Effortless Gift Card Purchases with Instant Delivery
What do you like best about the product?
I find Xoxoday really easy to use for buying gift cards or vouchers. I appreciate the instant delivery, which is a standout feature for me. I like that it can offer vouchers in a range from the lowest to highest prices, unlike some other sites. I also think it's the best site for these services. Plus, I'm happy with the app version.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Xoxoday could improve by launching a reward program for users, allowing them to earn points to redeem some vouchers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Xoxoday to buy gift cards easily, with instant delivery. It offers a range of voucher prices from low to high, which some other sites don't.
Purchasing a giftcard of amazon on xoxoday and my experience
What do you like best about the product?
It's variety of options for giftcards and orther shopping items and I want to buy a giftcard for my myself and I purchased that on xoxoday it's was super easy and quick. And the delivery of giftcard was instant with proper instruction to redeem it. Just love how they care about user that they use it properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find anything wrong with it and the only thing that can be improved is ui and that's it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xoxoday provide variety of giftcard with variety of e-commerce site giftcard voucher and help me to buy a giftcard for me to spend it something I like.

What do you like best about the product?
The API Integration to any apps or website and simple plug and play operations
What do you dislike about the product?
Must be innovated with simple API or SDK solution for plug and play - SSO integration must be removed as it is outdated for enterprise solutions

It solves our rewards engine ecosystem and we would be able to get more sales with the smart engine
Purchasing a giftcard from xoxoday
What do you like best about the product?
Like I want to buy a giftcard for my colleague and I really don't know about anything about website or platform that can provide me a gift card but then somewhere I know about xoxoday and I buy a gift card from there and it's really fast and easy
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really hate anything about xoxoday but UI interface can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing all types of e-commerce giftcard and other types of shopping items. Giving all e-commerce platform giftcard is really beneficial to give a gift to others.

The choices of what is on offer is quite limited. Many items have a minimum points that can be redeemed

I had an issue redeeming Keells Sri Lanka vouchers, but they are addressing the problem very quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service was excellent, and they kept me updated regularly about the issue I was experiencing.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't encountered any issues, but I do feel that the product selection is quite limited. It would be better if there were more options available.

One of the products was not delivered, even though the status showed it as delivered. After I looked into the issue, they resolved it within a week and made sure the products were delivered securely.
