    Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
    Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator  to estimate your infrastructure costs.

    Vendor refund policy

    Customer must notify DataBahn customer service via support ticket within five (5) business days from the occurrence of the SLA incident & provide the details of the incident. DataBahn will use log files, database records, audit logs & any other information available to validate an SLA Claim & make a good faith judgment on the applicability of this SLA to such SLA Claim. DataBahn reserves the right to deny the service credit if the Customer does not qualify.

    SaaS Support: Software-as-a-Service Standard Support and Maintenance Services. At a minimum, customers who purchase DataBahn's Services will receive Standard Support and Maintenance Services in accordance with this Support Policy during the SaaS Term stated in the applicable Order.

    Software Support: Software Premium Support and Maintenance Services. At a minimum, customers who purchase a Term Software License will receive Premium Support and Maintenance Services in accordance with this Support Policy during the License Term stated in the Order.

    Other Support. Platinum Support may be available for an additional fee as an upgrade from the Premium Support otherwise included for Term License Software or Services. DataBahn provides Platinum Support and Maintenance Services (and any other available enhanced supplemental Support and Maintenance Services) in accordance with the applicable Support Supplement for Platinum Support.
