Real-Time Compliance Monitoring That’s Clean, Smooth, and Stress-Free
What do you like best about the product?
This platform makes compliance management feel much less stressful. We work with clients who expect strong security controls, so the real-time compliance monitoring is genuinely valuable. Integrations with tools like Google Workspace and Okta were straightforward to set up, and everything connected smoothly. I also like that the interface remains clean and easy to navigate, even when multiple devices are enrolled.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to see more built-in reporting templates geared toward external audits. Data exporting works well, but having ready-made compliance report templates would save me extra time and reduce the need to build reports from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a better way to demonstrate secure device management during client reviews and audits. Swif.ai has helped us enforce policies more consistently while maintaining clear visibility into employee endpoints. It has also reduced the amount of manual documentation we have to pull together and improved our response time when security requests come in. Overall, this has made audits and reviews smoother and has helped strengthen trust with our clients.
Effortless Setup and Centralized Device Management with Swif.ai
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Swif.ai is how little hands-on effort it takes to get set up. We were able to ship devices straight to new employees, and most of the needed configurations were already applied and enforced automatically. The unified console also made it much simpler to manage multiple office locations from a single place. On top of that, compliance checks run quietly in the background, so employees aren’t interrupted while they work.
What do you dislike about the product?
During the initial setup, a few policy settings weren’t immediately clear to me. I think the experience would be better with more onboarding walkthroughs aimed at first-time admins, especially to help explain those settings upfront.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we expanded into additional offices, device provisioning started to vary from one location to another, and onboarding became inconsistent. Swif.ai helped us standardize the process and gave us clearer visibility across all company devices. As a result, we saw fewer setup mistakes, and leadership felt more confident in our security controls. Overall, the centralized management approach has saved us a significant amount of time.
Modern, Polished Platform with Seamless Cross-Platform Deployment
What do you like best about the product?
Cross-platform support has been excellent in our environment, especially since our developers work on both Mac and Windows devices. Deployment was quick, and most employees barely noticed the transition. I also appreciate the integration with identity providers, which has made access-control management much simpler. Overall, the platform feels modern and polished without being overly complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced audit logs take a bit of digging to find. After I got familiar with the layout, it became much easier to navigate, but the learning curve was definitely noticeable at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our engineering team works across multiple countries, and tracking device compliance was becoming difficult. Swif.ai gave us centralized visibility into endpoint security and policy compliance, which made it much easier to stay on top of everything. It also reduced delays during employee onboarding, since devices could be configured automatically.
Clear, Actionable Compliance and Shadow IT Detection with Swif.ai
What do you like best about the product?
The compliance side of the platform is surprisingly approachable. We needed support for GDPR and our internal security standards, and Swif.ai laid everything out in a clear, organized way. I also appreciate the Shadow IT detection, since it surfaced several unmanaged applications we didn’t realize employees were using. The alerts feel practical and actionable without becoming noisy or overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few of the more advanced settings are buried deeper in the menu structure than I expected. It took some exploration before our team felt fully comfortable navigating everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We operate in a highly regulated environment and needed clearer visibility into employee devices. Swif.ai has given us centralized control and more confidence during internal audits. It has also cut down the time we used to spend manually verifying policy enforcement, which has helped our small IT team stay efficient and focused.
Swif.ai Made Rapid Scaling and Secure Onboarding Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
What stood out most to us was how quickly we could scale. As we brought on new employees every week, Swif.ai made it easy to provision and secure devices without slowing down onboarding. The Okta integration also helped account and device setup feel connected right from the beginning. I especially appreciated how fast compliance insights became available once we deployed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting exports could be more flexible for leadership presentations. The underlying data is there, but the export formatting options feel somewhat basic and limit how polished the output looks when sharing with executives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our company grew, our onboarding process became increasingly difficult to manage manually. Swif.ai helped by standardizing our device security policies and easing the setup burden on our operations team. It also made it easier to ensure remote employees were compliant as soon as they received their devices. Overall, the automation eliminated a lot of repetitive administrative work and made the process feel much more manageable.
Swif.ai Makes Contractor Device Onboarding Simple with Silent Installs & Central Policies
What do you like best about the product?
We onboard a lot of short-term contractors, so keeping device control consistent has always been difficult. Swif.ai made deployment straightforward with silent installs and centralized policy management. I especially appreciated how quickly we could lock down security settings without having to walk users through setup step by step. The dashboard also provides a clear, high-level overview without feeling cluttered or overloaded.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app experience could use a bit more refinement. Most of our work still happens in the web console, but stronger mobile administration features would be really helpful when I’m traveling and need to manage things on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started using Swif.ai, our approach to tracking device compliance across different countries was inconsistent. Now we have standardized controls in place and can verify that every contractor device aligns with company policies. This has reduced onboarding delays and cut down on the number of manual support requests coming into IT. That added consistency has been especially valuable as our workforce continues to expand.
