    Overview

Superhuman Go is an enterprise AI platform that embeds intelligence across 1M+ apps, making work more effective without switching tabs. Go works proactively within your existing tools - surfacing relevant context, drafting follow-ups, and prepping for calls right where work happens.

Despite significant enterprise AI investment, most organizations see limited ROI. The core challenge is activation: AI that lives in a separate tab requires employees to switch context, load information manually, and prompt from scratch - creating friction that prevents adoption at scale. Go is built to close this gap. Go addresses the last-mile AI challenge by meeting employees exactly where they work - no tab switching, no context loading, no behavior change required. What makes Go different:

Ubiquitous by design. Go runs natively across Chrome, Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android - embedding AI assistance across 1M+ web, desktop, and mobile applications. AI meets employees wherever work actually happens, without disrupting existing workflows.

Connected to your stack. 100+ pre-built integrations span Google Drive, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Slack, GitHub, Outlook, Zoom, and more. Go pulls context from the tools your teams already use - no manual uploads, no prompt engineering required.

Enterprise-grade governance. Centralized admin console, role-based intelligence, policy enforcement at the platform level, complete audit trails, and zero data retention by default. Go makes AI adoption safe and measurable at scale.

    Highlights

    • Cost savings: Consolidate 5-10 fragmented AI and productivity tools into a single Enterprise License Agreement - $200K - $500K in annual software spend reduction
    • Capacity gains: 2-3 hours recovered per employee per week translates to a 5-7% effective headcount increase without additional hiring
    • AI ROI realization: Convert existing AI investments from underutilized licenses into compounding returns - Go extends their value into every tool where suite-locked AI goes dark

    Reviewed on Sep 30, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I love the digital experience with Superhuman Mail. The interface is really great and easy to use. I'm a big fan of all the keyboard shortcuts; once you master them, they save you a ton of time. I love how it allows me to keep track of multiple inboxes and prioritize messages easily. The gamification of getting to "Inbox Zero" is very satisfying because it gives you a fun image when you get through your emails, and that image changes daily. Superhuman is always making updates that are in the best interest of the user, and it's a product that just keeps getting better. The initial setup was a breeze thanks to the onboarding videos, and they even offered a call to help learn the features I wanted to master, which made the whole experience very smooth. It really helps me be efficient and save time, especially with the keyboard shortcuts, which eliminate the need for constant clicking. Overall, this is a huge upgrade from Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any dislikes. It's a fantastic product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman Mail solves the issue of managing multiple inboxes by allowing me to access all of them through a single product, enabling me to prioritize messages effectively and save time with keyboard shortcuts. It enhances organization through features like inbox zero gamification and a user-friendly interface, boosting overall efficiency.

    Streamlines Communication with User-Friendly Interface

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Superhuman Mail because it's user-friendly and helps me prioritize and respond to the important things much quicker. I really appreciate the AI components that save me time on things that don't need my attention and how I can share my availability which often preloads accurately. The reminder feature is another plus, prompting me for follow-ups automatically, and I love being able to boomerang emails based on my preferences. The calendar features are handy, and integrating with Salesforce helps me in my sales development tasks by keeping everything connected with auto replies. Overall, I find the setup easy despite the learning curve for shortcuts, and I'm really pleased with the benefits I've received, which is why I recommend it to everybody.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say the learning curve when I first started using it was weirdly hard. You have to learn shortcuts. But once you learn them, it makes such a difference. And then I do keep asking for a centralized mailbox. I kind of want everything all in one just so that I can rip through things. Instead of having to toggle between my several emails. I have personal. I have work. I have a family email, those kinds of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman Mail helps me move quicker through emails by prioritizing important tasks and letting AI handle non-essentials. The user-friendly design and AI features save me time and make prioritization and responses more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Superhuman Mail helps me navigate email faster and more efficiently, especially when trying to reach inbox zero. The 'Remind Me Later' feature is fantastic for organizing emails that I don't need to respond to immediately. The keyboard shortcuts significantly enhance my speed and efficiency in handling emails. I'm also impressed with the ability to share my available times for meetings using a link, which saves me several minutes each day. The integration with AI to search past emails and draft automatically is really good, and the mobile app adds great convenience for managing emails on the go. Everything about it just works really well for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The auto drafts in Superhuman Mail are sometimes a little bit off, but I recognize that it's a new tool and they're getting better every single day. Any problems that I have with Superhuman are getting fixed as we go, so I don't really have anything that needs to be significantly improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman Mail helps me navigate my email faster, with tools like the "Remind Me Later" feature and keyboard shortcuts improving efficiency. It allows me to handle meeting scheduling effortlessly, saving minutes each day, and achieving inbox zero quickly.

