    Seamless Cross-Platform Password Manager

    Reviewed on Aug 13, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I use Bitwarden every day for managing personal and professional password credentials. It works perfectly across all my devices, including Android, Linux, Mac, and Windows machines. What I like most is how Bitwarden seamlessly integrates with my web browsers, especially Chrome and Firefox, making it very functional for my needs. The initial setup is just easy, which was great for getting started quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can be more user-friendly to create new passwords. It would also be helpful to have a way to automatically organize old credentials because using each one for a long time can lead to having a lot of outdated credentials that need to be categorized. Additionally, I wish there were more security features, like the ability to change my passwords directly on the websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden solves my problems by centralizing my credentials across all devices. I like how it seamlessly integrates with Chrome and Firefox, making password management convenient and accessible.

Streamlined Password Management with Top Security

    Reviewed on Aug 11, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I use Bitwarden for password management. I like that it is a clean and soft tool to use, both on my laptop and smartphone, providing a fast and seamless experience without any security issues. Having the same environment on all my devices makes my internet use fluid and nice. I work with digital products and I love Bitwarden from a user experience standpoint. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like to receive emails about new features, and I dislike any modal screens in apps or websites. I want a good user experience without disruptions, so I would prefer a checkbox in the app for managing new terms instead. However, if there are any security issues, I need to know about them through push notifications or emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden solves my online security issues and memory overload by managing over a hundred passwords securely and efficiently.

Efficient Password Management with Room for Improvement

    Reviewed on Aug 10, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting from the admin console in Bitwarden because it tracks usage and helps monitor passwords at risk and duplicated passwords across accounts. The pricing and reporting features are why my team switched from 1Password to Bitwarden. Also, the rollout was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the single sign-on could be improved, especially when using the browser extension. It would be better if SSO could be used on the extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Bitwarden reduces risks from written-down passwords and helps me improve management between our users and teams. I also like that the admin console tracks usage, monitors passwords at risk, and detects duplicates.

Rock-Solid Local Encryption you can trust

    Reviewed on Aug 10, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Your data is encrypted locally on your device before it ever reaches Bitwarden's servers. As a result, even Bitwarden can’t read your master password or access your vault.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to sleeker, more modern password managers like 1Password, Bitwarden's interface (both desktop apps and browser extensions) can feel a bit utilitarian, clinical, and dry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most people have dozens of online accounts, which leads to using weak passwords, repeating the same password across multiple sites, or writing them down on sticky notes. Bitwarden eliminates this by generating and remembering complex, unique passwords for every site

Reliable, Secure, and Free Password Manager with Fast Autofill

    Reviewed on Aug 10, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Bitwarden is how reliable and secure the password vault is while remaining completely free for personal use. The browser extensions and mobile apps make autofill extremely fast and accurate, which has saved me a lot of time compared to other managers. I especially appreciate the open-source nature and the ability to self-host if needed, plus the clean, no-nonsense interface that doesn’t push constant upsells. The family and organization sharing features also work seamlessly when I need to share credentials securely.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main things I find less ideal are related to the user interface and occasional performance quirks. The web vault and browser extension feel a bit dated and less polished compared to some competitors — navigation can be clunky and the design doesn’t always feel modern. Autofill also isn’t 100% reliable on every website, which sometimes forces me to copy-paste manually and slows things down.
On the pricing side, while the free tier is excellent, some useful features (like emergency access, advanced 2FA options, or file attachments) require a Premium subscription, which can feel limiting if you want the full experience without upgrading.
These aren’t deal-breakers, but improving the UI modernization and making autofill more consistent would make the experience even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Bitwarden I was constantly dealing with password reuse, forgotten credentials, and the time-consuming process of resetting accounts. Managing logins across work and personal accounts felt messy and insecure.
Bitwarden solved this by giving me a single, encrypted vault that syncs across all my devices. Now I can generate strong unique passwords for every site, autofill them instantly, and share credentials securely when needed. This has significantly reduced the number of password-related support tickets and account lockouts I used to face.
The biggest benefits are better security (no more weak or repeated passwords) and real time savings — I no longer waste minutes searching for or resetting logins multiple times a week. The free tier also delivers excellent ROI since I get enterprise-level password management without any cost for personal use.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part is the customer support, always responsive and fast. Also the UI/UX and is super natural and easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that AI/Intelligence can be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The performance and security part is vital for our company. Also the pricing is pretty fair.

Shared Passkeys, Easy Migration, with Smooth Onboarding and Great Value

    Reviewed on Aug 09, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
    1. The shared passkey feature is needed for the team I managed, given Salesforce's recent tightening of security standards.
    2. The ease of migration from LastPass, which does not have this feature.
    3. The sales team that made it super easy for onboarding.
    4. Very competitive pricing.
    5. Ease of use - not a lot of learning to do when compared to our previous tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a lot of collections in our shared vault. When I scroll to a collection that is lower on the page and click it, I need to scroll back up every time to see the list of items in the collection. The usability could be improved here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My managed services team uses shared Salesforce accounts for some of our smaller customers, as we have a pool of resources that work across our customer accounts, and we cannot have Salesforce accounts for each member in our pool of resources. All our Salesforce user accounts have privileged access to our customer accounts, and so the MFA mechanism must use a more secure passkey method. Bitwarden allows saving of passkeys for these shared accounts, which enables my team to continue to use the shared accounts for supporting our customers.

I use Bitwarden to safeguard sensitive data and trust it due to good reviews and responsive support.
