Bruce is the end-to-end agentic AI platform for industrial operations - connecting your data, ontology, and rules to run human expertise at scale, responsibly.
One platform to capture how your experts think, run it across every site and shift, and govern every decision end to end.
Why it's needed.
Industrial expertise is trapped in people, documents, and disconnected systems. Your best operators can't be everywhere. SOPs sit unread. Tribal knowledge walks out the door when people retire. Decisions get made inconsistently across shifts, sites, and teams. AI alone doesn't fix this. It needs structure, rules, and domain knowledge to be useful. Bruce provides that.
The Bruce Stack.
Seven layers that work together to turn industrial expertise into autonomous, governed operations.
Ontology Builder. Ingest data from databases, sensors, documents, APIs, and the web. Structure it into a connected knowledge graph with data vectoring, correlations, and context enrichment. Built-in security and role-based access control. This is how Bruce understands your operation.
Model Foundry. Bring your own LLM keys, use your own models, or connect to AWS Bedrock. One unified layer to manage every AI model your agents need.
Skills. Teach once, run forever. Expert decisions encoded into reusable, governed workflows. Process orchestration, agent studio, data orchestration, dynamic data collection, and domain expert simulation.
AURA. Voice-first AI agents for floor teams. Multilingual. Hands-free access to your operations, knowledge, and workflows.
Integrations. Inward and outward. Databases, ERPs, SCADA, PLCs, MCP servers, LLM providers, AgentKit, n8n, Teams, Zoom, and third-party tools. Bruce connects to what you have and exposes what you build.
Responsible AI and Validator Engine. Safe connectors, safe agents, no data oversharing. Hallucination management, maker-checker validation, memory for continuous learning. Every agent output is verified before it reaches your operations.
Bruce Can. The workspace where it all comes together. Connect MCP servers, configure agents, and orchestrate outcomes the way your people need them delivered.
Teach. Run. Trust.
Teach it. Show Bruce how your expert handles a situation. SOPs, decision trees, rules, tribal knowledge. If you can describe how the work gets done, you can build the agent that does it.
Run it. Agents run 24/7 across every site and every shift. They monitor conditions, make decisions, trigger actions, and escalate when something needs a human.
Trust it. Every decision is explainable. Every action has an audit trail. Maker-checker validation is built in. Hallucinations are caught before they reach operations.
Works with your existing SCADA, PLCs, sensors, ERPs, and documents. Deploys in weeks, not months. No rip-and-replace.
Highlights
Teach Once, Run Forever - Build reusable AI skills that simulate your domain experts. Your best operator's knowledge, running 24/7 across every site. No retraining.
Model Foundry + Ontology Builder - Unified LLM repository with BYO keys, custom models, knowledge management, graph structuring, and data vectoring. All your AI, one control plane.
Responsible AI, Not Optional - Maker-checker validation, hallucination management, MCP-based privacy architecture. Your AI explains itself, stays in its lane, and never shares company data.

This listing has one pricing dimension, billed under a contract. You purchase Bruce in Units, so your cost scales with the number of Units you commit to. Bruce is an agentic AI platform for industrial operations. It connects your data, ontology, and rules to run human expertise at scale. Because there is a single dimension, pricing is not split into tiers or instance sizes. You adjust your total commitment by changing the quantity of Units. To size the right number of Units for your operations, contact the vendor.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Unit for billing purposes?
The listing bills by Unit under a contract, but the pricing table does not define what one Unit maps to in concrete terms, such as a connected asset, user, or data source. To size the right number of Units for your operations, contact the vendor.
How does my cost change if I add more industrial assets or users to Bruce?
Your cost scales with the number of Units you commit to. Adding capacity means committing to more Units, which raises your total contract cost. The listing does not publish per-Unit thresholds or automatic scaling rules, so confirm how added assets map to Units with the vendor.
What capabilities does a Bruce contract include?
Bruce is an agentic AI platform for industrial operations. It includes conversational Q&A on plant data, a knowledge graph that reasons over asset ontologies and manuals, and workflow tooling that automates report generation, anomaly summaries, and work order creation. Insights can feed control workflows or dashboards.

What do you like best about the product?
Faclon Labs provides solutions that fit our needs, and they also help implement them while taking the time to understand the underlying pain points. The team is dedicated, and based on our feedback, they made the necessary tweaks and changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The water‑level sensor system is working well and has noticeably improved how we monitor the terminal roof. The main drawbacks are occasional minor fluctuations in readings during heavy rain and the fact that it depends on stable network connectivity. Overall, it’s a strong solution, and with a few targeted upgrades—such as better data filtering, offline data logging, and more robust analytics—it could become even more effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faclon Labs helps address key water‑management challenges by offering real‑time monitoring and data‑driven insights through IoT sensors and intelligent automation. Their platform helps reduce water losses, improve distribution efficiency, and strengthen operational decision‑making. For us, this means clearer visibility into water conditions, the ability to act in a timely way, and support for more reliable, sustainable maintenance practices.
