What do you like best about the product?

Nothing. It's a scam. Absolutely hate it and the people behind it - once you sign up, it's hard to escape.

What do you dislike about the product?

Very poor product, sends spam, no option to cancel.
1. It lures you to pay upfront with no trial, no refund
2. The product is surprisingly poor. Gmail in Chrome, which I wanted to replace, is much better
3. It sends invite (spam) emails to the whole company without your knowledge
4. You can't cancel by yourself!!! You have to reach out to them and ASK FOR IT! Unbelievable. And I'm still waiting for their response.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nothing. Zero. Nada.

What do you like best about the product?

The interface is easy to use and has a clean, minimalistic design.

What do you dislike about the product?

It costs too much. I understand that businesses have expenses, but for its purpose, this is still priced too high.

It keeps everything well organized, and I really appreciate the follow-up reminders and the helpful snippets.

What do you like best about the product?

Superhuman is simple and easy to use, it organizes your inbox and allows you to get your work done, faster and more efficiently. It seamlessly integrates with Gmail and it's AI is very strong allowing you to customize messaging while it learns your tone and how you write. The real value is the time saving and allowing me to get to the important tasks first. We're definitely getting our money's worth with Superhuman

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes I don't like that it shows emails out of chronological order, but it does that so you get the most important emails done first.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its removing inbox clutter, not letting unanswered emails fall through the cracks. It allows me to work faster, more efficiently, and saves me time.

What do you like best about the product?

Honestly, it’s incredibly fast. The keyboard shortcuts let me fly through emails without ever touching the mouse. And the Split Inbox feature is amazing—it filters out all the newsletter junk so I only see important messages from real people. It genuinely makes getting to Inbox Zero feel satisfying instead of a chore.

What do you dislike about the product?

While Superhuman is excellent for speed, its high price tag can be hard to justify for casual email users. On top of that, the hotkey-heavy workflow comes with a steep learning curve, so it doesn’t feel like an out-of-the-box solution for everyone. Finally, the lack of a unified inbox across multiple accounts can slow things down when you’re juggling several projects at once.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Traditional email clients cram high-priority client messages, internal team threads, and automated newsletters into one chaotic, overwhelming feed. That forced mix creates constant visual distraction and real cognitive fatigue, because you’re always sorting through digital noise just to find what actually matters. With Split Inboxes, Superhuman addresses this by automatically separating high-stakes conversations from low-priority updates. As a result, you can stay focused on your most critical work during peak hours without letting anything important slip through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?

Great tool to respond emails faster, reminders to follow up, split inboxes to prioritize, AI draft emails

What do you dislike about the product?

That they don't have the option yet for email delegation. For example, on Gmail I have access to my boss emails without him having to share his credentials.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it to collaborate on responding to emails with my boss and team. I also like the reminders for messages I don’t need to respond to right away, so I can bring them back later when I’m ready.

What do you like best about the product?

AI search is great when searching for old details. I love the offline mode for mailbox triage on airplanes. Once accustomed to their hotkeys, the shortcuts are a huge benefit.

What do you dislike about the product?

Obviously the cost is high, but I still consider it worthwhile because of the benefits. I've gotten co-Pilot now which is almost as effective, but the streamlined hotkeys and offline convenience keep my Superhuman subscription going.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time management. Less time searching inboxes.

What do you like best about the product?

Being able to mark e-mails as done or being able to set reminders. Before that I used to mark as unread, but this gives much less flexibility

What do you dislike about the product?

The price. It is a bit expensive considering it is basically a front-end for Gmail. It is much more expensive than Gmail which has much more functionality

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is saving me time. I am very busy as CEO. Superhuman saves me time

What do you like best about the product?

I really like how much easier this makes managing my inbox. I handle a lot of emails across data management and marketing, so being able to quickly find what I need, organize messages, and use AI to help draft replies saves me a lot of time. Overall, it makes email feel far less overwhelming and helps me stay on top of everything.

What do you dislike about the product?

Honestly, there isn’t much I dislike about it. The biggest adjustment was simply getting used to how everything works. A few of the shortcuts and the way emails are organized aren’t what I’m used to, so it took me a little time to feel comfortable using it. Getting used to the Ai feature is also really cool. At first I didn't like the idea of having an Ai on my email but after some use I realized it makes everything beyond faster and convenient. Its amazing!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Superhuman Mail has helped me solve a lot of problems! It helps me stay on top of everything without having to spend so much time digging through my inbox. Since I work in data management and marketing, I’m usually juggling a bunch of different emails, projects, and people at the same time, so it’s easy for something to get buried or forgotten. Superhuman makes it easier for me to find what I need, keep track of conversations, and remember to follow up when I’m waiting on someone to respond. Overall, it saves me a decent amount of time and helps me stay more organized throughout the day. Also the auto responding for emails is incredible! Being able to reach out immediately when you're not immediately available is incredible! So efficient and easy to use! Amazing problem solver!

It makes digging through your inbox a much more efficient process.

I wish it was easier to access on my desktop.
