Effortless Design, Perfect for All Levels

    Reviewed on Jul 30, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I really like using Canva to make presentations that look professional, and I also use it for media posts and marketing materials. Canva is great for making content, and I even use it to design resumes, posters, invitations, and other graphics. The best part is the abundance of templates that make it easy to create various designs. Canva's editing tools are user-friendly and allow me to work on projects with ease, requiring minimal design knowledge. I really like Canva because it simplifies the creation of designs and is ideal for those without much design experience. It offers a wide variety of templates, fonts, and graphics that enhance the appearance of my designs. The editor is intuitive, letting me drag and drop elements as needed, which saves a lot of time when crafting presentations, social media posts, and marketing materials. Additionally, Canva's compatibility with tools like Google Drive, Google Docs, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Instagram, and LinkedIn makes it incredibly useful, enabling effortless sharing across these platforms. The initial setup was simple, and I found the process quick, with an easy-to-understand interface that allowed us to start making content quickly. Overall, Canva is easy to use and doesn't require design skills, making it excellent for presentations, marketing materials, media content, and business designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the pricing of some premium features could be improved, especially for individual users or small teams. I find the interface a little cluttered with the large number of templates and design elements, which can make it difficult to find exactly what I need. More advanced editing and customization options would also be useful for users like me who want greater control over their designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva to create professional presentations, media posts, and marketing materials with ease. Canva's templates and simple editing tools save me time and help make designs look good without requiring design skills. It integrates well with platforms like Google Drive and LinkedIn, boosting collaboration and efficiency.

Browser-Based Canva with Time-Saving Templates for Easy Design

    Reviewed on Jul 29, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Canva is that it’s browser-based, so I can achieve most of the editing I need directly in the browser. There are lots of templates to go through, and I can use creative ones right away something that would take a lot of time for a non-designer like me to create from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's mostly nothing I dislike about Canva, but I would like to suggest one thing, that if for free users, there can be a svg export only for text, not creatives but text in different fonts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not a designer, and canva is the exact tool for people like us.
I am able to create creative designs directly using inbuilt templates and export them in high quality PNGs.
I can directly use canva in browser, and I can access designs I created 5 years ago anytime anywhere.

Some of the best premium templates and elements are locked behind the paid Pro subscription. Also, the mobile application lags slightly when editing heavy files with multiple layers or high-resolution images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves the problem of needing complex graphic design skills. It allows me to quickly create professional social media posts and banners without hiring a designer, which saves me both time and extra money.

A User-Friendly Design Tool That Saves Time

What do you like best about the product?
Canva has been an excellent design tool for creating high-quality visuals. The wide variety of professionally designed templates makes it easy to create attractive graphics, even without advanced design skills. I especially enjoyed using Canva for picture creation, as the interface is intuitive, fast, and user-friendly. It saves time while delivering polished results. Overall, my experience has been very positive, and I would highly recommend Canva to anyone looking for an efficient and reliable design platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I had a very positive experience with Canva, and I didn't face any major issues. The only minor drawback is that it can sometimes take a little time to find specific icons, symbols, or design elements because of the large library available. However, once you locate the right assets, the design process is smooth and efficient. This is a small inconvenience and doesn't affect the overall user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helped me create professional-looking graphics quickly without needing advanced design skills. It saved me time by providing ready-made templates, making it easier to create social media posts, marketing materials, and visual content efficiently.

User-Friendly, Affordable All-in-One Design Tool with Great Templates

    Reviewed on Jul 28, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very user-friendly and easy to navigate. For me, it works as an all-in-one solution, and it offers the features I need at a fraction of the cost of other graphic design software. It provides an amazing selection of templates for all your design needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
No Fine-Grained Vector Editing: There’s no way to precisely manipulate vector points, handles, or paths the way you can in Adobe Illustrator, which makes custom shapes and detailed illustration work virtually impossible.

Limited Typography & Formatting Controls: Kerning, tracking, text wrapping, and custom layout grids are either missing or reduced to very basic options, so more advanced typography and layout control feels heavily simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva has helped me with creating social media content, website formation, and administrative documents.

Canva’s Magic Studio Makes Design Fast, Easy, and Collaborative

    Reviewed on Jul 26, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva for PPTs and template making because it has a very friendly, easy-to-use UI, along with AI features like the “Magic Studio” suite of tools (Magic Design, Magic Media, and Magic Write). You can build, write, and edit designs instantly using text prompts directly in your workspace. It’s also fast, affordable, and integrates well, and the AI tools save me time while keeping performance smooth. Overall, it’s great value, with useful AI and excellent collaboration features you can share online through the Canva site, which is great support for teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canva has a major setback: most of its top-notch templates, graphics, and tools are only available if you have a paid Pro account. Even though the free version is already pretty good, if you’re taking on a more in-depth project, you’ll likely find it too restrictive. Plus, the program can really slow down when you’re building a large or complicated design, and this is especially noticeable if you’re working in a web browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making good-looking stuff isn’t that hard when you have Canva, even if you’re not very good at design and don’t want to pay for special computer programs. I can already create good-looking presentations, posters, resumes, and social media pictures for school. It takes me a lot less time, helps me do my work better, and it’s also much simpler to collaborate with my friends.

Fast, reliable design tool that removes the need for a dedicated designer

    Reviewed on Jul 25, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
There's barely any gap between an idea and a finished graphic — the drag-and-drop editor and huge template library let me put together a banner, presentation, or social post in minutes, no design skills needed. It stays responsive even with large files or multiple people editing at once, integrates smoothly with things like Google Drive, and the brand kit keeps colors, fonts, and logos consistent across everything. The free tier alone covers a lot, and when I did need help, the tutorials answered it fast without a support ticket.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced design controls (precise layer management, fine-grained typography) still feel limited compared to dedicated design software, so complex custom work occasionally hits a ceiling. A few premium templates and elements are locked behind the paid tier, which isn't a dealbreaker but comes up often enough to notice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It removes the need for dedicated design skills or software to produce professional-looking visuals quickly — banners, presentations, social posts — which has cut down turnaround time significantly and reduced reliance on a designer for everyday content needs.
