    What do you like best about the product?
    The caller information appears in the form of Screen Pop along with the ability to log calls automatically.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The component I dislike is the complex setup and configuration process and I've noticed some lagging in the calls.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It solves the problem of switching between phone and CRM Systems such as salesforce. The benefit is that we are able to handle calls and customer data from a single screen hence saving time.

    It can take time to load under VPN connectivity.
