NowSecure is best for mobile app scanning
What do you like best about the product?
We set up NowSecure and integrated it into our CI/CD platform. Once integrated into Jenkins, the process is completely hands-off. We're notified of all warnings, informational messages, and all errors from low to critical. We also have an automated integration with Jira, which creates tickets for us as needed. I truly appreciate that each result is detailed and includes remediation resources which is a significant time-saver. Fantastic tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm happy they introduced an updated UI. With the new Platform UI in place, this tool is the one to beat in the marketplace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated security for our mobile apps is handled, which gives our prospects and clients confidence that we take mobile app security seriously and act on security concerns when they arise.

NowSecure is very Detailed
What do you like best about the product?
The Nowseruce portal is easy to access and use. Reporting is very detailed. The portal does all the work for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the portal reports have too much information. It requires time to review it all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nowsecure gives us the confidence that our mobile apps are secure for the end users, our members.

NowSecure has provided us with a better insight into Mobile Pentesting. The platform has helped us harden our mobile security.

I haven't seen almost any downsides yet, but I haven't used the tool for an extended time.

No real complaints. The support team always handle any issues swiftly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Nowsecure and our build platform we have managed to add security tests to our CI/CD model.
We scan nightly our master branch, and the dev teams fix any security issues within the sprint.
That way, we speed up the delivery process and reduce time to market without neglecting security.

One of the Best Mobile Security Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using NowSecure to scan our APK / IPA files, and it has been giving us phenomenal results. NowSecure follows industry standards while performing its SAST / DAST scans. The platform overall is straightforward and very easy to use. The best part of NowSecure is the support that the support team provides. The responses are quick, helpful and up to the point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes times the apps that we upload do not get configured easily. However, re-uploading it multiple times usually tends to fix the issue. Also, slight improvements in the GUI of the report page can be made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that the burden of automated Static & Dynamic scans for mobile apps is completely taken care by NowSecure helps me plan my projects in a more productive and efficient way.

Nothing as the tool meets our business requirements.

It helped us to scan the source code of mobilapp with ease of automation before move to production. The reports format is excellent and covers all the relevant details.
A big help for keeping our apps secure
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that the tool does not only report findings but also context and recommendations for fixing. This greatly helps the developers to quickly and effectively fix the vulnerabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real complaints. If I ever have any issues, their support jumps on the tickets quickly.

Application security: we have many businesses that rely on us, and the last thing I want is a vulnerability in an app.

What do you like best about the product?
NowSecure is dedicated to mobile application security. That helps with a variety of solutions for different stages of security assessment. I like it's integration capabilities during pre-deployment testing. That brings me a ton of efficiency on all apps, app platforms. Not only saves time and money over traditional manual testing and keeps ahead with newer issues. Another offer I like is real-time monitoring of my apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a learning curve to get started with this tool. However I won't call it out loud because the support team is accommodating. Besides the initial learning curve, I think UI is a bit non-intuitive.

Besides these 3, the biggest challenge they solve is a skilled workforce. This tool not only fills that gap but also helps learn advanced skills while using this skill.

Excellent Tool and Company for your Mobile App Security Belt
What do you like best about the product?
NowSecure's technical support and customer experience teams are some of the best in the industry, and the tooling allows for rapid automated testing of mobile apps plus allows for one to easily dig deeper manually. Saves us so much time! Plus the future of the policy engine and workstation plus platform combo is very promising.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the SBOM offering was more robust, but they are improving it every day!

We have to test internally and externally developed mobile apps as components of medical device systems. NowSecure is a huge piece of that work portfolio.
