This is a consumption-based mid-term add-on for one of the Superhuman Suite products - either Coda or Grammarly. This product extends the functionality of Coda or Grammarly and without it, this product has very limited utility. Please note that Grammarly or Coda will require its own license for full functionality with this listing.

Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
This listing handles mid-contract adjustments to an existing agreement, not a new subscription. You add licenses on a per-unit basis during your current term. The Mid-term Coda expansion and Mid-term Expansion of Grammarly cover added seats for each product separately. The Custom Add On covers additional mid-term seats beyond those. Each dimension bills by unit, letting you true up your seat count as your team grows. You choose only the dimensions matching the products and seats you need to add during the term.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One unit equals one added seat for that specific product during your current term. The Mid-term Coda expansion counts seats for the docs workspace product. The Mid-term Expansion of Grammarly counts seats for the writing assistant. You buy seats separately per product, matching how many members need access.
Each dimension bills independently by unit. You are charged for the seats you add under each product, plus any Custom Add On seats. The charges add together on the same invoice. The number of units you select for each product drives your cost, not one shared count.
The Custom Add On covers additional mid-term seats beyond the product-specific expansions. Use it when your added seats fall outside the Coda expansion or Grammarly expansion categories. Each Custom Add On unit is one extra mid-term seat during your current term.

Superhuman subscriptions are non-refundable, and Superhuman will not prorate any fees paid for a subscription that is terminated before the end of its term.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the splits in Superhuman Mail, which help me manage my large volume of emails efficiently. The follow-up suggestions are a great feature, emphasizing what's important for quick attention. The AI recommended content is a nice touch, making email handling smart and seamless. I also find the gamification aspect engaging, as it makes weekly inbox clearance a fun challenge; I've maintained it for about 84 weeks! The initial setup was easy, adding to the smooth experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The internal comments in Superhuman Mail don't seem valuable to me. I haven't figured out how they're different from just emailing internally. It would be great if the AI could draft responses for me to review and approve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Superhuman Mail to quickly sort through hundreds of emails daily. It solves the problem of managing email overload efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Speed in processing and reading mail. The AI search is very powerful and well liked enhancement. The integration of calendar booking is key!

Not much control over the interface or theming.

Ability to incorporate email reading into my overall daily workflow and getting to inbox zero is a reality.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is a clean, visually-appealing email client. I am particularly impressed by the ability to use keystroke commands for major functions, such as forwarding, blocking, reminders, etc. This saves me a ton of time on a daily and weekly basis, as I am able to very quickly navigate my inbox. Time is money; Superhuman saves me an incredible amount of time on a daily basis. If it's possible to grateful for an inanimate object/product, I am very grateful for Superhuman!
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally nothing. There's a small bit of feedback that I could offer about the size of the email display when reading/responding to emails, but it's nitpicky feedback and it does not detract from my UX at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time. Time. Time. Time. Superhuman saves me so much time.

Nothing. It's a scam. Absolutely hate it and the people behind it - once you sign up, it's hard to escape.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very poor product, sends spam, no option to cancel.
1. It lures you to pay upfront with no trial, no refund
2. The product is surprisingly poor. Gmail in Chrome, which I wanted to replace, is much better
3. It sends invite (spam) emails to the whole company without your knowledge
4. You can't cancel by yourself!!! You have to reach out to them and ASK FOR IT! Unbelievable. And I'm still waiting for their response.

It costs too much. I understand that businesses have expenses, but for its purpose, this is still priced too high.
