Databahn Streamlines Data Integration and Cuts SIEM Costs with AI Optimization
What do you like best about the product?
I greatly value the tool’s ability to seamlessly integrate data from multiple sources into a unified, governed layer with an intuitive UI. Its AI-driven optimization reduces data volume, which in turn lowers SIEM costs. The tool’s strong performance is impressive, and the responsive support team enhances its reliability. When comparing SIEM storage costs without Databahn, the expenses are significantly higher, making Databahn a highly worthwhile solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup would be a bit complex if we are not using the SaaS solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to seamlessly integrate data from various sources into a unified governed layer. This will reduce the overall cost of the SIEM by reducing the cost and storage in SIEM by routing the data into multiple destinations

An experienced and professional team that can understand various data types. They are responsible and develop solutions that actually work.

Nothing. Very responsible and capable team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team developed and built an automated review and analysis system that works with different data types and layouts from multiple sources. Previously, this work was handled manually, which took up valuable time for our internal team.

What do you like best about the product?
I use DataBahn primarily as a data processing and enrichment pipeline that sits between raw log ingestion and downstream platforms like Microsoft Sentinel. It normalizes and standardizes data before it reaches the SIEM, ensuring fields are consistent across sources. This means that instead of dealing with messy, inconsistent logs inside Microsoft Sentinel, I get clean, structured, and standardized data from the start. This process of data handling makes my job much easier and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Troubleshooting issues like dropped logs and parsing failures can sometimes lack clear visibility or detailed error feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use DataBahn to process and enrich data, ensuring it's clean, structured, and standardized. It normalizes logs from different tools, making analysis consistent and eliminating messy, inconsistent data in Microsoft Sentinel.

its AI-driven automation and ability to streamline complex data pipelines. The platform’s scalability and real-time data integration greatly improve data accessibility and decision-making.

There’s a bit of a learning curve at first, especially when setting up complex data pipelines, but once you get familiar with the platform, it becomes much easier to use.

DataBahn eliminates data fragmentation by connecting different systems and automating data flows. This has saved us significant time, reduced manual errors, and given us real-time visibility into our operations.
