What do you like best about the product?
It provides full-stack visibility into applications, servers, cloud services, and logs, helping businesses enhance their performance, reliability, and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be a bit expensive. Otherwise it's a good product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logs are stored in different tools, making troubleshooting difficult earlier. Using New Relic we have a Centralized Log Management that collects all logs in one place.
A fully flexible all in one platform for Observability and Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
1. The dashboard which is completely customizable, is very useful when monitoring. Everything in our priorities can be sorted as in our mind.
2. New relic supports flutter, and monitoring our mobile apps is easy. Best thing: Integrating the flutter agent and get results on our dashboard is very simple.
3. The platform provides quite good customer support, we will get the tickets sorted within a few hours.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Too costly. Compared with other platforms which provide almost similar features, New Relic price is very high.
2. The SDK for the android platform is not fully optimized. If we implement new relic SDK in our app, the progaurd needs to be disabled, which is not good for the code obfuscation of our app.

We were using diffent monitorig tools for monitor our app performance and website performance. Now for the past 1 year we are only using New Relic, which let us to track all our product issues in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best thing i like about New Relic is their ability to provide detailed information about things like application perfomance, user experience etc. As a person who works among with the developer's,i could gain more knowledge of New Relic from Developers perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
However i found some issue's like cost( can be bit more adjustable ), and as well as Relic makes Developer's bit more lazy(as you gois do most of thing's )

The pricing model is a bit complex and potentially expensive, especially for large teams or organizations with high volume of data. The platform provides with a lot of detailed data and metrics, which can be useful but a bit overwhelming as well. Has Limited customization. Limited Free Tier, Support can be slow sometimes

It will help to find and fix quickly and very effectively. Also, it makes it easier to track problems that might affect multiple services or servers. it reduce time and increases the efficiency of developers

This tool is fantastic in software development. This helps in gathering of data from any website. The ease of use and and ability to monitor the entire stack makes New Relic a unique one. The data management and handling system really helps a lot.

Genuinely, I haven't found anything to dislike. As of me, its one of the best platform.
