1Kosmos Verify provides a smooth and secure identity verification experience. The platform is easy to use, and the authentication process is fast and reliable. I especially like the passwordless authentication and identity verification features, which improve both security and user experience. The interface is intuitive, and the overall implementation and management process is quite efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?

While the platform is reliable overall, the initial setup and configuration can feel slightly complex for new users. Some integrations and customization options could be made more straightforward. At times, the user interface may feel a bit overwhelming, especially for first-time users, and improved documentation or onboarding would make the experience even better.

We were looking for a secure and reliable identity verification solution that could reduce dependency on passwords and improve user authentication. 1Kosmos Verify helped streamline the verification process while enhancing security and user experience. It has reduced authentication friction for users, improved onboarding efficiency, and helped us manage identity verification in a more secure and organized way.

What do you like best about the product?

Really good for biometric identification and passwordless login.

What do you dislike about the product?

Pricing is on the higher side, so it’s not suitable for small R&D teams. I also need an additional learning session because it’s a bit complex to use, and the documentation isn’t sufficient.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I wanted to integrated it with CRM for login authentication using API call

What do you like best about the product?

The best thinks that I like about the product is the user friendly interface. New users can able to navigate the product with ease unlike other products. The product gets the job done by using secure verification process with amazing performance. The customer team is supportive and knowledgeable and responsive all the time.

What do you dislike about the product?

As of now, I can’t think of anything else to add at the moment. That said, I’ve heard the price is a bit on the higher side, but it seems to have its own ROI comparatively.

Real time identity verification with most advanced, easy and a secure process has become a challange within our organization. 1kosmos solves it with easy by implementing real time verification through biometric and government ID verification with orptical character recognition with the help of AI and Machine Learning technologies.

The main drawback of 1Kosmos Verify is its complex initial setup and higher cost, along with a learning curve for users unfamiliar with passwordless and decentralized identity systems.

1Kosmos Verify addresses key challenges tied to password-based authentication, identity fraud, and overly complex user onboarding.

First, it reduces the risks that come with passwords—such as phishing, credential theft, and constant password resets—by enabling a fully passwordless login experience using biometrics and QR-based authentication. This strengthens security while also easing the workload on IT support teams.

Second, it helps with identity verification by combining biometric authentication with ID verification and liveness detection. This adds confidence that the person accessing the system is truly who they claim to be, which is especially important in compliance-heavy environments like finance or enterprise access.

It also makes onboarding and day-to-day login simpler. Rather than juggling multiple credentials or OTPs, users can verify themselves and access systems in just a few steps, improving productivity and overall satisfaction.

1Kosmos platform can feel a bit clunky or tricky at first because some of its system parts are not immediately clear from the beginning.

It’s been beneficial for me because it provides bio auth. Since usernames and passwords can be stolen, this feels like a more secure way to sign in.

Initial setup is very complex and is not user friendly and need IT engineer intervention.
Features are not meet up as per company standards.
For QR smart phone is mandatory.
Many time timeout error occurs and users are not able to login even after multiple attempts.

Manual login is not required
High Accuracy and data is protected
Non need of passwords to maintain and keep on changing on regular intervals.

Single platform approach identity verification, credential issuance, and authentication all in one reduces complexity for organizations and improves trust without adding friction.
