Outstanding Experience with This Software
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate this product for its data observability features and real-time monitoring capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation could be improved, as it is sometimes lacking in detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It addresses job slowness problems, as well as issues related to the platform, ODP, and the Pulse portal.

What do you like best about the product?
Good support, Great resolutions on issues, good response to tickets and always supportive round the clock.
What do you dislike about the product?
Required little improvement in documentation part.

Great Features and Tools, But Usability Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ODP and Pluse from Acceldata, as well as the wide range of features they offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it offers features that meet current requirements, I find it difficult to use and integrate. Additionally, the Ambari UI contains some bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acceldata supports working with advanced tech stack that is currently in demand in the market. Additionally, Pulse offers useful information about the platform and provides recommendations based on that data.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the managed support provided by Acceldata; it significantly simplifies our day-to-day activities. Their support is exceptional, resolving our main issues effectively and promptly, which ensures a smooth operation of our migrations. I value their prompt response, professional approach, and effective issue resolution capabilities. Using the 'Pulse' tool from Acceldata is particularly beneficial, as it allows us to monitor our clusters and receive server-level metrics, along with cluster-based alerts. This tool enhances our capability to manage and oversee our operations efficiently. Additionally, the initial setup is hassle-free and straightforward without any critical complications. I find the entire experience with Acceldata valuable and look forward to a continued successful partnership.

Yes, its solving main core issues , I find Acceldata simplifies our daily operations with excellent support, resolving main issues promptly. The Pulse tool aids in monitoring clusters and server-level metrics, enhancing operational efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acceldata helps companies really understand and trust their data. The idea of making data more reliable and easier to manage is something I find very meaningful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any strong dislikes, but I know every fast-growing company has challenges around keeping up with scale and change. I see that more as an opportunity than a negative.

We used to spend a lot of time figuring out why data jobs failed or were slow. Acceldata makes it easier to spot those issues early and keep our data running smoothly.

The best thing about Acceldata is its ability to provide real time, end to end visibility at automated monitoring across complex data pipelines, enabling teams to quickly detect anomalies and ensure reliable, high quality data for decision making

Could be more intuitive but these areas are steadily improving with frequent updates

Acceldata solves the problem of unreliable and hard to monitor data pipelines by providing unified real time observability. Its benefitting me by reducing data downtime leading to higher productivity

It can be difficult at times to create a system from the ground up.

Acceldata brings all the data necessary for me front and center. Having all the data in one place makes it easier to observe and analyze trends.

Acceldata is a great platform for data management and monitoring. It's ODP product is a better alternative to HDP. The integration is very easy and the customer support is awesome.

There is nothing much to dislike about Acceldata. However, the UI/UX can be improved to enhance user experience.

Acceldata helps us in effective data management and consolidation. It's ODP product is great and easy to use. Our data organization has become very easy due to Acceldata's various integrations.
