While 360insights is powerful, it can feel complex to navigate initially. Some workflows require a learning curve, and performance can occasionally lag with large datasets. Improving UI simplicity, documentation, and consistency across features would enhance usability and overall user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating partner incentives—earlier, tracking sales, validating claims, and calculating payouts was manual and error-prone. Now, it’s automated, improving accuracy, saving time, and giving real-time visibility into performance and earnings.

360insights provides a centralized, easy-to-use platform for managing incentives and rebates. In our experience, it has improved visibility into partner programs, strengthened reporting, and helped maintain greater consistency across our programs.

A good tool to manage Incentive, SPIFF and loyalty programs
What do you like best about the product?
The tool allows partners to sell more comprehensively via the engagement automation of the workflow. Itprovides a single repository to get everything at one centralized place for partners and operationbs team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific on the limitation but interface of the application can be improved to bring more simplicity to the users. I am sure the engineering team must be working on it but it is really not a major hiccup.

The communication between teams and partners become relatively easier and ensures smooth co ordination of workflow. This ensures timely disbursements and also keeping a centralized record of the outflow.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of 360insights is that it by using this service company or user can manage thier sales channel effectively. 360insights help in incentive management and manage auditing also.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I am using 360insights since 1 year, I don't find any loophole in the system and there is nothing to dislike about it. We can generate revenue and increasing in loyalty of partner through it, so I don't think there is something to dislike about 360insights.

The benefits of using 360insights are by the help of using this one can increased sales, improved partner relationships, reduced costs. By using this a company can increase thier revenue and cost effectiveness and incentive management, auditing and many other things that can drive thier business.

The finest feature of the 360 is the interface, you can just simply customize any categories according to your needs. The engagement here is quite impressive copmaring to other sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just wanted to say everything is good but they have to improve their customer service in support to the queries. They are very slow in resolving issues. Alos the text formatting section has to be improved little bit.

It helped me solve the managing promotional activity easily, communicating partners with their tools which is something helping. I am looking to learn more about how to use all the tools
