Easy to Use, Feature-Rich, and Great for Commands, Troubleshooting, and SSO

    Reviewed on Jul 31, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, with lots of features that cover many needs and helped solve several issues we had to figure out. I especially like the commands feature—it makes it simple to push commands to endpoints and makes troubleshooting easier. It runs well, and it’s also easy to integrate applications for SSO. The AI is helpful for setting up basic commands, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI isn’t as strong when it comes to setting up more complicated commands, and it can struggle with more complex setups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cost-benefit is there, and it’s much simpler than other larger endpoint management services.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a huge fan of the platform for its seamless integration across multiple platforms, and how easy it is to use and navigate. The price makes it very competitive in the market, and this makes it very easy to position to clients and others as well. It's very easy to configure and set up for a brand new configuration, and it's very high-powered and lightweight.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain features lacking for enterprise customers, particularly the customer IdP features that other platforms offer, which I hope are included in future builds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need a platform that is able to consolidate the tech sprawl that comes with modern architecture, so that all of my users, devices, and identities are visible in a single pane of glass; JumpCloud does this very effectively.

Centralized Identity and Device Management Made Simple and Secure

    Reviewed on Jul 24, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about JumpCloud is its ability to manage user identities, devices, and access from a single, centralized platform. The integration of Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and device management makes IT administration much simpler while improving security. Its intuitive interface, cross-platform support for Windows, macOS, and Linux, and automation features for user provisioning and policy management save a significant amount of time and reduce manual effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where JumpCloud could improve is the learning curve for advanced policy configuration and automation, especially for new administrators. Some integrations require additional configuration compared to more mature ecosystem-specific solutions, and troubleshooting complex policies can occasionally be time-consuming. It would also be helpful to have more granular reporting and expanded customization options for certain administrative workflows. Overall, these are relatively minor issues, and the platform continues to improve with regular updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud helps us centralize identity, access, and device management into a single platform, eliminating the need to manage multiple disconnected tools. It streamlines user onboarding and offboarding, enforces security policies through SSO and MFA, and simplifies device management across Windows, macOS, and Linux. This has reduced administrative overhead, improved security, ensured consistent policy enforcement, and made it easier to support both remote and hybrid employees efficiently.
