What do you like best about the product?
It helps in track everything within the supply chain. And it's easy to navigate where things are going from point to point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes due to some issues it will become slow and becomes hard to connect with other systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made simple process of tracking and managing products easily. No more worrying about the things navigation.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracelink Opus solution environment is the only metadata-driven, no-code solution designed environment that allows supply chain business users to build and configure multi-enterprise solutions without technical expertise. This helps organizations to focus on innovation rather than technical hurdles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently the Opus platform is new so organizations need training in order to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracelink provides intuitive tools to design user experiences, tailor workflows, and manage supply chain networks, accelerating development and reducing costs.

What do you like best about the product?
The central platform for Traceability, giving suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors a central platform to integrate, share documents, and information on progress for manufacturing. The platform is easy to use, with invitations available for participants' link to the platform. There is ease of implementation with only a few questions to answer to allow participation. Customer service is available on the platform with demos and tutorials to guide participants. The platform integrates easily for interested people.

Tracelink is trying to make traceability easy for customers, suppliers, and manufacturers, by creating a central platform for all to integrate.

What do you like best about the product?
With access to such a broad network of partners, transferring information and maintaining cooperation with other participants in the supply chain becomes much easier. The serialization and track-and-trace features are well-developed to meet the compliance requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The actual process of data mapping is somewhat complicated and thus calls for a lot of involvement of IT professionals. This has put a constraint in the implementation and the utilization of the full potential of operations of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TraceLink offers traceability visibility and compliance for serialized products and related regulations across the world. Opus offer clear benefits in enabling the sharing of information with and between partners thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the supply chain.

Current user interfaces are boring. they should come-up with good UI concepts.
