This product extends the functionality of Coda or Grammarly and without it, this product has very limited utility. Please note that Grammarly or Coda will require its own license for full functionality with this listing.

Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
This listing handles mid-contract adjustments to an existing agreement, not a new subscription. You add licenses on a per-unit basis during your current term. The Mid-term Coda expansion and Mid-term Expansion of Grammarly cover added seats for each product separately. The Custom Add On covers additional mid-term seats beyond those. Each dimension bills by unit, letting you true up your seat count as your team grows. You choose only the dimensions matching the products and seats you need to add during the term.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One unit equals one added seat for that specific product during your current term. The Mid-term Coda expansion counts seats for the docs workspace product. The Mid-term Expansion of Grammarly counts seats for the writing assistant. You buy seats separately per product, matching how many members need access.
Each dimension bills independently by unit. You are charged for the seats you add under each product, plus any Custom Add On seats. The charges add together on the same invoice. The number of units you select for each product drives your cost, not one shared count.
The Custom Add On covers additional mid-term seats beyond the product-specific expansions. Use it when your added seats fall outside the Coda expansion or Grammarly expansion categories. Each Custom Add On unit is one extra mid-term seat during your current term.

Superhuman subscriptions are non-refundable, and Superhuman will not prorate any fees paid for a subscription that is terminated before the end of its term.

Effortless, AI-Powered Email That Gives Time Back

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman Mail gives me more time back in my day and makes me more efficient. I like how easy it is to use and the integrations. The quick keys let me switch between tasks quickly without using my mouse. I also like the AI integrations, auto-drafting, and the knowledge base feature, even though it’s still in beta. The auto-drafts pull information from my company website and other hubs to draft responses in my inbox, so I can check that they’re correct without having to search for the information myself. I use it with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Jira, and Slack. The initial setup was pretty easy, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the widget on the Superhuman Mail mobile app could be improved. I’d like a swipe feature so I can move between my calendar and inbox more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman Mail gives me more time back in my day and makes me more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Efficient and easy to use, with a simple UX/UI and genuinely helpful features. I especially like the integrated calendar, the AI tools, the voice AI, and the scheduling options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe more integrations with Asana. Pricing is ok, but could be cheaper

Saving time when organising emails and helping to sort through many emails, have several inboxes easily reviewed, save time when using AI for writing emails

What do you like best about the product?
I like Superhuman Mail’s intuitive interface, and it’s easy to use. There was a bit of a learning curve, but now the shortcuts make it simple. I use shortcuts to generate replies or mark replies as done, and I find the auto-replies helpful. Labels help me stay organized and keep track of messages, follow-ups, incoming emails, and my next steps. When I email clients, I like being able to add my availability and figure out meeting times. It helps me respond faster and provide a better customer experience. Setup was really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The shortcuts took some time to get used to, and I think it may not be for everyone. Sometimes the AI features are a little finicky: rewriting a message in my voice doesn’t always work, and the formatting can be an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman Mail helps me stay incredibly organized, keep track of all my messages and follow-ups, and generate auto-replies, which I find really helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Superhuman Mail every day for my work and personal mailboxes. It makes responding to emails more efficient, and I can get through more emails faster. It produces drafts and follow-ups, and I use it to write, rewrite, and enhance my emails. I like the speed and quality of the emails it produces, especially that its AI writes in my voice quickly and efficiently and has learned how I respond over time. The initial setup is efficient, linking mailboxes is easy, and having each mailbox in its own tab makes it easy to look at everything. I’ve recommended Superhuman Mail to multiple friends and colleagues, and I think it’s an outstanding tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - it is a great product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman Mail makes responding to emails incredibly efficient, so I can get through my email and do a lot more faster. It produces drafts and follow-ups in my voice and helps me write and rewrite emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Superhuman on my computer is great, quick and efficient. Keyboard short cuts make not using a mouse easier and quicker. Cuts down on RSI and carpal tunnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Superhuman is pricy for sure. I can afford it, though I should have cancelled it based on price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's nice using a keyboard and not using a mouse for everything.
