What do you like best about the product?
What impressed me most was how easy it was to deploy. We were able to roll it out without needing hands-on support from our employees. The Shadow IT feature has also been very useful for spotting unknown apps, and it adds an extra layer of control that we didn’t have before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile-specific controls could be a bit more detailed. For basic use, they’re fine, but when it comes to advanced configurations, things can feel somewhat limited. That said, it’s not a major issue for our current needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team works fully remote, and our device management used to be inconsistent. Swif.ai helped us standardize policies and make sure every device meets our security requirements.
