flexible and effective
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to integrate. It was crucial for our Netsuite deployment. I wood also recommend planning out your support needs and lean on Celigo for support and not waste time of you have problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deeper functions aren't intuitive to the untrained eye.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration over multiple suites under one umbrella. The cost is negligible when you realize how much you will save in time and working with multiple vendors.
Integrator IO
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, clean look and feel. There seems to be new updates fairly often adding and updating integrations. My company specifically uses the MySQL integration and found that it's easy to setup and get working at a base level.
Also - the support that I've received from one member of the Celigo team has been integral in getting up and running the way that we needed.
Also - the support that I've received from one member of the Celigo team has been integral in getting up and running the way that we needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a lack of documentation about what a field requires. An example of this is when doing a MySQL Add or Update, you need to define a lookup, on that lookup popup there is a field called "Resource Identifier Path". I'm never sure what to put there but it seems to work anyways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Integrator IO to communicate between our NetSuite instance and some custom tools.
Integrator.io is fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
The UI and platform is very easy-to-use. When customizing flows, field names populate automatically from Salesforce and NetSuite. You don't have to manage obscure ID names which can be confusing for non-technical users.
What do you dislike about the product?
We'll occasionally see one-off "flow errors" where transactions and/or objects do not sync between Salesforce and NetSuite. Generally requires an "edit/save" in the transaction on one platform or the other to remedy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By connecting our Salesforce and NetSuite platforms, we reduce errors and ensure data integrity for all stakeholders.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great product. Great people.
Simple to use Cloud connector tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity in mapping data fields makes it very easy to identify which fields will be populated and updated from which field in the application it is being connected to.
What do you dislike about the product?
slightly difficult to navigate. took me a while to understand the setup of flows and orchestrations. Was eventually able to figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating data transfer and communication between our many cloud applications. Celigo is quick, stable, and makes data synchronization a problem of the past.
Simple Celigo
What do you like best about the product?
Once you get started Celigo's integrator.io tool is relatively simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Celigo is simple to use, their implementation at first was not the best, but we got by.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Celigo at our company to integrate the Netsuite ERP System with Salesforce for our sales reps. The sync was vital to have because all our information has been stored in Netsuite from the beginning.
Been using the system for over a year.
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support has been really helpful in ensuring that our system runs smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the system brought orders in instantly rather than on a 15 min schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 2 websites, Amazon, and eBay. With adding celigo it minimizes the risk that we over sell items.
Great company and team that know what they're doing
What do you like best about the product?
I've enjoyed working with my implementation team, they know what they're doing and almost always have an answer to my questions. If they don't have the answer, they find it and get back to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of course some things have been a little challenging, but overall I haven't disliked working with Celigo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are connecting our Salesforce to our NetSuite, and it's going to bring a lot of data and transparency to our finance, sales, and client experience teams.
Celigo connector for our Magento and Netsuite systems
What do you like best about the product?
Teh only thing I liked about the conenctor service was the seemingly tight integration to Magento Ecommerce which housed our website
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the whole intgration effort and admin utilities for the Celigo connectoin to Netsuite
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really did not solve business problems with Celigo. We solved problems by eliminating the Celigo connector along with the Magento Ecommerce website as our FRont end, and repalcing them both with Netsuite
Recommendations to others considering the product:
do not consider it if you are NOT using NEtsuite as your Customer facing portal for ecommerce
Celigo Integrator.io
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and modern look, easy to use and navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot see formula fields
Syncs duplicate when refreshing or upgrading Salesforce
Implementation team (not very helpful, I would suggest implementing on your own or with a consulting firm their internal team was hard to work with)

Implementation team (not very helpful, I would suggest implementing on your own or with a consulting firm their internal team was hard to work with)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving an integration between Salesforce and NetSuite, bi-directional. We have seen the most benefit from Salesforce to NetSuite and not so much when it comes from NetSuite. It solves basic point to point integration and thats where we see the use cases, for more robust integrations we have seen some limitations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure Celigo meets your use case, we realized that a few months in it could not do everything we want. We also should of defined requirements better.
Premium Pricing, but you get what you pay for
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the ease of working with them as we set up one of the integrations. They offer many different customizations, but we are currently using the integration for NetSuite to 3PL & 3PL back to NetSuite. I love their user interface (Integrator.io) once this was completed. I can easily go in there and schedule the data flows to run or manually run them if necessary, view errors, and get help as necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
This really is a pricey service. We wanted to use many of the other services they offer, but many of them have a high upfront cost, as well as a high reoccurring monthly fee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our sales orders flow into NetSuite through different services. We are then able to send them from NetSuite to our warehouse. The tracking and shipping confirmations get sent back to NetSuite from our warehouse through Celigo's integration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is expensive so really look into whether this will save you money in the long run. However, please don't let the price scare you completely because the service we use is really worth it for us.