Fast Setup, Unified Console, and Real-Time Compliance Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
The setup process was noticeably faster than with other MDM tools we tested. Since we manage devices for both staff and students, having a single console that supports multiple operating systems has simplified our day-to-day work a lot. The real-time compliance visibility is also genuinely helpful, because it lets us spot risky devices right away and respond quickly. Integration with our identity providers was smooth as well, which made rollout and ongoing management easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to see more prebuilt templates for education-specific device policies. As it stands, we had to manually tweak several configurations to better fit our environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous process depended heavily on manual device enrollment and tracking everything in spreadsheets. Swif.ai has automated most of that work and strengthened our security oversight across campus devices. It has also helped us maintain the compliance standards required when handling student information. As a result, day-to-day device administration now takes significantly less time.
Simplifying HIPAA Compliance for Community Health Practitioners
What do you like best about the product?
In a busy clinic like Flemingdon Health Centre, our focus must remain on patient care, not troubleshooting hardware. Swif.ai's Endpoint Management Software has been a total lifesaver by handling all our security updates and encryption in the background. I love that it’s a "set-and-forget" solution. It mapped our devices to compliance standards almost instantly, which is huge for protecting sensitive patient data. The visibility we have now across all our laptops without needing a dedicated, on-site IT team gives our clinical staff a massive sense of security.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is incredibly powerful, the initial dashboard view can feel a bit data-heavy for someone with a strictly medical background. I would love to see a more simplified, clinical-focused summary that highlights Health Status without diving into the technical logs. Additionally, while the Remote Support Software is great, I found that the initial setup for some of our older legacy machines in the clinic required a few more manual steps than the newer devices. A more automated onboarding for older Windows versions would be a welcome improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled with the risk of Shadow IT and ensuring that every device used for patient records was fully encrypted. Swif.ai solved this by providing a unified Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution that enforces our security policies automatically. For a senior lead, this means I can verify our compliance status for audits in minutes rather than hours. It has removed the technical friction from our daily rounds, allowing us to focus on treating patients rather than worrying about whether our digital infrastructure is hardened against threats.
Dependable Security for Frontline Patient Care Support
What do you like best about the product?
In a hospital setting, our priority is always the patients, and Swif.ai ensures the technology we use stays out of the way. The Endpoint Management Software is excellent, it keeps our shared tablets and mobile units updated an secure without required any manual intervention from the volunteer team. I really appreciate how the system runs silently in the background. It provides a level of digital safety that is essential when we are handling sensitive environments, ensuring that our focus remains entirely on supporting the elderly patients in our care.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is very efficient, the login process on mobile devices can occasionally feel a bit strict when we are moving quickly between hospital wings. I understand the need for high security, but a slightly more streamlined authentication for frequent users would be helpful. Additionally, the Remote Support Software interface is very powerful, but it took a little bit of time to get used to the layout during our initial orientation. A more simplified, volunteer-friendly dashboard option would be a great addition for those of us who aren't tech specialists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to ensure that the mobile devices used by various staff and volunteers were always compliant with healthcare privacy standards. Swif.ai solved this by automating all security patches and encryption, which removed the risk of using an outdated or vulnerable device. For a volunteer at Trillium, this means I can use the provided technology with total confidence. It has eliminated the Shadow IT worry of unvetted apps being installed, allowing our team to provide consistent, secure support to the Hospital Elder Life Program.
Bridging Academic Rigor with Enterprise-Grade Device Security
What do you like best about the product?
In a research and teaching environment as large as Sunnybrook, the ability to manage diverse hardware without a hitch is vital. Swif.ai's Endpoint Management Software has been impressive for keeping our research devices in line with strict health data standards. I particularly like the automated compliance tracking; it provides a layer of security that usually requires a massive IT team. For someone moving between lectures and clinical research, knowing that every device is patched and encrypted in the background is a huge relief for protecting sensitive project data.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is incredibly robust, the sheer volume of technical logs in the dashboard can be a bit overwhelming for those of us on the academic side. I’d love to see a simplified Educator View that highlights device health without diving into the deep system telemetry. Also, while the Remote Support Software is excellent, the initial setup for some of our older, specialized research equipment required a bit of a learning curve. A few more Quick Start guides for legacy hardware would be a great addition to their already helpful documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled with maintaining a consistent security posture across a rotating group of researchers and staff. Swif.ai solved this by giving us a unified view of all active endpoints and automating the encryption protocols that used to be a manual headache. For our department, this means we can focus on teaching and medical innovation rather than worrying about the Shadow IT risks of unvetted software. It has effectively removed the technical friction from our workflows, ensuring our digital infrastructure is as professional and secure as our clinical environment.
