Streamlined manual test cycles have saved time and simplify sharing results with clients
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Zebrunner Testing Platform is to add test cases, prepare test cases, develop a test plan, and execute test cycles.
In my recent project for Cipo, I used Zebrunner Testing Platform to execute the test cases manually and I need to add the results over Zebrunner; the same data I need to share with my client and in Slack.
My daily routine with Zebrunner Testing Platform involves creating test runs with the milestones and creating workspaces for different sub-projects under the main pillar.
What is most valuable?
Zebrunner Testing Platform offers great features such as easy usage of the tool, allowing for creating, removing, or editing test cases; everything is user-friendly, and sharing results through Zebrunner Testing Platform is also valuable, including linking Jira tickets.
The Jira integration helps my team because if any failed test case appears during execution, we file bugs in Jira and can link the respective ticket with Zebrunner Testing Platform, making it easy for the client to understand the bug's context and from which test case it has been caught.
Zebrunner Testing Platform positively impacts my organization as we usually use it as a repository to store test cases and results, similar to TestRail; previously, we used Zephyr and TestRail tools, and now we also use Zebrunner Testing Platform.
What needs improvement?
To improve Zebrunner Testing Platform, we need to include more statuses during execution, such as passed, failed, and blocked; we usually have these cases, but we want more statuses in progress, reviewing of test cases, or test cases in development, which helps the testers easily identify whether a test case is executed manually or automated, or whether the feature is implemented or not.

My advice for others looking into using Zebrunner Testing Platform is to explore the whole platform and know its features; then only can they easily use the software.

When I say user-friendly and easy to use, I am referring to the overall experience of the platform.

Practical and simple
What do you like best about the product?
If you have used any other test cases management tool you'll notice this one is really easy to understand. Organising the tests is simple and the UI doesn't get messy as it happens in other tools. Also, the navigation is great.
You can create new test cases very quickly using the quick create button (you'll have to edit them individually after if you need more information in them). I use this very often when i need to cover multiple scenarios on the same feature.

I would like a dark theme. And if there's one already, it should be easier to find
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really simple regression executions. With multiple automated suites we need any qa to be able to execute them and get the results ready to export to other formats where they need them.

What do you like best about the product?
Zebrunner is extremely user-friendly. The interface is intuitive and pleasant. The platform works smoothly, performs well, and has no technical glitches, making my workflow very efficient. Since we switched to Zebrunner, we’ve consistently met our release deadlines, which is great. Plus, integrating automated testing results is incredibly valuable, letting me quickly use the data and speed up the testing process.

Right now, I’m quite satisfied with Zebrunner.

I like that both manual and automated testing teams work on the same platform. It really makes it easier for the team to collaborate and accelerate bug discovery.
