  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The number of features available in the product and ease to integration the firewall for automation and people with palo firewall knowledge compared to other firewalls.and the product is easy to use when compared to other firewalls
What do you dislike about the product?
cost might be on the higher side and UI might look complex for freshers. And the initial implementation might not be good experience. And customer support might be kind of mixed experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were in need of a NGFW as an alternative of checkpoint with similar or better automation support and the only product we come across is Palo alto. It helped to reduce cost when compared to checkpoint with more features than that. The product provides a firewall feature which blocks all unauthorized access and also all other next-gen features like ddos, ips, anti-virus, anti-malware etc whcih all does the work as expected

Great Cloud-Native NGFW for Palo Alto Fans

  • March 12, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have the power and integrity of a Palo Alto NGFW firewall without the complexity of managing PAN VMs and HA in the Cloud is the biggest draw card.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deployment model (Azure Managed OR Panorama Managed) is very limiting - a Hybrid option would be fantastic.

Eg; our customer Cloud team would like to configure Security Policy via Azure DevOps, however, the security team simply want the logs to come through Panorama.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protection of Cloud resources from directly connected branch, enabling deprecation of Data Centre location.
