What do you like best about the product?
The compliance-focused features delivered immediate value for us. While preparing for investor security reviews, we needed stronger evidence that company devices were being properly managed. Swif.ai gave us clear compliance visibility and made it easier to organize our controls in a more structured way. Its integrations with compliance platforms also cut down a lot of the manual coordination and follow-up work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the initial terminology can feel a bit technical, especially for teams without a dedicated security background. That said, after a short learning period, it becomes much easier to understand and navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before adopting Swif.ai, our device compliance information was scattered across multiple systems and spreadsheets, which made it hard to get a consistent view. The platform centralized our security posture and gave us a much clearer picture of overall endpoint health. As a result, preparing for due diligence became significantly easier, and it reduced the effort needed to respond to security-related questions from stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
I primarily like using Swif.ai to manage employee devices across the company while keeping security policies consistent as our team grows. It's been very useful for monitoring device compliance and making internal compliance checks, especially when preparing for SOC2 requirements. What worked well for us was being able to keep track of company devices without constantly doing manual security checks. Tracking company devices made it easier to know which ones are compliant and to quickly spot anything that needs attention, saving time by eliminating the need to manually check security settings across different employees' devices. The initial setup was straightforward, and getting devices enrolled and connected didn't take much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a small learning curve at first, especially understanding some of the compliance-related configurations and security rules. A few of the security policy settings took some extra time to figure out, so clearer onboarding or setup guidance would definitely help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Swif.ai to manage employee devices and maintain security policies, saving time on manual checks and keeping us organized for compliance. It helps us track device compliance efficiently, which reduces configuration efforts and ensures we meet SOC2 requirements successfully.

Swif.ai Made Our Post-Acquisition Device Migration Smooth and Centralized

What do you like best about the product?
After we acquired another company, we suddenly found ourselves managing devices across two separate environments. Swif.ai’s migration and deployment capabilities made the transition far smoother than we expected. Being able to apply consistent policies to all endpoints from a single console saved us a lot of time and manual effort. The compliance monitoring was also useful for quickly spotting gaps and differences between the two organizations, so we could address them sooner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reports take multiple clicks to reach the detailed information. The data is there, but the navigation could be streamlined in a few places to make it quicker and more intuitive to find what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After the acquisition, our biggest challenge was bringing device management together under one approach. Swif.ai provided a centralized way to manage devices, users, and compliance requirements without getting in the way of employee productivity. As a result, we were able to speed up integration efforts and reduce security risks throughout the transition period.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Swif.ai because it provides a single platform to manage devices, monitor security status, and support remote employees, which simplifies our day-to-day operations. I like the Endpoint Management Software for its clear visibility into our environment and the Remote Support Software for resolving issues without disrupting productivity. The platform is easy to navigate and does not require significant training. I especially appreciate the straightforward interface, reliable remote support tools, and the visibility it provides into device health and compliance. The setup process was straightforward, with device enrollment, policy configuration, and monitoring becoming operational quickly and with minimal technical overhead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting covers the basics well, but I would like additional customization options for dashboards and scheduled reports. Some advanced policy settings required extra documentation during implementation. More prebuilt compliance and operational reporting templates would help teams quickly access the information most relevant to their workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Swif.ai centralizes device oversight, improves security visibility, and reduces manual work. It simplifies management, monitoring, and remote support in one platform, easing operations for our distributed team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Swif.ai for providing a simple way to manage devices without adding administrative overhead. Their Endpoint Management Software helps maintain visibility across company devices, and the Remote Support Software makes troubleshooting easier. Device enrollment and policy management are straightforward, even for a small organization. I appreciate how Swif.ai helped centralize endpoint management, improve device visibility, and reduce manual monitoring, allowing us to focus more on supporting business operations. The initial setup was straightforward; device enrollment, policy configuration, and endpoint visibility were up and running within a few hours without major challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reporting features could offer more customization. While the platform is easy to use overall, a few advanced settings required additional time to understand. More predefined templates for different compliance and security scenarios would make initial setup even more efficient for smaller teams. I would like more flexibility in building custom reports, especially for device compliance, software inventory, and security status. Export options and scheduled reporting could be expanded to better support internal reviews and operational planning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Swif.ai to centralize endpoint management, improve device visibility, and reduce manual monitoring, helping us focus more on business operations. It provides a simple way to manage devices without extra administrative overhead and makes troubleshooting easier with its Remote Support Software.

What do you like best about the product?
Our workforce changes significantly throughout the year, and Swif.ai has made onboarding and offboarding devices much simpler. With silent deployment, we can prepare devices quickly without needing extensive involvement from our support team. I also appreciate the identity provider integrations, since they help keep user access and device policies aligned. Overall, the platform scales smoothly during busy hiring periods.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some dashboards could offer more historical trend data. The current status visibility is excellent, but having additional long-term analytics and trend reporting would add even more value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing device security for temporary employees used to create operational challenges each season. Swif.ai has automated much of the enrollment and compliance process, which has reduced administrative overhead. It has also increased my confidence that company policies stay enforced, even during periods of rapid workforce growth.

Decent tool for locking down remote laptop deployments
Reviewed on Jun 05, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
The automated device enrollment side of things works incredibly smoothly for our remote staff. Getting laptops completely locked down with our required security baselines right out of the box takes almost no manual effort from the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filtering on the device compliance reporting dashboard feels slightly clumsy when you are trying to drill down into specific regional sub-groups quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a much tighter grip on endpoint tracking across the company.

Solid multi-OS endpoint control without the typical enterprise bloat
Reviewed on Jun 05, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
Managing a mixed fleet of engineering laptops used to require fighting with separate, heavy MDM tools. Swif.ai consolidated our endpoint management software needs perfectly. Pushing out mandatory security patches silently across both macOS and Linux machines works flawlessly. The integrated remote support software features also let us troubleshoot developer access permissions instantly without disrupting their workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The custom software deployment logs can occasionally feel a bit delayed when tracking massive asset rollouts. It eventually updates correctly, but during active compliance sprints, I’d prefer true real-time execution tracking down to the second. The UI navigation can also feel slightly sluggish when filtering through dozens of active security policies at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a seamless way to enforce baseline security controls to maintain compliance without slowing down our engineering sprint cycles. Swif.ai solves this by handling our device enrollment, tracking unauthorized background applications, and maintaining patch hygiene automatically. It gives our team full visibility into fleet health while saving us hours of manual provisioning.

What do you like best about the product?
It handles tracking unauthorized applications across our remote staff quite well. It was surprisingly easy to set up and quickly flagged a few unvetted file-sharing programs our teams were using without filling out security requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
The alert system is a bit sensitive out of the box. We had to spend some time tweaking the notification rules so our inbox didn't get flooded every time someone added a basic browser extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a much cleaner grasp on our data security footprint now.
