What do you like best about the product?

I liked that Jump Cloud integrates identity, single sign-on, and device management into one dashboard, which made our IT processes very easy. For onboarding users, I now just have to create the user once, and everything is streamlined, improving our performance with access control policies and multifactor authentication. The cross-platform compatibility for Windows, Linux, and Mac is also good. Due to single sign-on in Google Workspace, our password tickets have been reduced. The pricing is fair for small to medium-sized businesses. The AI capabilities are also fairly good.

What do you dislike about the product?

The admin console becomes clumsy when we scale, and looking for a particular policy and binding users to groups becomes difficult with too many clicks. Some advanced configurations require knowledge of PowerShell scripting. The AI quality is good, but it is not fully integrated, and audit log functionalities are good but not sufficient. The pricing model becomes costly as we grow larger.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jump Cloud is an excellent option for smaller to medium-sized companies looking for integration of identity and device management without the burden of on-premise infrastructure. It makes every process very easy, quick, and secure. However, the user interface and reporting need improvement, and pricing needs a little attention. Although the AI is still evolving, it provides real value.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that JumpCloud lets me track each device’s activity in the admin console, block a device, and check its internal usage logs. It helps me keep track of device use across the company. The basic features are super easy to set up and use, and I can enable advanced features when I need them. Adding devices and setting everything up from the console was really easy. I also enjoy having security features, including two-factor authentication, in the phone app.

What do you dislike about the product?

I have issues with the two-factor authentication app on mobile. If I get logged out of my computer and the mobile app, I need to ask an admin to restore access, or I could lose access.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use JumpCloud to track how our company devices are used; before, we didn’t have tracking for device usage.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like most about JumpCloud is the single sign-on feature and how easy it makes accessing different work applications. I don't have to remember multiple passwords or constantly log in to different tools. The interface is straightforward, and switching between applications is quick and reliable. It also integrates well with the tools we use daily, which makes onboarding and managing access much easier. It's one of those tools that works quietly in the background and saves time without you really noticing.

What do you dislike about the product?

One thing I dislike about JumpCloud is that the login process can sometimes feel a bit repetitive, especially when I have to reauthenticate across different applications. Occasionally, sessions expire at inconvenient times and interrupt my workflow

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

JumpCloud makes it easier to access all the tools we use at work without having to deal with different passwords and logins every day. It saves time, especially when switching between applications. I also like the intelligent security features that help spot unusual login activity and keep accounts secure. Most of it happens in the background, so I don't have to think much about it. Overall, it's made accessing work tools a lot simpler.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how easy it is to access all the features, and I also appreciate how responsive the support team is—whether it’s helping me out or taking on feature requests.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don’t like that there isn’t an easy way to switch between multiple tenants, although it’s not the biggest issue for me.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jumpcloud is helping us replace our clients’ on-site tech debt, and it’s allowing us to bring some of our SMBs into the modern age.

What do you like best about the product?

I love the SSO preconfigurations and how JumpCloud enables remote connections to devices to resolve their issues. It's our main source of truth for SSO, AD sync, MDM, and password vault, and no other tools quite match what it's used for. The initial setup years back was smooth.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some of the SSO configurations are outdated, so a refresh to the apps would be nice. The password vault has run into issues, especially with the legacy version.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

JumpCloud solves problems like AD alignment, remote updates, and secures through SSO apps. It acts as a one-stop shop for password vault needs and serves as our main source of truth for SSO, AD sync, and MDM.

What do you like best about the product?

Most of our tools sign in through JumpCloud, so access is managed in one place. Groups decide who gets each app, and offboarding is a single action. OIDC/SAML setup is easy, and enforcing MFA for everyone was simple.

What do you dislike about the product?

Documentation on certain apps missing or incorrect.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

JumpCloud fixed our scattered logins. Most of our tools now sign in through one identity, with MFA on for everyone. Onboarding and offboarding happen in one place, so access is quicker to grant, safer to revoke, and easier to audit.

What do you like best about the product?

JumpCloud lets us manage our whole laptop fleet (Mac and Windows) from one cloud console without any on-prem infrastructure. New machines get enrolled quickly, and we can push policies like disk encryption, screen lock, OS updates and password rules without touching each device. When someone leaves, we can lock or wipe their laptop remotely, which gives us confidence on security and compliance. For a lean team without dedicated IT staff, getting real device visibility and control from one place has been the biggest win.

What do you dislike about the product?

Policy changes sometimes take a while to reach devices, and troubleshooting the agent when it falls out of sync isn’t always simple. The console could be cleaner, and device compliance reporting could be more customizable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before JumpCloud, we had no central view of our laptops. Security settings were configured by hand and varied from device to device, and checking compliance meant chasing people down. JumpCloud solved that by giving us one place to enroll every device and enforce consistent policies like encryption, updates and screen lock. The benefits: we can show auditors and customers that our devices are secured, onboarding a new hire’s laptop is fast and repeatable, and offboarding is safe because we can lock or wipe a device remotely. It also saves our engineering team time that used to go to ad hoc IT work, so they can focus on the product.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that JumpCloud can connect with compatible directory services. I find the management of employee authentication for analytical tools used to evaluate business performance and operational trends very effective. JumpCloud helps centralize user identities and reduces confusion caused by inconsistent account naming. The initial setup was quick, which was a major plus for me.

What do you dislike about the product?

I feel like JumpCloud could improve by providing clearer information about processor, memory, and storage health lifecycle. This would be really helpful for the IT team when planning device replacements.

JumpCloud centralizes user identities, reducing confusion from inconsistent account naming. It also integrates well with compatible directory services.

I think JumpCloud could improve by including built-in governance templates for different industries. That would make it even more versatile and tailored to specific needs.

I like JumpCloud's dependable identity service, which is critical for our business expansion initiatives. It manages authentication effectively for our multilingual global support center, and setting it up was fast.

I think JumpCloud could be improved with enhanced visualization of authentication flows between connected applications.
