What do you like best about the product?
The best thinks that I like about the product is the user friendly interface. New users can able to navigate the product with ease unlike other products. The product gets the job done by using secure verification process with amazing performance. The customer team is supportive and knowledgeable and responsive all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I can’t think of anything else to add at the moment. That said, I’ve heard the price is a bit on the higher side, but it seems to have its own ROI comparatively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time identity verification with most advanced, easy and a secure process has become a challange within our organization. 1kosmos solves it with easy by implementing real time verification through biometric and government ID verification with orptical character recognition with the help of AI and Machine Learning technologies.

What I like most about 1Kosmos Verify is its passwordless, biometric-based authentication, which noticeably strengthens security while still delivering a quick, user-friendly login experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback of 1Kosmos Verify is its complex initial setup and higher cost, along with a learning curve for users unfamiliar with passwordless and decentralized identity systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Kosmos Verify addresses key challenges tied to password-based authentication, identity fraud, and overly complex user onboarding.
First, it reduces the risks that come with passwords—such as phishing, credential theft, and constant password resets—by enabling a fully passwordless login experience using biometrics and QR-based authentication. This strengthens security while also easing the workload on IT support teams.
Second, it helps with identity verification by combining biometric authentication with ID verification and liveness detection. This adds confidence that the person accessing the system is truly who they claim to be, which is especially important in compliance-heavy environments like finance or enterprise access.
It also makes onboarding and day-to-day login simpler. Rather than juggling multiple credentials or OTPs, users can verify themselves and access systems in just a few steps, improving productivity and overall satisfaction.
Overall, the main benefits I see are reduced reliance on passwords (and the support issues that come with them), a stronger security posture against phishing and unauthorized access, more streamlined onboarding and authentication, and a faster, more convenient login experience.

The best thing about 1Kosmos is how smoothly it supports passwordless authentication. People don’t have to remember passwords anymore; instead, they can log in using biometrics or a secure digital identity. That makes the overall experience feel both safer and easier. On top of that, the identity verification process is quick and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up an identity platform for the first time can be challenging, especially if you don’t have much experience with these tools. I found that some of the customization options were difficult to understand and took time to figure out. However, once everything was configured and in place, the platform worked well.

It helps eliminate password related risks and reduces login friction for users. As a result, our onboarding process has improved, and authentication feels more secure without adding complexity to the user journey. It also saves time for both users and admins by streamlining identity verification and making the overall sign-in experience smoother.

What do you like best about the product?
1Kosmos Verify application is simple to use and integrates well with the existing systems. Customer support is also responsive. Some features like its authentication feature are reliable and user friendly too.
What do you dislike about the product?
1Kosmos platform can feel a bit clunky or tricky at first because some of its system parts are not immediately clear from the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For securing the User Authentication and Identity Verification, I used 1Kosmos Verify platform because it ensures the safe access across multiple online platforms.

It’s been beneficial for me because it provides bio auth. Since usernames and passwords can be stolen, this feels like a more secure way to sign in.

Initial setup is very complex and is not user friendly and need IT engineer intervention.
Features are not meet up as per company standards.
For QR smart phone is mandatory.
Many time timeout error occurs and users are not able to login even after multiple attempts.

The onboarding and configuration process can take more planning and technical effort upfront, so it helps to be prepared before getting started.

The main benefit for me is stronger security with less friction: fewer login problems, no password resets, faster access, and greater confidence that only verified users can authenticate. It also helps simplify compliance and cut operational overhead, which makes access more reliable and efficient overall.

For me, the benefit is twofold: improved security and operational efficiency. Users no longer struggle with forgotten passwords, which significantly cuts down helpdesk tickets and support overhead.
