What is our primary use case?
I use this primarily to test customer deployments.
How has it helped my organization?
I have an automated container setup script, but I found that I don't need it anymore because this offering has everything I need.
What is most valuable?
Nginx configuration can be tricky, especially when coupled with PHP-FPM. This image has it all connected together, making it really easy to use.
What needs improvement?
The main improvement would be to release this with a more recent version of Ubuntu.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using the solution for four years.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
I use the BYOL for testing, but for customer production sites, I'd advise getting the paid version as it includes support.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I looked at just setting up a straight Ubuntu-based EC2 instance. However, because this offering includes everything that I was doing using my own setup script, it makes modeling customer projects much easier.
What other advice do I have?
It's really great that they offer a free version!
