Mobile Protection with Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I really value Zimperium Mobile Threat Defense for its intuitive user interface and rich integration capabilities. It is user-friendly, making it easy for both platform teams and end users to navigate and utilize effectively. I find it straightforward to deploy and maintain, which is crucial for ensuring a seamless user experience. Additionally, the ability to integrate smoothly with other tools such as Workspace One, Splunk, and Intune enhances its functionality and versatility, aligning perfectly with our existing systems. Its design and capabilities ensure that our corporate data remains secure across mobile devices managed through our Mobile Device Management (MDM) system, which is essential for protecting sensitive information. Given these strengths, I rate it a 10 out of 10, as I can’t fault it in any specific area.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Zimperium Mobile Threat Defense lacking in its audit capabilities, particularly when it comes to audit logs for users granted privileged access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zimperium Mobile Threat Defense is used to protect corporate data on mobile devices with an intuitive UI and seamless integration, making it easy for both platform teams and end users to deploy and maintain.
Effortless BYOD Security with Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Zimperium Mobile Threat Defense enables me to define application-managed security without the need to manage the entire end-user device. This feature is particularly valuable for implementing BYOD mobile security in our company to access corporate resources. I love how easy the platform is to use and administer, which simplifies our overall security management process. Furthermore, the service and support provided by Zimperium Mobile Threat Defense are impressively fast and effective. On several occasions over the past year, we have received excellent support responses in terms of both response speed and quality. This level of support greatly enhances our experience and confidence in using the solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dealing with different kinds of mobile devices sometimes requires special adjustments, preventing a single process for all devices. Additionally, it would be beneficial if the Mobile Threat Defense (MTD) install process could be separated from the corporate app install. A unified process within the MTD app to set up the environment for all relevant apps would greatly enhance usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zimperium Mobile Threat Defense for company BYOD mobile security, providing managed application security without device oversight, simplifying admin tasks. It's easy to use, integrates well, and offers fast, effective support.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zimperium Mobile Threat Defense is the ease of implementation and excellent customer support. Plus, I appreciate that Zimperium actually listens to feedback and keeps improving their service based on what users need. It makes me feel confident that they care about their customers and are always working to make things better.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zimperium Mobile Threat Defense does a solid job overall, there are a couple of areas that could use some improvement. For example, keeping track of active device numbers can be a bit tricky and sometimes feels more complicated than it should be. It would be helpful if there were easier ways to manage and monitor which devices are currently protected. Also, the console UI could definitely be more user-friendly

Zimperium Mobile Threat Defense tackles the major challenge of protecting both our corporate and BYO mobile devices from threats that may originate from applications, the operating system, or the network. With the growing reliance on smartphones and tablets for work purposes, maintaining the security of these devices has become more complex than ever.
Essential Mobile Security with Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Zimperium has played a key role in securing our fleet of mobile devices by alerting us to potential risks before they escalate into significant problems. Additionally, Zimperium integrates with several of our other platforms, enabling the sharing of logs and analytics that support our business in making important security decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only recommendation is that when upgrading to a new console, we had to transition to a new SaaS environment. It would be more convenient if, with SaaS software, the new features could just be added to the existing environment rather than requiring a full switch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zimperium enhances the security capabilities of our mobile device management platform by adding more advanced security features and comprehensive analytics. It effectively bridges the gap between our existing protections and the need for deeper security insights.
Effortless Deployment and Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and straightforward configuration and deployment, works well with other applications, helpful and informed support team
What do you dislike about the product?
The portal is a bit dated, dashboard customizations would be useful, a reporting dashboard would also be helpful so you can create your own reports based off of metrics collected from mobile devices

Global moving fleet with a large number of employees travelling daily - Zimperium gives us protection and assurance that mobile devices connected to public networks are protected and kept safe from threats and malicious actors. It provides us with visibility on the state of our mobile devices and where we need to focus to improve security across them

Flexibility of the columns of the dashboard on the v4 user interface can be improved

What do you like best about the product?
Zimperium Mobile Threat Defense (MTD) is a solid option for securing mobile devices. Its on-device machine learning detects threats in real time, even when the device is offline, and protects against a range of risks including network attacks, phishing, and malicious apps. A major advantage is its privacy-first design, ensuring that sensitive data remains on the device. Integration with our MDM/UEM and Zero Trust frameworks is seamless, allowing it to fit easily into our existing security setup. With features like zero-day protection, offline threat detection, and compliance support, Zimperium MTD enables us to stay ahead of mobile threats without adding unnecessary complexity.
Implementation with our MDM was very easy and their customer support is among the top tier of vendor support experiences. They're very quick to respond and there's no attempt to "refer you back to documentation" as they truly own the issue until resolution.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I like Zimperium MTD overall. Most of the challenges we run into aren’t with Zimperium itself—they stem from the data in our MDM. When that data isn’t accurate or up to date, it can create inefficiencies and confusion when we’re trying to troubleshoot or review a specific device. So the pain points are more about integration and data quality than the product itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zimperium Mobile Threat Defense solves the big problem of securing mobile devices against advanced threats—things like phishing, malicious apps, and network attacks. For us, that means we can confidently allow mobile access to corporate resources without worrying about compromised devices. It also helps enforce compliance and supports our Zero Trust approach by giving real-time visibility into device risk. The biggest benefit is peace of mind: we know threats are detected on-device, even offline, and that sensitive data stays private. Overall, it reduces risk and makes mobile security much more manageable.

Integrating OEM with Ivanti was straightforward, and the setup process was simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I experienced poor performance with zconsole v4, but things have improved significantly in v5.

The lack of ability to block access to resources when the app is reinstalled. They need to work with MDM providers to provide this capability.
