    What do you like best about the product?
    I use ManageEngine Analytics Plus to create reports and dashboards from different IT tools like ServiceDesk Plus and Endpoint Central. It helps me combine data from multiple sources in one place and present it in a simple, visual format for management and daily operations. I like the easy-to-use dashboard and report creation; I can quickly build visual reports without needing advanced technical skills. The ability to integrate data from multiple tools in one place is very useful, and the drag-and-drop interface makes customization simple.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    One thing that could be improved in ManageEngine Analytics Plus is the performance when handling large datasets as reports can sometimes load slowly.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use ManageEngine Analytics Plus to create reports and dashboards from different IT tools, solving the problem of scattered data and manual reporting by centralizing data and providing clear insights.

    What do you like best about the product?
    ManageEngine Analytics Plus is helpful in providing a clearer view and dashboard for CTO- and CIO-level stakeholders. It lets us review all the alerts generated for IT infrastructure and applications from OPM and APM in one place, along with the tickets generated for the same. This provides better visibility for decision-making and helps optimize cost.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    As of now, there are only a few applications where Analytics Plus doesn’t support direct integration. For example, if it could integrate directly with Arcos ADAudit Plus, it would make a really good impact.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The problem of looking into different different application for the dashboard view is been resolved with help of Analytics plus tool and also we can have an historical view and graphical UI

    What do you like best about the product?
    The tool offers adequate features, such as the ability to create pivots. Its bucket and formula creation within columns is efficient. The dashboards are dynamic and reflect a modern approach in their outcomes. Roles and rights are well-managed, providing strong compliance and effective governance controls. Integration with ITSM SDP delivers valuable insights and produces powerful results. The Reports generation is quicker and with lesser effort and grpahical presentation has good insight.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The widgets fall short when it comes to modernizing the Dashboard.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The daily dashboard and analysis features are very useful. SLA and MTTR tracking are also handled well. TASK analysis is efficient.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like the dashboard. It provides a simple view that allows me to quickly understand what is going on. You can also set policies extremly ganlular level.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I dislike the web portal but honestly its not a big complaint at all.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It allows my organization to better understnad what is going on whtih our applications and set policies for each user or groups of users. Allows full control of corporate devices.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Able to generate dashboards and metric tracking for tickets within the system. Also has an assistant that can help generate reports.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    A bit of a learning curve to use the assistant to generate desired reports. Need to play aroun with data sources as well.

    Generating dashboards for KPI boards to keep track of progress in day to day operations.

    What do you like best about the product?
    A variety of charts and themes are available to build a report or dashboard for the intended audience quickly and easily. The variety of columns and filters allow for specific data to be presented. Lastly, drilling down and viewing custom columns in report data is a win for management and executives.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I'm constantly trying to add reports to a dashboard from the Reports tab. It would be nice if I could add to dashboards from other tabs. Widget building could be a little more straightforward, as well.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The report options in ManageEngine ServiceDesk are great, but the inability to drill down to data in custom reports was a need. We can now view real-time data regarding ticket counts and SLAs, and tracking common problems in our environment is now a reality.

    Easy integration with ServiceDesk Plus data.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some difficulties with ManageEngine Analytics Plus are determining how functions and formulas work.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We struggled to find an excellent way to analyze data through our service desk, and Analytics Plus integrates directly with it. No complicated connection settings.

    The application provides a wide variety of metrics dashboards.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Often fails to sync with ServiceDesk Plus. Tech support is slow to respond and slow to resolve issues. Difficult to reset admin password.

    Provides metrics on helpdesk tickets and technicians.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The best part of this program is the automated reports and dashboards that you can create. The dashboards allow you access to the latest data to get a quick glimpse of the current status. The automated email reports are great to schedule to get an idea of how things are going every once in a while.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It could be a little easier to use but the training and Support provided are excellent.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The problems we had before were interpreting ticket data with simple reports. Analytics allows you to create some comprehensive reports and also create dashboards to view the reports easily.
    Recommendations to others considering the product:
    I would recommend you set up automated reports or dashboards, especially for those in management positions. It is nice to be able to provide an overview of the status of IT with simple weekly or monthly automated emails.
