Fast Setup, Unified Console, and Real-Time Compliance Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
The setup process was noticeably faster than with other MDM tools we tested. Since we manage devices for both staff and students, having a single console that supports multiple operating systems has simplified our day-to-day work a lot. The real-time compliance visibility is also genuinely helpful, because it lets us spot risky devices right away and respond quickly. Integration with our identity providers was smooth as well, which made rollout and ongoing management easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to see more prebuilt templates for education-specific device policies. As it stands, we had to manually tweak several configurations to better fit our environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous process depended heavily on manual device enrollment and tracking everything in spreadsheets. Swif.ai has automated most of that work and strengthened our security oversight across campus devices. It has also helped us maintain the compliance standards required when handling student information. As a result, day-to-day device administration now takes significantly less time.
Simplifying HIPAA Compliance for Community Health Practitioners
What do you like best about the product?
In a busy clinic like Flemingdon Health Centre, our focus must remain on patient care, not troubleshooting hardware. Swif.ai's Endpoint Management Software has been a total lifesaver by handling all our security updates and encryption in the background. I love that it’s a "set-and-forget" solution. It mapped our devices to compliance standards almost instantly, which is huge for protecting sensitive patient data. The visibility we have now across all our laptops without needing a dedicated, on-site IT team gives our clinical staff a massive sense of security.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is incredibly powerful, the initial dashboard view can feel a bit data-heavy for someone with a strictly medical background. I would love to see a more simplified, clinical-focused summary that highlights Health Status without diving into the technical logs. Additionally, while the Remote Support Software is great, I found that the initial setup for some of our older legacy machines in the clinic required a few more manual steps than the newer devices. A more automated onboarding for older Windows versions would be a welcome improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled with the risk of Shadow IT and ensuring that every device used for patient records was fully encrypted. Swif.ai solved this by providing a unified Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution that enforces our security policies automatically. For a senior lead, this means I can verify our compliance status for audits in minutes rather than hours. It has removed the technical friction from our daily rounds, allowing us to focus on treating patients rather than worrying about whether our digital infrastructure is hardened against threats.
Dependable Security for Frontline Patient Care Support

In a massive healthcare environment, ensuring that every tablet and workstation is secure is vital for patient safety. Swif's Endpoint Management Software provides the rigorous oversight we need to stay HIPAA compliant without getting in the way of our pharmaceutical duties. I particularly value how it handles updates and security patches in the background. It feels very reliable; knowing that our devices are hardened against vulnerabilities allows me to focus on clinical care rather than worrying about potential data breaches or system downtime during a busy shift.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the system is so comprehensive, the initial interface can feel a bit overwhelming for someone who isn't in a dedicated IT role. I would love to see a clinical view option that simplifies the dashboard for frontline staff who only need to check their device's health status. Additionally, while the Remote Support Software is excellent for fixing issues on the fly, the mobile notifications can be a bit frequent during peak hospital hours. A more customizable alert system for non-critical updates would help reduce "notification fatigue" for our staff.
