Great simple to customise virtual event platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can customise the platform myself so that it reflects our brand, whether its the imagery and colours right through to the actual wording and language used so you can really personalise the digital experience for the event attendees.
What do you dislike about the product?
The verification codes required for attendees to login, these are mandatory and you can't turn them off and have had a few issues of them going to junk mail previously - although believe there is a new feature where a link can help bypass this process. It's just something to be aware of to make sure you have people available to provide these codes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We originally purchashed Attendee Hub during Covid to deliver our customer conference and since then the platform has really grown so we can deliver not only large scale virtual events, but also smaller invite-only virtual roundtables.
We have also used the platform to deliver our virtual events both internally and externally for customers and prospects.
It's a platform that can deliver any of our event needs and is simple to use and setup.

Straightforward App Management that Needs a Few Bug Fixes
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can provide our attendees with a digital program book, floor plan, and so much more. This allows us to be eco-friendly and eliminates the need for purchasing paper supplies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one aspect of Cvent Attendee Hub that I dislike is that SSO has to be disabled for attendees to add sessions to their personal agendas. This is an issue we experienced in 2021 with Attendee Hub, and in 2022 we decided to use CrowdCompass as it worked well with SSO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cvent Attendee Hub is eliminating the need for physical program books. As planners know well, there are many last-minute changes that occur leading up to the event, and updating the program materials may not be possible if it's already been produced/shipped. Using Attendee Hub allows my team to edit content in real time and without having to jump through hoops or go through vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it allows us real-time results in polls, Q&A, and uploading documents and other information for customers to use and enjoy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a specific section for trivia. We currently use the polling feature, but we have to work a little harder to figure out who answered first to award a prize.

Document sharing, trivia, live Q&A.

Cvent Attendee Hub allows event attendees to access everything about the event in one place. Easy to set up by planners with options to customize the experience for every attendee. A game changer!

Some of the settings in the Attendee Hub event app are not easy to use.

Cvent Attendee Hub allows us to give attendees customized schedules without having to print.

What do you like best about the product?
I have enjoyed learning more of what the Cvent Attendee Hub has to offer at Cvent Connect. I stopped at the Attendee Hub booth. Kathleen H. was so helpful and provided useful information that I will implement with our webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still learning all the functions within Cvent Attendee Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From what I learned today, using Cvent Attendee Hub for our current webinars eliminates an extra step in our registration process.

Widely accessible to conference attendees. Doesn't use a ton of bandwidth

Would like to see the option of limiting attendee to attendee mesaging.

Allowing a platform for virtual attendees in addition to in-person attendees

What do you like best about the product?
Schedule management is really great feature, along with viewing attendance list. Allows for attendee engagement and to set/reset schedule at the event. I've been told by meeting planners it is less easier to use than competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to see session materials from sessions not registered for has been the biggest complaint provided to me from meetig planners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Schedule maintenance is the biggest thing we use the app for for events.
User friendly and built with the planner and attendee in mind
What do you like best about the product?
I love the UX templated design. Allows me as a planner to focus more about the content and user experience, vs creating another website such as other competitive products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, there is a lack of customization for being able to group my different audiences together. I know more updates are coming, so can't wait to see these new improvements!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The current event need for hybrid. being able to cater to both experiences in one cvent instance, all integrated into one system, without duplication of work.
Cvent Attendee Hub is a great place for all event information!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact Attendee Hub brings all meeting aspects together. Inp-person, or virtual- everything you need is there in the Attendee hub. Awesome!

I don't have any dislikes at the moment. I'm still new to the platform and love everything about it!

It helps solve the logistics of our events. From conception to execution.
