What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Canva is its ease of use. The interface is very intuitive so even beginners can start designing immediately without prior experience. The ease of implementation is impressive because I can quickly create presentation, social media posts and marketing materials without technical skills. I also appreciate the number of features available from templates and animation to brand kits and collaboration tools. The ease of integration with other platforms like social media and cloud storage makes sharing and publishing seamless. Additionally, their customer support and help resources are reliable whenever I need guidance. Because of all these benefits my frequency of use is very high I use it almost daily for both personal and professional tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is that some of the best templates, graphics and ai tools are locked behind the pro subscription. While the free version is good, accessing premium elements can become costly over time. Also occasionally large project can lag, especially when working with multiple high resolution elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves the problems of needing professional design skills or expensive software to create high quality visuals. It allows me to design materials, presentation and social media content quickly and independently. This saves time reduces outsourcing cost and improves my productivity since I can create and edit designs whenever needed.

The customer support resources, tutorials and help center are very helpful whenever i need guidance. Because of all this frequency of use is very high i use it almost daily for presentation and quick design tasks.

One downside is that some advanced features and premium templates are locked behind the paid plan. Occasionally larger projects can feel slightly slow when working with many elements. Also while templates are great, many users rely on the same ones which can make design look similar unless customised properly.

I like Canva for its easy interface and easy export options. Plus, a lot of stuff is free. When I need to adjust size or add a transparent background, I can just drag it in, and it works fast. Setting up Canva was very easy as well.

I think the video editor is still in a beginner phase. It could be improved way much to work more reliably.
