What do you like best about the product?

As a web developer, what I appreciate most about Bitwarden is how seamlessly the browser extension and integrations fit into my daily workflow. The UI/UX feels clean, intuitive, and non-intrusive, which makes password auto-fill across dev, staging, and production environments effortless. Performance-wise, the app is extremely fast and lightweight, with zero lag when unlocking or searching through vaults.

On the onboarding and support side, getting our team set up with organization vaults was straightforward and quick. Overall, Bitwarden delivers excellent value and ROI compared to competitors, offering enterprise-grade security at a very reasonable cost. I also like that it stays focused without unnecessary, bloated AI features; instead, its smart auto-fill and secure password generation provide all the “intelligence” we need to stay highly productive day to day.

What do you dislike about the product?

While Bitwarden performs very well overall, the browser extension’s user interface can feel a little basic and dated compared with some newer password managers. The automatic prompts to save or fill passwords also occasionally miss dynamic login forms on more complex web applications or single-page apps, which ends up requiring manual copy-and-paste of credentials. In addition, when working in large organization vaults, managing granular permissions for shared items could be more streamlined and easier to handle.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bitwarden helps solve credential fragmentation and reduces the risk of unsafe password sharing across engineering teams. As web developers, we’re constantly jumping between internal portals, staging servers, and third-party SaaS tools, which can make managing access feel scattered. Bitwarden replaces risky practices—like sending credentials in chat or storing them in plain text—with secure, centralized organization vaults that keep everything in one place. It makes developer onboarding smoother, maintains strict access control, and gives us peace of mind knowing team secrets stay encrypted and compliant with our company security policies.

What do you like best about the product?

The almost instant password updates and the easy SSO setup with Entra ID made me love this product right away. The UX is simple and to the point, with no extra clutter, which is another big plus. I also enjoyed attending the webinar where Bitwarden Support explained how to use the Admin Portal very clearly. For the features provided, I believe Bitwarden is one of the most competitively priced products on the market. Their new AI features are also something I’m looking forward to trying out. It works seamlessly across browsers and on my phone as well.

What do you dislike about the product?

The lack of solid integration with macOS is something I see as a quirk. Other products handle this much better, like Strongbox.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bitwarden helps us provide our customers with an administered password manager that can be configured to follow the fundamentals of Zero Trust.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how simple it is to use with my team. I've used Bitwarden in multiple roles in my career and found the ease of permissions and folder structure second to none. If I do have a question, their support team are excellent at getting the answers I need very efficiently. It integrates well into our browsers and the SSO function is incredibly helpful when we're onboarding new members to our team. It's affordable for our business and is always available when we need it. The backup process is simple too.

There's nothing that I dislike about Bitwarden

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had an issue with SSO signing up accounts in my domain when logged in accidently. The team got back to be very quickly and we've put a policy in place to prevent this from happening again.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like Bitwarden for its ease of importing passwords and the excellent user experience. The browser extension has been super helpful, making our adoption process smoother. I appreciate the centralized password management with a zero trust framework. Bitwarden's Collections feature is particularly valuable for department-based password management, and it simplifies onboarding new staff. I also like the option to give people access to passwords without them seeing the actual passwords. Additionally, I think Bitwarden's framework and pricing are unbeatable compared to other options we considered.

What do you dislike about the product?

I really like the Bitwarden extension, but it can get a bit annoying how often it prompts for the master password. I think there's a way to adjust this in the settings, though, so it's not a huge problem. Also, while the help articles are pretty useful, I just wish they were easier to find sometimes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bitwarden provides centralized password management and allows easy sharing with staff. It simplifies importing passwords, offers great UX, and facilitates secure access without revealing passwords, improving onboarding.

I love the simplicity of Bitwarden and its features. It allows me to centralize my team's credentials.

What do you dislike about the product?

It should be possible to create a Send directly from a credential. Currently, you have to manually copy each element of the credentials to prepare the Send.

Bitwarden allows me to centralize my team's common credentials through collections.

What do you like best about the product?

I like Bitwarden for its simplicity and straightforward UI, which means I barely need to do any training or support and receive great feedback from users. The wide range of support across different devices is also a big plus, making collaboration easy for my IT team. Having a secure place to store passwords and easily share credentials is really helpful. Bitwarden helps us avoid weak or reused passwords, which is important for our team's security.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some of the admin and management features could be a bit more intuitive. In particular, managing collections and permissions can be confusing because permissions don't inherit from the parent collection, which can make managing access for larger teams more time-consuming. Also, importing from Team Password Manager was time-consuming due to custom fields created in our old software. I would also like to have more features in the Windows application. I personally use it for my RDP sessions. I used to have 1Password and they had a lot of shortcuts that I could use directly from my keyboard to get access to a password in just a few shortcuts so that I could search, and copy password very easily. The current shortcuts in the Windows Application don't work very well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Bitwarden to securely store passwords, making it easy for my team to access and share credentials and avoid weak or reused passwords. Its straightforward UI requires minimal training, and the device support is wide-ranging.

What do you like best about the product?

It's the most simple password management solution I've ever used. Easy to create new complex passwords and save them directly to the site you are using, as well as setting up your authentication too. Amazing.

I've not come across anything I dislike in 3 years of using it.

It's helped to provide our end users with easy access to complex password creation and storage of their credentials and authentication all wrapped up in one. The autofill feature is a hit amongst our users as it makes their lives easier, making IT's life easier.

The support from Bitwarden is also fantastic as it's always a quick response with useful detailed information. If it's an issue rather than a question, it's always been a quick turn around time.

What do you like best about the product?

The security provided means I don't have to worry about whether my passwords will leak to others. Moreover, it's super practical to use the extension daily.

What do you dislike about the product?

I have nothing to comment on something I don't like.

I really like Bitwarden's UX because it solves almost everything on a single screen. I find the experience more direct, simple to understand, and efficient, without requiring the user to navigate through multiple screens to complete a task.

What do you dislike about the product?

One thing I don't like is that some information and settings are a bit hidden, requiring more navigation than I would like. Although I really like the idea of solving everything on a single screen, I think the hierarchy could make it clearer what the main action is and where to find certain settings.
