What do you like best about the product?

I like the UI because it’s clean and easy to look at. It gives the user a clear view of how many items need to be reviewed, and what’s required to clear an alert.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some of the details on the list are not updated. For example, with FBI Most Wanted, there are individuals who have a DOB listed, but the data in ComplyAdvantage doesn’t include it. If the DOB information were available, it would be easier to clear the alert, or it might not have triggered an alert at all. Another issue is that it doesn’t show the country for company hits. Because of that, the agent has to click into the alert details just to check the country, even though it could already be clearable if the country were shown on the case page.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

They update the UI from time to time, so navigation and working through the queue feels seamless.

What do you like best about the product?

The interface is intuitive and easy to understand, which makes complex risk monitoring much more straightforward for our team. Moving through the workflows feels seamless, helping reduce training time and making day-to-day compliance tasks simpler. The platform also integrates smoothly with our existing systems and technology stack. Setting up data flows is clear and straightforward, enabling efficient real-time monitoring and consistent data synchronization across our tools.

Performance has been fast and reliable, delivering real-time screening and monitoring results without noticeable latency. It handles high volumes of checks efficiently, so operational workflows keep moving without friction. The ROI is easy to see, since automated screening and monitoring significantly reduce manual review time. The pricing structure feels aligned with the operational efficiency and risk reduction we gain.

Onboarding is structured and well guided, allowing teams to get up and running quickly. Support has been responsive and perceptive, with a clear focus on resolving questions promptly. Not much to add right now. Still, I’m hoping the tool can also pull in results from other open sources.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Running a modern business means keeping up with complex, constantly evolving global financial rules, from anti-money laundering (AML) regulations to updates to international sanctions lists. Handling all of this manually takes a huge amount of time, adds significant friction to onboarding, and leaves too much room for human error.

What I like most is that it makes compliance checks a lot easier and saves time on manual work. It's pretty straightforward to use, and having all the information in one place makes it easier to review potential risks. The alerts are also helpful because you don't have to constantly check everything yourself.

Sometimes there are too many alerts that aren't really relevant, so you end up spending extra time reviewing them. It can also take a bit of time to find the exact information you need. Overall, it works well, but a few things could be more straightforward.

ComplyAdvantage helps us with customer screening and identifying potential risks without having to do everything manually. It saves quite a bit of time, especially when dealing with larger volumes of checks. It also makes it easier to keep track of alerts and spot anything that needs a closer look.

What I like most about ComplyAdvantage is its user-friendly UI and how easy the tool is to use. It also includes AI support, which makes the review process much easier. The tool performs fast and provides real-time updates. If I have any suggestions for fine-tuning, the support team is always responsive and keeps me updated. It’s also efficient when it comes to system integration. Overall, the price feels worth it compared to other products on the market.

A bit more information should be included in the results, such as country and date of birth, since these details are available in other open sources.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our main challenge is accurately screening customer names against sanctions lists, and ComplyAdvantage makes this process smoother and easier.

Easy and quick to use, and simple to navigate around the site.

Some links are outdated and no longer work. Also, the matches can be unrelated to what I’m looking for, like video games, movies, and similar content.

It helps with screening and running names for reviews.

ComplyAdvantage automates eKYC with a smooth, straightforward workflow, and the webhooks are well designed to return the necessary information. I have seen very few false positives, which is what I like most.

What do you dislike about the product?

It would be better if ComplyAdvantage could show the webhook history to help track and debug past payload delivery attempts.

Automated EKYC within 10 minutes, which drastically reduces our manual review workload and speeds up overall user onboarding

The UI/UX is great. I like that you can clear using CA because it’s connected to our internal system, so it’s not just a reference. I also like that the sanctions lists are merged into a single hit. On top of that, the clearing process is fast.

What do you dislike about the product?

Not much to say overall. Sometimes there are delays, which can be frustrating. I also don’t like that some hits show addresses in the details, but on the main interface the hit summary doesn’t display the country.

It definitely solves our sanctions-clearing task, and it also makes our work more efficient overall.

It’s easy to use for transaction monitoring. Entity alerts and transaction alerts are kept separate, which makes reviewing and prioritising them much more efficient. I also like being able to create cases directly from alerts, which keeps investigations organised and makes it easy to track progress and document decisions in one place.

What do you dislike about the product?

In Mesh screening, news articles are grouped together under a single match, and you can’t select or review each article individually. That makes reviews harder, because each article may refer to a different entity or individual. Being able to assess and resolve articles one by one would make the process more accurate and efficient.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

ComplyAdvantage brings our sanctions screening results together in one place, so it’s easier to review matches and manage alerts efficiently. It also lets us set our own parameters for transaction monitoring, so we can tailor rules and thresholds to our risk profile.

What do you like best about the product?

I find ComplyAdvantage easy to use and integrate, and the initial setup was pretty easy. I like the dashboard and response time. Its updated lists and matching when I need them are useful, and I value continuous monitoring so I don’t have to screen users each time.

I have downtime about once every week, and we had a major one two months ago.
