What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using 1Kosmos Verify is their great biometric authentication service using face matching and liveness detection
What do you dislike about the product?
The 1 thing I would say is least useful would be the complex setup and the difficulty for first time users to understand the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s been beneficial for me because it provides bio auth. Since usernames and passwords can be stolen, this feels like a more secure way to sign in.

Less user interaction and easy to use.
Uses multiple method's to identify users such as Face recognition, fingerprint scanning, QR scanning via mobile application.
Works in multiple ways such as mobile apps , web browser and SDK.

What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup is very complex and is not user friendly and need IT engineer intervention.
Features are not meet up as per company standards.
For QR smart phone is mandatory.
Many time timeout error occurs and users are not able to login even after multiple attempts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best about 1Kosmos Verify is how it combines strong security with a smooth user experience. It delivers true password less, phishing-resistant authentication using standards like FIDO2, while keeping onboarding and identity proofing straightforward for users. Single platform approach identity verification, credential issuance, and authentication all in one reduces complexity for organizations and improves trust without adding friction.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding and configuration process can take more planning and technical effort upfront, so it helps to be prepared before getting started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit for me is stronger security with less friction: fewer login problems, no password resets, faster access, and greater confidence that only verified users can authenticate. It also helps simplify compliance and cut operational overhead, which makes access more reliable and efficient overall.

What I like most about 1Kosmos Verify is its passwordless authentication approach, paired with strong identity proofing.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about 1Kosmos Verify is that the initial setup and integration can feel complex, particularly in environments that rely on multiple legacy systems. The onboarding for identity proofing and device binding often requires more upfront planning and clearer user guidance than more traditional authentication methods, which can make the rollout feel heavier at the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, the benefit is twofold: improved security and operational efficiency. Users no longer struggle with forgotten passwords, which significantly cuts down helpdesk tickets and support overhead.
