Easy-to-Use Attendee Hub with Real-Time Updates, Minor Info Issues
What do you like best about the product?
The attendee hub is straightforward to use on the backend, and any changes made are updated in real time.
The software is simple to learn, and after spending just a day getting familiar with its features, you can easily feel at ease using it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are restricted, making it challenging to exercise creativity. We are confined to the options that are currently provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most valuable feature they've introduced recently is the ability to categorize by session. At one of our events, we have multiple tracks, so it's important for us to filter the agenda for each one. This allows app users to easily follow and keep track of their chosen sessions.
All-in-One Event Management Made Easy with Cevent Attendee Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Cevent atendee hub helps in making managing event easy. Here, everything in one place like the speakers, attendee, networking and event updates. we don't need to jump between different too and don't need to worry about missing information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such now, it's a great platform for managing events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping in running hybrid and virtual event. It provides everything together into one platform Likes session management, registration, attendee engagement and management so we don't need to juggle between different tools.
Versatile but Needs More Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Cvent Attendee Hub provides a seamless experience for both virtual and live attendees, allowing them to watch events on any device, such as phones, laptops, or iPads. This flexibility is invaluable, especially since our recordings are available on demand, ensuring no one misses out even if they can't attend live. The ability to drive engagement through features like live polling, gamification, and Q&As is superb, as it enhances interaction during our events. Moreover, the overall user experience is exceptional, helping us effectively communicate with our attendees and offering them multiple options for consuming our content, which is crucial for our event success.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup of Cvent Attendee Hub to be somewhat confusing. Although it wasn't difficult per se, there was definitely a learning curve that took some time to get through before it made sense. Additionally, I would appreciate more flexibility in the appearance of the attendee hub, specifically to better match our branding. The limitation of being bound by templates and cards restricts our ability to include elements we deem important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use AttendeeHub to allow virtual and live attendees to watch events on their devices and access on-demand recordings, enhancing flexibility and engagement with live polling, gamification, and Q&A features.
All-in-One Event App
What do you like best about the product?
Cvent Attendee Hub is a comprehensive mobile destination for our event attendees - providing all conference materials and information at the tip of their fingers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We still have attendees who have other phone types outside of Apple and Android which can cause confusion when they are trying to download the app, but I know there is an Attendee Hub website they can use as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has created cost savings and efficiency for our organization as we no longer print paper materials in the app; instead we link to them for attendees to view and download. It's also helping to connect our attendees as they can easily locate the attendee list and network through the app.

CVENT enables you to engage attendees around the world in your live, in-person event for a hybrid experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
CVENT is very functional. The downside is that it does not integrate effectively with software outside of Cvent, and while it is aesthetically very customizable, it is difficult to customize the more functional elements to meet our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Low Engagement: Attendees can feel disconnected, especially in virtual settings. The CVENT Hub boosts interaction through live chats, polling, Q&A, and group discussions.
Decent Platform but has Room for UI/UX Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
The attendee experience is smooth—from registration to live session streaming.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backend interface isn’t the most intuitive—its very hard to understand and takes too much time to setup. Customization options for branding and layouts are very limited unless you’re working with Cvent support which isnt a very easy thing to do. Mobile experience could be better optimized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i tried it for running 2 online events wasn't very happy with performance and thus switched to another software. Its just not worth the cost.
Innovative technology that improves our event experience for attendees and stakeholders every year.
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration with event build and registration makes the app a true extension of the registration, without the additional steps required from external app solutions. Having it within one interface allows our security team to feel more confident in the storage and management of our attendee data without requiring multiple APIs or integrations that pose additional risk.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few enhancements we are hoping for in the future, including improvements in the appointment scheduler and getting back to the home screen more easily, but nothing that would deter us from future use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving attendees a central place for event information, networking, communications, session and agenda management with little extra effort on our part.
Wish it was more intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It has many features to customize the user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building the app is not intuitive. There are too many options in different places, buried under drop-down lists or sub-menus, which makes it difficult to add content easily. I also dislike the scaling options/limitations for adding photos, logos, etc. It would be so much easier if Cvent automatically cropped an image in the same shape, e.g. not cutting off the top and bottom of a square logo and leaving white space on the sides.

No more printed paper agendas and dynamic updates as changes occur. Venue maps, personal scheduling.
Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to modify the branding to be as customized as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things that are only applicable to one Registration group at a time, and there is no easy way to copy and paste across these groups for ease of access. Notifications are also difficult to manage the way they are currently set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving major communication issues; having the app where we can point to people to just read right away definitely changes how we engage with our clients and attendees.

What do you like best about the product?
Cvent has been a game changer for our events, completely transforming the way we manage them. The Attendee Hub has eliminated the need for printed materials, saving us money in the end!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like more image to insert images and I'd like to add other calendar to attendee agendas.

We are more eco friendly, eliminating the need for printed materials.
