Very flexible and very powerful

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility is amazing. We bought it orginally as an easy way to share information with partners, but there is a lot it can do like joint working on opportunities, distribute news etc. Really flexible and limitless. The custumer support is really amazing and always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The comment here is not a dislike, but one has to be clear the Impartner PRM is not a "I manage it when it get to it system". When really wanting to use it to the great benefit, it will require proper administration and someone ownning the system. It is too complex without focus, but with the focus ... it is super powerful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication, Opportunity Management, Lead Distribution and sharing information.

What do you like best about the product?
The Impartner portal is incredibly user-friendly, making navigation and task completion a breeze. The account management team is responsive and helpful. Highly recommend it for its ease of use and excellent support
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It significantly reduces our time spent and highlights which content partners are actively engaging.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Impartner PRM is its seamless integration with our CRM, particularly the native integration with HubSpot. The implementation process—both for the initial setup and subsequent module additions—has been incredibly smooth and straightforward. The onboarding team has been incredibly helpful, ensuring a smooth transition and setup. Additionally, the customer success team is highly supportive and responsive, always ready to assist with any questions or customization needs.
The platform's customization options are extensive, allowing us to tailor workflows and journeys that streamline onboarding and other operational processes. The segmentation feature is intuitive and enables us to differentiate content based on various partner types easily. Additionally, the Asset Library is visually appealing, supports all file types, and offers some basic cobranding capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have yet to encounter any issues. Everything has been smooth and easy to manage so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner PRM is helping us solve key challenges in managing and scaling our partner network effectively. It streamlines partner onboarding through automated workflows and journeys, making the process efficient and consistent for every partner type. The segmentation feature ensures that we can deliver tailored content and resources to different partner groups, enhancing their engagement and productivity.

The Asset Library simplifies the distribution of sales and marketing materials and supports all file types, ensuring our partners have everything they need to succeed. Additionally, the integration with our CRM (HubSpot) ensures seamless data flow, reducing manual work and improving operational efficiency.

These features have significantly reduced the time and effort required to manage partner operations, allowing us to focus on growing our partner network and improving their overall experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Imparter PRM is easy to use with a clean interface and straightforward workflows. It is an extremely comprehensive product covering every aspect of partner management, from onboarding to performance tracking. Meanwhile, real-time analytics offers visibility into partner performance with fully customizable, personalised dashboards and reports, adaptable across various business models and industries.

Deal Reg is a particular strength of Impartner - the product can be counted on to manages deals effectively, preventing conflicts and offering full transparency.
What do you dislike about the product?
New users often struggle to familiarise themselves withanalytics and incentive management features. The platform’s complexity requires proper training to fully leverage its capabilities. The product's steep learning curve limits adoption to the speed of rolling out comprehensive training across the organisation, which can take some time to co-ordinate and verify the effectiveness of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner provided an effective solution for the previously inefficient and error-prone partner and deal management using spreadsheets, together with the consequent lack of visibility across partner networks. This was leading to missed sales opportunities, misaligned incentives, and poor communication. Since onboarding Impartner and centralising partner data, we have seen a 70% reduction in sales lifecycles and a dramatically reduced complaints rate resulting from channel conflicts delays and ineffective communication. I am convinced Impartner is enabling better partner relationships and will yield more revenue in the upcoming 3-5 years.

An easy to use PRM platform which works exactly as we need

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is one factor but the Support i get is unrivalled.
Logging tickets is quick and easy and the Support Team are incredibly responsive - the rare issue i have is solved in a day or so.
We also have a fantastic Account Management team in Shad Clark and Mike Kirby.
Both have excellent technical ability and are always on hand to support us as well as keepijng us up to date with any new features that will benefit us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing i dislike about PRM.
Incredibly happy with the product and the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us get deal registration through to Salesforce in a timely and easy manner.
We are also using it to promote our new products, events and educating partners on how to demo and sell our products.
We use ImPartner as the sole entry point for our Certification Prgramme as well as our Technical Knowledge Base.

Excellent PRM with a strong support network and technical team

What do you like best about the product?
The logical structure of the platform. It is very easy to categorise assets or incentives for partners. Also is customisable if required, however, the out of the box fucntionality is excellent. The support team is very knowledgeable and keen to help. The implementation whilst lengthy was very thorough and our instance was complex, very knowledgeable team. Integration with SFDC is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are soem limitations in communicating to partners - the PRM doesn't have a webinar function, or robust email marketing platform - both of which would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The PRM enables us to connect wiht a wide range of partners and ensure they ahve the most accurate and up to date information. It enables us to segment information to select partners and also facilitates online training. It provides us with a single point of truth fully integrated to SFDC.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is easy to use, and the customer support team is excellent in helping us maintain it. Prue, in particular, provides outstanding support.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, my experience has been positive. I have not encountered any issues or aspects that I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary issues were with the SF integration, but we consistently receive prompt support.

What do you like best about the product?
Now that we have it up and running, it takes minimal ongoing input from us and runs really well. Any issues that arise are very switfly dealt with and Impartner are always availible to assist as required. Subah on their Tech Team and Prue our CSM have been superb to deal with and ensured that we get the best out of Impartner.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not come across any major issues to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated about six time consuming manual processes that we previously had.

What do you like best about the product?
Segmentation is top notch, easy to upload assets in the asset library and the CRM synch.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides really, apart from the MFA functionatlity that needs to be improved in the classic version.
