What do you like best about the product?

I like Faclon Labs for its no-code setup, easy dashboard creation, wide range of widgets, simple reporting through templates, great customer support, and support for third-party gateways/Sensors.

We have relied on this platform for the past 4–5 years without any issues, and it has consistently delivered close to 99.9% uptime.

What do you dislike about the product?

The gateway can be improved by adding a remote access option, simplifying configuration modifications.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a solution integrator company partnered with Falcon, delivering projects across Africa. We primarily use Falcon software for Energy Management Systems (EMS) and fuel monitoring. The platform provides automated reports and alerts, helping our clients improve operational efficiency.

Faclon Labs focuses on solving practical, real-world problems through technology and innovation. By creating efficient, user-focused solutions, the company helps improve workflows and outcomes, which benefits me by enabling better productivity, learning, and exposure to meaningful problem-solving.

Faclon Labs provides solutions that fit our needs, and they also help implement them while taking the time to understand the underlying pain points. The team is dedicated, and based on our feedback, they made the necessary tweaks and changes.

What do you dislike about the product?

The water‑level sensor system is working well and has noticeably improved how we monitor the terminal roof. The main drawbacks are occasional minor fluctuations in readings during heavy rain and the fact that it depends on stable network connectivity. Overall, it’s a strong solution, and with a few targeted upgrades—such as better data filtering, offline data logging, and more robust analytics—it could become even more effective.

I really appreciate how Faclon Labs prioritizes customer support, with quick response times, clear communication, and effective resolution of any issues that come up.

I don’t have any major concerns. That said, making a few minor improvements to response turnaround during periods of high demand could add even more value.

Falcon Labs is enabling IT-OT infrastructure for the LSAW plant by integrating legacy PLCs like Siemens S7-300 into modern data systems. This benefits me by giving hands-on experience in industrial networking, legacy system integration, and real-time data acquisition

I really liked their product. It was very useful for our railway wheel shelling predictive analysis.

Nothing specific as a whole. The product is satisfactory.

Their product is used for automating railway coach parameters, health monitoring and wheel shelling predictions, with vivid real-time visualisations.

Faclon Labs provides innovative and efficient solutions for its clients. Their products, especially I/O Sense and I/O Deepsense, are well-designed, simple to use, and very versatile. Their team is quick to respond whenever support is needed.

Initial implementation was challenging on Hardware handling.
