What do you like best about the product?
Harmonic Security stands out for its "coach, don't block" approach, which replaces rigid security hurdles with real-time user guidance to keep workflows moving safely.
Its context-aware detection is also a major win, as it accurately identifies sensitive data within GenAI tools without the constant false positives of traditional security systems.

What do you dislike about the product?
As a specialized solution, its reporting and dashboard customization can feel less mature than legacy platforms but it’s not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Harmonic Security effectively monitors "Shadow AI" usage, identifying and securing sensitive data within unapproved GenAI tools that traditional security layers often miss.
The primary benefit is frictionless innovation, as its real-time coaching allows for the safe adoption of new AI tools without the productivity-killing "block-by-default" approach of legacy DLP.

What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive security in a new and highly dynamic area. Harmonic is constantly adding new features and very responsive to feedback. Implementation was fast and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently only protects browser activity. Would love desktop support in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protecting our company data which includes patient PII and PHI while enabling our team to utilize tools that improve workflow and output.
