an excellent no-code solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
because it's user-friendly it means that some customization isn't available. while logic features are available, it's not easy to get super complex. the integrations are very straightforward, which is great for ease, but not great for customization. it also means that editing an integration means basically taking it fully offline and reworking it entirely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we want to quickly build survey tools for new, existing, and prospective customers. typeform lets us create engaging quizzes, get user feedback, and test out product ideas very easily without any engineering help.
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and clean for the end user. Very easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Some weird features are unavailable. Like multiple questions per page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me intake new leads.
Intuitive drag and drop no code creative forms and apps and much more
What do you like best about the product?
I can make a form or app without knowledge about coding in 15 min. Really great templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the free version has the typeform and at the bottom (however it's a small price to pay for free version)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Booking sessions with clients
An ideal platform for creating well-designed, comprehensive, and engaging questionnaires.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of handling, easy to use and accessible to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the moment, I don't see any drawbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follow-up on our clients' questionnaires, understand their expectations and develop them. We use it for marketing purposes and also for setting up future campaigns.
A great platform for doing what they say they can do.
What do you like best about the product?
The nicest part is that they are start-up friendly, we're a start up on their free plan, its been great for us so far. It is easy to use, we use it almost daily. and its very easy to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
a little complicated to make complex forms, but they are working on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for customer surveys.
