What do you like best about the product?

Acceldata offers a unified platform for data reliability and pipeline observability, which reduces tool sprawl and enables teams to manage data health effectively at an enterprise scale. The platform integrates well with modern data ecosystems, making it easier to onboard key pipelines and systems without excessive operational overhead.

From an implementation standpoint, the flexibility of the platform allows it to be adapted to organization-specific architectures and operational requirements, rather than enforcing rigid patterns. Once onboarded, Acceldata becomes part of the day-to-day operational workflow, with teams frequently relying on it for monitoring, triaging, and understanding data issues.

Additionally, the product and engineering teams are highly engaged and collaborative, often extending or customizing capabilities to address specific enterprise needs—an important differentiator for complex environments where out-of-the-box solutions alone are not sufficient.

What do you dislike about the product?

The team has been very cooperative and responsive. As the platform continues to evolve quickly, there is an opportunity to better align the speed of new capability development with how rapidly those capabilities are packaged, documented, and transitioned to end users. Given the platform’s flexibility, expanding AI-enabled features to further automate insights and recommendations would also help customers take even greater advantage of the solution.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We already had a strong foundation in data reliability and data quality, and Acceldata has helped us standardize and scale those capabilities across teams. More recently, as we entered the pipeline observability space, Acceldata provided a natural extension to our existing reliability framework, allowing us to gain end-to-end visibility into pipeline health and performance.

With our initial pipeline observability implementation recently going live, we are already seeing positive results in terms of improved visibility, faster issue detection, and clearer operational insights. Together, these capabilities are helping us move toward a more proactive, predictable data operations model while strengthening collaboration across engineering, platform, and support teams.

What do you like best about the product?

The data observability module in Acceldata offers valuable insights into platform usage. The ability to create custom user-defined functions enables us to implement our own logic as needed. Additionally, the pipeline observability component keeps us informed about the current status of our pipelines. The integration with the Atlan platform provide DQ metric information on the catalog metadata.

What do you dislike about the product?

The lack of version control for updates causes recurring instability, while limited dashboarding and reconciliation features hinder data oversight. Furthermore, restrictive data violation export limits and the manual effort required to sync rules across environments create significant workflow bottlenecks.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Acceldata is helping us create DQ rules on our Analytics Data Product. Its also helping us monitor the DBT pipelines.

What do you like best about the product?

Acceldata provides native and seamless integrations with leading platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks. It addresses the essential aspects of observability, including Data Quality, Pipeline Health, Infrastructure Observability, and Cost Optimization. Additionally, Acceldata takes a partnership-driven approach and offers round-the-clock support.

What do you dislike about the product?

While the platform offers impressive power, the extensive range of features can result in a steep learning curve for non-technical stakeholders, so ease of use often depends on the user's background. There is also potential to further improve the reporting tools and to keep refining the user interface for a smoother experience. On the positive side, the support team is highly responsive to feedback, and we've noticed several UI enhancements in the most recent quarterly updates.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Acceldata addresses the challenge of monitoring data quality across our most important assets and critical pipelines. With its real-time anomaly detection and automated alerts, we are able to identify schema drift before it affects our business stakeholders. As a result, our overall trust in the data has grown significantly.

What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate this product for its data observability features and real-time monitoring capabilities.

What do you dislike about the product?

The documentation could be improved, as it is sometimes lacking in detail.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It addresses job slowness problems, as well as issues related to the platform, ODP, and the Pulse portal.

What do you like best about the product?

Good support, Great resolutions on issues, good response to tickets and always supportive round the clock.

What do you dislike about the product?

Required little improvement in documentation part.
