What do you like best about the product?
The data observability module in Acceldata offers valuable insights into platform usage. The ability to create custom user-defined functions enables us to implement our own logic as needed. Additionally, the pipeline observability component keeps us informed about the current status of our pipelines. There is also integration with the Atlan Catalog.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is frustrating that there is no way to control version upgrades, which often leads to instability on the platform after updates. The dashboard capabilities are also quite limited. Additionally, the reconciliation feature for the reliability component lacks robustness. Another inconvenience is the restriction on downloading bad records, as only 10,000 records can be downloaded directly, and any additional records must be retrieved from the S3 bucket, making the process less user-friendly for end users.

Acceldata is helping us create DQ rules on our Analytics Data Product. Its also helping us monitor the DBT pipelines.

The documentation could be improved, as it is sometimes lacking in detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It addresses job slowness problems, as well as issues related to the platform, ODP, and the Pulse portal.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ODP and Pluse from Acceldata, as well as the wide range of features they offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it offers features that meet current requirements, I find it difficult to use and integrate. Additionally, the Ambari UI contains some bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acceldata supports working with advanced tech stack that is currently in demand in the market. Additionally, Pulse offers useful information about the platform and provides recommendations based on that data.