    Seamless Email Management with Superhuman

    Reviewed on Sep 20, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Superhuman Mail brings my personal and business emails into one place with ease of access. It's very easy to use, intuitive, and it doesn't fail. The integration with Gmail is great, and the archiving system is good too. I enjoy the keyboard shortcuts that make everything quicker and the ability to do everything without having to use my mouse. The connectors to AI programs like Claude make it even easier and quicker to handle my emails. The initial setup was very easy, and I find the overall experience seamless, which is why I'd rate it a ten out of ten.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit of time to learn all the different keyboard shortcuts. So if you're someone who doesn't learn that way or a little bit older, maybe it'd be more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman Mail consolidates my personal and business emails in one place, offers ease of access, and integrates with AI programs like Claude and ChatGPT. It features labeling, sorting, and Gmail integration, making it user-friendly and efficient. However, mastering keyboard shortcuts can be challenging for some users.

Superhuman Saves Hours with Scheduler, Snippets, and Lightning-Fast Inbox Control

    Reviewed on Sep 19, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman saves me a lot of time and keeps me organized, which matters a lot given my job requires coordinating with a lot of people whose response times and styles vary. The Scheduler is genuinely useful - it suggests the best time to send an email to someone, which takes the guesswork out of timing. The Snippets feature (canned email templates) has been a lifesaver - during a particularly high-volume stretch when I was sending close to a thousand emails, Snippets made that manageable. The keyboard shortcuts for deleting, categorizing, and marking emails done are also excellent and speed up my day-to-day inbox management significantly. I also use the Claude integration, which fits well into how I already work, and performance overall has been great - the app is fast and reliable even with a high volume of email.

Support has also been a highlight. When I ran into an issue, they responded quickly, and when I requested a feature, they got back to me fast as well. On pricing, my company covers the subscription, and for the value it provides I'd call it reasonable, though I'd imagine the value calculus varies depending on how heavily someone uses it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar interface isn't very intuitive. It tries to pull meeting details from emails automatically, but I found the experience confusing, I gave up on it after about five to ten minutes of trying to use it. The impact is that I don't use Superhuman for scheduling at all, I fall back to a separate calendar tool for that, which means I'm managing two systems instead of one. A clearer, more guided flow for confirming or editing the details it pulls from an email would go a long way.

The AI auto-respond feature also needs work. Drafting and rewriting emails with AI works well, but auto-respond only seems to look at the most recent message in a thread rather than the full context of the conversation. The impact is that its suggested responses are sometimes off-base or miss something earlier in the thread, so I have to double-check and rewrite them anyway, which cuts into the time savings the feature is supposed to provide. Having auto-respond pull context from the full thread, not just the last message, would make it much more reliable to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Superhuman, keeping track of follow-ups across a large number of contacts with different response times and communication styles was hard to manage consistently. Now, the Scheduler helps me choose the right time to send a given email based on who I'm reaching, which has cut down on the guesswork and missed timing that used to slow things down.

We also struggled with the sheer volume of repetitive email during high-output stretches, at one point I was sending close to a thousand emails in a short period. Snippets solved that by letting me reuse templated responses instead of writing each one from scratch, which made that volume manageable instead of overwhelming. The keyboard shortcuts for deleting, categorizing, and marking emails done have also sped up day to day inbox management, so I spend less time on triage and more time on the actual work.

On top of that, performance has been reliable even under heavy use, and the Claude integration fits into how I already work rather than requiring a separate workflow. When I've had questions or requested a feature, support has responded quickly, and since my company covers the cost, the pricing has felt reasonable for the value we get.
