Cvent Attendee Hub uses a two-part pricing structure under a single contract. You pay an annual license fee for access to the platform. On top of that, you pay a per registrant fee. This means part of your cost stays fixed each year, while the rest scales with the number of registrants at your events. Larger events with more registrants raise the usage-based portion. The two components combine into your total contract cost.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as a registrant for the per registrant fee?
A registrant is a person who signs up for one of your events through the platform. Each registrant accessing the Attendee Hub across web and the Event App counts toward this fee. The per registrant charge scales with how many people register for your events during the contract.
Which cost component drives most of my total contract cost?
The annual license fee stays fixed each year regardless of event size. The per registrant fee grows with attendance. For high-volume events with many registrants, the per registrant portion tends to dominate. For smaller events, the fixed license fee makes up more of the total. Both appear on the same contract.
Does the per registrant fee change if I run more events during the year?
The per registrant fee applies to each person who registers, so more events with more registrants raise this portion of your bill. The annual license fee does not change based on event count. Contact the vendor to confirm how registrants are counted across multiple events under one contract.
