Centralizes Partner Management with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I find it easy to track deal registrations and have visibility into partner activities with Impartner PRM. It centralizes partner management and simplifies deal registrations. I appreciate the way it helps monitor partner submitted deals all in one place and improves transparency on the pipeline and activities. The initial setup was also very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the user interface could be more intuitive. The reporting dashboard could also be more flexible, and navigation between sections could be faster and simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Impartner PRM to centralize partner management and track deal registrations easily. It provides visibility into partner activities, helping monitor partner-submitted deals and improving transparency in the pipeline and activities.
Flexible, Scalable PRM with Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of Impartner PRM. We can do so much with the PRM portal in terms of its capabilities, and there are abundant opportunities for customization. The platform is very scalable, growing with our business needs, and the ongoing support from Impartner is excellent. They even facilitate annual gatherings where we can learn from other companies using the platform, sharing best practices. It's a very user-friendly platform with a strong support network behind it. Also, the initial setup was very easy, thanks to the great support from the team at every step, ensuring a smooth transition and continued assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe maybe having more frequent best practices being shared would be key. And I believe, you know, knowing successes frequently about how others have used the platform would be really helpful. We have had annual gatherings in the past whereby we learned from others, but that's once a year. So I think having this more frequently or have a platform where we can learn how others are using it and getting the most out of it would be really useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner PRM helps us connect with global partners, providing a professional, flexible, and scalable interface that adapts to local needs as Vodafone grows. Its amazing ongoing support and customization options make it an invaluable platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Impartner PRM because it has an easy-to-use interface and makes managing things simpler with smooth partner onboarding and easy deal registration. I enjoy the workflow automation and reporting features along with the capability for partner performance tracking. Additionally, the initial setup was very smooth, and I appreciate how it simplifies partner onboarding, streamlines deal registration, and provides efficient reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the reporting customization and tool speed in Impartner PRM. I wish there were more flexible report filters and easier report customization for faster insights. Also, the system's performance could be improved during large data loads.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Impartner PRM for Partner Management, and it acts as the gateway for us. I like its ease of use, which is important for me. The dataload functionality is good, as we upload metrics every week from our internal system to Impartner. I found the setup and integrations to be very smooth.

It streamlines partner portal administration and scorecard tracking, providing clearer visibility into partner performance while reducing manual effort.
Easy-to-Manage Asset Library and Journeys with Flexible Workflow Customization
What do you like best about the product?
The asset library, journeys, and training sections are easy to set up, edit, and publish. There are a lot of settings to best customize the portal workflows and data to meet our organization's specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is rather outdated. There's also limited functionality for branding the portal. I'd prefer to have more customization options outside of the widgets, brand colors, and landing page. I'd also like to be able to customize the navigation in the PRM so I could add my most visited sections to the front of the navigation bar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the one stop shop for our partners to access sales and marketing collateral, complete trainings, register deals, and receive leads from our end. Having everything in one place will get partners up to speed much faster and provide a more cohesive, streamlined experience.
Robust Partner Engagement, Highly Recommend for MM to ENT looking to grow their Partner Ecosystem
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is for a partner to make a referral with Impartner PRM, and how quickly those referrals convert into opportunities in our CRM. The transparency in the partner portal is great, allowing partners to see opportunities as they move through stages. The reporting and analytics provide valuable insights into our pipeline and help identify which partners are actively co-selling with us, aiding in strategic decision-making, like deciding where to invest our co-marketing dollars. Additionally, I've noticed that before using Impartner PRM, our partners were reluctant to put leads in the portal, but they quickly adopted the Impartner Portal for making referrals. It gives a full picture of all business activity with our partners, which is now visible both to us and our partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the segmentation of the asset library a little particular and would appreciate user prompts or 'tool tips' for guidance throughout the platform. We love the concept of business plan templates, but my team feels they are slightly inflexible. As a result, we're attaching business plans in the platform instead of fully utilizing the templates. The initial setup was also more difficult than we anticipated.

Impartner PRM solves partner attribution and engagement problems. It facilitates easy partner referrals and visibility, enhancing strategic decision-making with clear insights into co-selling activities.
Effortless Collaboration, Unmatched Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love the company and how everything just works with Impartner PRM. There has been no downtime as we've never had a critical outage, and the software is easy to use for both our partners and our admins. Updating the portal's look and feel in the backend is straightforward, and the sync capabilities with critical CRM platforms are easy to set up and maintain. The initial setup was very straightforward with superb support. The support is incredibly fast, and our account manager, Emily Nunez, is a real asset to the company. She's incredibly proactive and quick to assist with any issue we encounter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, we are stuck on the classic version for now, and some options like chat are therefore not available to us. But it’s our own issue that we have yet to progress to PX.

Impartner PRM enables us to work more closely with our valued partners. It's easy to use for both partners and admins, ensuring no downtime and seamless CRM sync. Setup was straightforward, with excellent support.
Feature-Rich, Customisable Partner Journeys with a Consistent Brand Experience
What do you like best about the product?
What I really like is the breadth of features available to support and enhance the partner journey and overall partner flows. The ability to customise the user experience is particularly important for us, as it allows the platform to align closely with our brand and deliver a consistent experience for our partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, we experienced some challenges during implementation. That said, the Impartner team were incredibly receptive to feedback and genuinely supportive in helping us find the right solutions. I would particularly like to call out Mike, Ben and Boris for their responsiveness and hands-on approach throughout the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner PRM is helping us scale a large and growing partner programme in a structured and efficient way. With a high volume of partners already in the programme and new partners joining every month, we needed a solution that could support that growth without losing sight of the relationships we value so highly. Impartner enables us to streamline onboarding, journeys and communications, while still maintaining a strong, consistent partner experience as the programme continues to grow.
Reduces Email Overload, Needs Better Journey Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
I really like using the journeys and training function in Impartner PRM. Being able to track their progress and provide them certificates at the end of training has been really impactful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do think that when you are viewing an asset from a journey, it should stay within the journey. I found it quite hard to remember that it takes me to the assets page, and then I have to remember to go all the way back to Journeys. So if that was able to be worked on, that would be great. Also, being able to restart a journey if I want to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner PRM saves us from sending a lot of emails, allowing us to focus on targets and move partners to the next steps. Tracking progress and providing certificates after training is impactful.
