Sometimes the replies need small corrections. It’s good overall, but not always perfect, so we still review some responses manually to make sure everything is as accurate as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has reduced the number of repetitive questions our team has to handle, which saves time and lets us focus on the important customers.
