What do you like best about the product?
The real-time capabilities are impressive, and integration is quite straightforward. The rules logic is, allowing you to build according to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The procedure to release new rules, from the testing, simulation and deployment can be a bit challenging sometimes, and in many occasions we had to rely on ComplyAdvantage support which would defeat the purpose of a self-service platform and speed.
Also one other thing, the API integration to export data from the platform to other downstream systems is not that straight-forward and not close to real-time (it generates export, which are also available max for 90 days)

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate ComplyAdvantage for its robust and trusted functionality that provides a seamless and easy-to-use experience. Over the years, it has consistently allowed me to swiftly perform sanction checks on new inquiries, ensuring compliance with sanctioning laws, which is crucial for my role in placing business into Lloyds. The setup experience was straightforward with no difficulties, allowing me to integrate it into my workflow effortlessly. I find the program to be reliable with no significant issues, and I value the confidence it provides in maintaining compliance. This trust in its capabilities is why I would consider purchasing it again and highly recommend it to others seeking similar solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when a positive hit for a sanctioned individual or an individual with adverse media appears, there is no way to select just that hit. The PDF printout shows every name, inclusive of the positive hits, which can be confusing. It would be beneficial if I could select just the positive hits to clarify exactly which results I'm referring to when I say a positive hit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ComplyAdvantage to swiftly perform sanction checks, ensuring compliance with sanctioning laws, which facilitates secure business operations.

What do you like best about the product?
Having used ComplyAdvantage daily since October 2021, across two different roles that I have worked in, I can say that one of the best features of the platform is its ease of use, especially as a Compliance professional who doesn't have time to struggle with obscure, difficult to use platforms. Their customer support is also top notch and working with them has been a pleasure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be clunky at times, however I know that improvements have been made in ComplyAdvantage Mesh, although I have not had the opportunity to use it as yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PEP, Adverse Media, and Sanctions screening. To say the least, it benefits the company that I work for by ensuring that we are not exposed to risks from a Compliance perspective.

What do you like best about the product?
A very simple and easy-to-use platform which has helped our business manage sanctions and compliance on a large scale, across a range of teams and geographical locations. The platform is able to deal with and manage a thousands of requests per day across the company which is a great help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only comment I would have about the platform as a whole is the Search Certificate document that is created once a compliance check is made - this could more clearly show the result of the check so as to easily show that the entity has been approved. Apart from that, everything has worked brilliantly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every time we transact business with a new entity, we are required to provide evidence that the entity meets our compliance standards and is approved for use. This is made very easy through ComplyAdvantage's software.
