What do you like best about the product?

It's become essential to my work routine. It helps me manage my large email volume, organize my tasks, and reference old emails that provide strong context for my responses.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't often go with the AI suggested text, but the grammar and spelling checks help.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reminders to respond or follow up to emails, task management, prioritizing my inbox.

What do you like best about the product?

I absolutely love, love, love the reminders feature. This has saved me many times! Being able to schedule emails to pop back up in my inbox is so great. I don't have to look at all the emails and can deal with the less urgent ones later. I also enjoy the AI summary so I can quickly review each one.

What do you dislike about the product?

Honestly, there really isn't anything I dislike about it. I would be so upset if they took it away from us!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Superhuman is a huge time saver for me. I feel like I'm more organized because of it. It allows me to organize my inbox, and the comments feature is a big help when collaborating on projects. Everyone is 'chatting' on the email thread - so everyone has context.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the splits in Superhuman Mail, which help me manage my large volume of emails efficiently. The follow-up suggestions are a great feature, emphasizing what's important for quick attention. The AI recommended content is a nice touch, making email handling smart and seamless. I also find the gamification aspect engaging, as it makes weekly inbox clearance a fun challenge; I've maintained it for about 84 weeks! The initial setup was easy, adding to the smooth experience.

What do you dislike about the product?

The internal comments in Superhuman Mail don't seem valuable to me. I haven't figured out how they're different from just emailing internally. It would be great if the AI could draft responses for me to review and approve.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Superhuman Mail to quickly sort through hundreds of emails daily. It solves the problem of managing email overload efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?

Speed in processing and reading mail. The AI search is very powerful and well liked enhancement. The integration of calendar booking is key!

What do you dislike about the product?

Not much control over the interface or theming.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ability to incorporate email reading into my overall daily workflow and getting to inbox zero is a reality.

What do you like best about the product?

Superhuman is a clean, visually-appealing email client. I am particularly impressed by the ability to use keystroke commands for major functions, such as forwarding, blocking, reminders, etc. This saves me a ton of time on a daily and weekly basis, as I am able to very quickly navigate my inbox. Time is money; Superhuman saves me an incredible amount of time on a daily basis. If it's possible to grateful for an inanimate object/product, I am very grateful for Superhuman!

What do you dislike about the product?

Literally nothing. There's a small bit of feedback that I could offer about the size of the email display when reading/responding to emails, but it's nitpicky feedback and it does not detract from my UX at all.

Time. Time. Time. Time. Superhuman saves me so much time.

What do you like best about the product?

Nothing. It's a scam. Absolutely hate it and the people behind it - once you sign up, it's hard to escape.

What do you dislike about the product?

Very poor product, sends spam, no option to cancel.
1. It lures you to pay upfront with no trial, no refund
2. The product is surprisingly poor. Gmail in Chrome, which I wanted to replace, is much better
3. It sends invite (spam) emails to the whole company without your knowledge
4. You can't cancel by yourself!!! You have to reach out to them and ASK FOR IT! Unbelievable. And I'm still waiting for their response.

Nothing. Zero. Nada.

The interface is easy to use and has a clean, minimalistic design.

It costs too much. I understand that businesses have expenses, but for its purpose, this is still priced too high.

It keeps everything well organized, and I really appreciate the follow-up reminders and the helpful snippets.

What do you like best about the product?

Superhuman is simple and easy to use, it organizes your inbox and allows you to get your work done, faster and more efficiently. It seamlessly integrates with Gmail and its AI is very strong allowing you to customize messaging while it learns your tone and how you write. The real value is the time saving and allowing me to get to the important tasks first. We're definitely getting our money's worth with Superhuman

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes I don't like that it shows emails out of chronological order, but it does that so you get the most important emails done first.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its removing inbox clutter, not letting unanswered emails fall through the cracks. It allows me to work faster, more efficiently, and saves me time.

What do you like best about the product?

Honestly, it’s incredibly fast. The keyboard shortcuts let me fly through emails without ever touching the mouse. And the Split Inbox feature is amazing—it filters out all the newsletter junk so I only see important messages from real people. It genuinely makes getting to Inbox Zero feel satisfying instead of a chore.

What do you dislike about the product?

While Superhuman is excellent for speed, its high price tag can be hard to justify for casual email users. On top of that, the hotkey-heavy workflow comes with a steep learning curve, so it doesn’t feel like an out-of-the-box solution for everyone. Finally, the lack of a unified inbox across multiple accounts can slow things down when you’re juggling several projects at once.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Traditional email clients cram high-priority client messages, internal team threads, and automated newsletters into one chaotic, overwhelming feed. That forced mix creates constant visual distraction and real cognitive fatigue, because you’re always sorting through digital noise just to find what actually matters. With Split Inboxes, Superhuman addresses this by automatically separating high-stakes conversations from low-priority updates. As a result, you can stay focused on your most critical work during peak hours without letting anything important slip through the cracks.

Great tool to respond emails faster, reminders to follow up, split inboxes to prioritize, AI draft emails

What do you dislike about the product?

That they don't have the option yet for email delegation. For example, on Gmail I have access to my boss emails without him having to share his credentials.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it to collaborate on responding to emails with my boss and team. I also like the reminders for messages I don’t need to respond to right away, so I can bring them back later when I’m ready.
