Easy to Use, Flexible Integrations, and Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
Ease tool to use compared to the old days of having to tediously code. Selecting already mapped out fields are a breeze and lots of built in integration with the platforms we use. Customizable and flexible. Great support as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that I can really point to. Overall we are satisfied!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We brought in Celigo to interface our Salesforce opportunities to create NetSuite orders. The deployment time was pretty fast. Our integration partner had a standup within 2 weeks and we were testing and connected to sandboxed fast. This quick turnaround really helped up deploy faster so we could go live and start saving time. Our order entry process time is cut in half thus increasing productivity for our Finance team.
Flexible Platform That Supports Diverse Business Applications
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the platform to support the business objectives and diverse range of business applications we have in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning it was difficult to understand the commercial structure and also truly understand what the product was capable of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its acting as a secure central integration platform for our variety of applications, its also more recently helping us realize the AI opportunities in a safer more deliberate manner.
Celigo Makes NetSuite Integrations Simple and Easy to Set Up
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo keeps integrations with NetSuite simple, and the setup and flow are easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren’t too many things that bother me about Celigo; the main issue is that the run times can be sporadic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us process our deals smoothly and pass them over to our accounting CRM.
Easy Shopify-ERP Integration with Responsive, Helpful Support
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. We use it to connect Shopify to our ERP, and it’s quick to set up and run. It also has a good plan for small businesses like ours, and the support team is very responsive, active, and genuinely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
For custom mapping, we would need help from a developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo helps us sync and transfer sales orders from Shopify to our ERP in near real time. We also sync refunds and inventory from the ERP back to Shopify, which keeps everything aligned across both systems.
Helpful, Low-Maintenance Managed Integrations with a Handy Visual Editor
What do you like best about the product?
Managed Integrations are helpful and low maintenance. Visual editor is handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
5MB Cap when needing to process data in some cases. Its the difference of controlling it in Celigo vs say writing a custom suite script in NS. I also understand the reason for the cap too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has like 900 implementation(s) so it can connect to pretty much anything. But also flexible enough for you to write your own.
Faster, Flexible Integrations with Improved Auto-Fix
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo has allowed us to deploy integrations across many platforms more quickly. It has also made it easy to “tweak” things as we go, spot issues, and then resolve and enhance them very fast. More recently, the auto-fix capability has improved a lot as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has definitely come a long way. In the past, I would have “disliked” some of the limitations in their integrations with other software, but those areas have been greatly refined.
I still “dislike” the inaccuracy of some of the AI features, though I see that as more related to the complexity of what Celigo is trying to do rather than the software itself.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re able to bring many systems together, throttle API calls, transform data into a variety of shapes, and check for errors without having to go through a data warehouse. Also, the SPEED at which we can deploy changes and updates is amazing.
Amazing Celigo Support That Helps You Build Connections with Confidence
What do you like best about the product?
Whenever I’ve had a question or needed help building a connection or tweaking the logic in my workflow, Celigo was AMAZING at jumping on a call and helping me work through it. Can speak more highly of the service I've received
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it can feel overwhelming the amount of option there are for connections and workflows and criteria etc. It's flexibility is great but can leave you feeling like you don't know where to start
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help us seamlessly move data from our CRM to our accounting software. It used to be 100% a manual process. They have helped automation that process which also helps with our data quality.
Sluggish UI and Hard-to-Clean Duplicates Hold Back an Otherwise Solid NetSuite Sync
What do you like best about the product?
It's great with mapping fields in netsuite and keeping our data in sync across multiple sources. I wish it would work better at more data.
The UI is decent but can be sluggish at times I assume this is because our netsuite implementation is quite large so when trying to find all the fields attached to a part it moves quite slow.
I cant speak for pricing as that is out of my scope. support/onboarding for me was fine as I took the original version of celigo university which was fully instructor led and quite well done I learned a lot about the platform.
As for AI I haven't really touched the celigo AI but the few times I did try it it would 1. Timeout 2. Just be awful/useless advice but that's the typical AI Life

What do you dislike about the product?
The fact i cant easily get my filename out of an FTP. Also it is very hard to delete unused resources in celigo as we have MANY duplicated FTP reads/writes and other flows that just duplicated JS functions when cloning the flow. I wish there was an option to copy and still point to the same export/import steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing the data between our systems. We have a Product Information Master -> NetSuite -> Warehouse software. Celigo is used to bridge the gap between all of these using the built in netsuite connectors and API requests to talk with our PIM and Warhouse software. It works quite good at this as we can easily retry failed data
Easy to Use with Extensive Cross-Platform Compatibility
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and extensive compatibility with different platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
The Copilot embedded with Celigo is pretty useless
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an out of the box Shopify-NetSuite integration which really shortened implementation times
Celigo: powerful business integrations with native AI
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is a very good option when you need integrations and complex flows without resorting to custom developments. Compared to tools like Zapier or n8n, we find it more oriented towards business use cases. An important point to highlight is that they are promoting the use of native AI within their flows and platform, which is a huge differentiator compared to other similar tools in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if it's a disadvantage, but even though it is a low-code/no-code tool, to leverage its potential, you need to have a technical foundation for integrations, data mapping, or error handling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The range of solutions that Celigo can work on is broad, but it solves problems in industries such as:
- Manufacturing/physical goods
- Logistics
- Ecommerce
- SaaS/high-tech
- Construction
