What do you like best about the product?

We transitioned to WDF to have a single source of truth and to minimize outside integrations.

I appreciate that we can leverage our HCM build to automate financials efforts.

What do you dislike about the product?

Workday seems to struggle with 'big data'. When handling thousands of lines of data, the system crashes or takes an excessive time to process.
There is certain customization we could do with our previous provider that is not available in Workday.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Workday has enhanced our reporting and analysis tools. Specifically around spend by Cost Center, Supplier, etc. We are able to drill down and determine profitability by project.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Workday Financial Management for expense management, approvals, budgeting, and financial reporting. It's easy to access financial data in one place, and the reporting features are very useful. I like most its centralized platform and powerful reporting capabilities. It makes financial data easy to access, simplifies approval workflows, and helps save time by reducing manual tasks. The centralized platform keeps all financial information in one place, making it easier to manage expenses, approvals, and reports without switching between different tools. The reporting features provide real-time insights, helping teams make faster and more informed financial decisions while reducing manual effort.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find the interface overwhelming for new users, and some workflows require too many steps to complete simple tasks. Performance can also be slow at times, especially when loading reports or navigating between modules. The interface could be more intuitive with simpler navigation and fewer clicks for common tasks. Streamlining approval workflows and improving page load times, especially for reports, would make the overall experience faster and more user-friendly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Workday Financial Management to streamline financial processes by centralizing expense management, approvals, and reporting. It reduces manual work, improves data accuracy, simplifies approval workflows, and provides real-time insights for faster decisions.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that Workday Financial Management brings financial data, reporting, and business processes together under one roof. The real-time reporting and analytics capabilities provide better visibility into financial performance, and the intuitive dashboard makes it easier to access key information. I also appreciate the workflow automation features.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some areas can be improved as advanced configuration may need a steep learning curve and additional training. Performance also slows down during working with large datasets. It also needs some out-of-the-box integrations for more flexibility.

I find Workday Financial Management reduces manual processes, consolidates financial data, improves reporting accuracy, and manages workflows efficiently. It brings finance processes together, providing real-time reporting and intuitive dashboards for better visibility.

The interface is clean, reports are easy to generate and having real-time financial data helps make quicker decisions. It also integrates well with other workday modules, making day to day work more smoother

The features take time to learn, especially for new users. At times, reports and customisations can feel a little bit complex, but overall it’s a solid platform once you get familiar with it

What do you like best about the product?

I like how how streamlined hr is and every thing in one place. AI intelligence and user freind platform. Pricing is well established and i see a big return on investment

What do you dislike about the product?

There isn’t enough support during onboarding, it doesn’t integrate with my Revolution EHR, and performance can be slow at times. Overall, I’d rate the product an 8/10 for performance and reliability.

The most valuable aspect of Workday Financial Management is the real-time visibility into financial data and the dashboard capabilities make it easier to monitor.

Workday Financial Management can have a learning curve for some new users, particularly when navigating advanced reporting and configuration features.

Workday Financial Management has helped our company integrate financials, payroll, and human resources. It helps reduce duplicate data entry and improves overall efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?

I find Workday Financial Management extremely helpful for organizing everything from invoicing to receivables. It's very organizational, keeping the business flowing smoothly and making it super easy to use. I also really appreciate their super awesome customer service, which makes everything run even better. Plus, the initial setup was extremely easy, even for a new startup like us.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Workday Financial Management helps us with invoicing, receivables, and everything financial, being extremely helpful in organizing. It reduces the time spent on minor tasks, allowing us to focus on bigger problems and areas.

What do you like best about the product?

Integrations are definitely not as difficult as with most platforms, the price is very fair, and it’s user-friendly overall. Whenever I run into issues, customer service is helpful and responsive. I genuinely enjoy using Workday.

What do you dislike about the product?

I haven’t been using it for very long, so the main thing I dislike so far is really just my own experience level with it. That said, I haven’t run into many issues, and there isn’t much that has stood out as a problem yet.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

One thing that it has helped me with is saving time closing the month within a short time frame. It also helps me see how profitable my company is on a job level

What do you like best about the product?

Seems very consumer user focused - easy to navigate UI. I'm not aware of any integrations, but I've heard it's an expensive software. When we previously considered it, the cost was prohibitive. It also didn't seem to support businesses that had inventory or manufacturing operations.

What do you dislike about the product?

The absence of functionality for inventory and manufacturing. These are essential for an ERP solution to our organization and without these capabilities, we looked at other solutions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're not using Workday due to cost and lack of functionality. It seemed like a great solution if you're a professional services or software firm but not for our organization.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the financial analysis part of Workday Financial Management because I think it's the most useful. Not everyone can comprehend and understand it easily, and that's where it helps you. The initial setup was very easy, as there was guidance at all times.

What do you dislike about the product?

It could improve in intuitiveness when using it. Make the system design a bit more intuitive visually, especially for those who are just starting to use it.

It allows me to understand my financial situation, invest everything in a general way, and have a global vision.
