What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Bitwarden personally and professionally for over 10 years. GREAT security. Easy to use. The ability to have SSO integration with Entra for Enterprise is HUGE. Overall the performance is where I would expect it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the articles for SSO integration were a little lacking. I did end up using an AI to help with Bitwarden+Entra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re working to modernize our infrastructure by improving password hygiene and enforcing stronger randomization. At the same time, we’re laying the groundwork to support passwordless logins going forward.

    Open-Source Security with Seamless Integration

    Reviewed on Aug 30, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I love Bitwarden for being the gold standard in open-source and secure password management. It is perfect for both personal and enterprise environments, acting as a centralized vault for storing, generating, and auditing credentials across all platforms. Its commitment to open-source security is second to none, providing transparency and trust through its 100% open-source codebase and regular third-party security audits. I appreciate the flexibility Bitwarden offers; for privacy enthusiasts or IT professionals, being able to self-host on a private server gives me total control over my data. The built-in 2FA feature in the Premium tier is amazing, as it simplifies the login process significantly. Plus, I can use it across any device since there are no device limits even on the free tier, which keeps everything in sync seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Bitwarden is exceptional for core credential storage and security, I find several friction points that can detract from the user experience—especially when compared to polished commercial alternatives like 1Password. It has clunky or inconsistent autofill; while standard login forms work smoothly, Bitwarden can struggle on modern single-page applications, dynamic pop-ups, or custom multi-step login pages. It sometimes fails to detect fields automatically, requiring manual inline triggers or copying credentials directly from the extension. I also find the user interface utilitarian, prioritizing utility over visual polish. The design across browser extensions, desktop apps, and mobile clients feels functional but visually dense, lacking the fluid animations, clean typography, and intuitive categorization found in platforms like 1Password or Dashlane.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden as a centralized vault for credentials. It offers open-source security, ease of use with autofill across devices, and flexibility with self-hosting for total control. It simplifies 2FA, syncing seamlessly without device limits.

Efficient Password Management for Marketing Tasks

    Reviewed on Aug 28, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Bitwarden keeps my passwords for different marketing tools, social media accounts, email platforms, and other online services organized and secure. It saves me time because I don’t have to remember or look for different passwords, making it easier to access multiple marketing accounts securely. I also like how easy it is to use and how convenient it makes managing different accounts and passwords. The autofill feature is another thing I appreciate, as it makes logging into different accounts much faster and easier. Additionally, setting up Bitwarden was very easy and understandable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the autofill doesn’t work perfectly on every website, so I have to copy and paste the password manually. It happens in websites where the login fields aren’t detected correctly. I think making autofill more consistent would improve the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden to keep passwords for marketing tools organized and secure. It saves me time by not having to remember passwords and makes accessing accounts securely easier.

Simple, Feature-Rich Password Management in One Pane of Glass

    Reviewed on Aug 28, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It's very simple yet has enough features to manage all of our passwords under a single pane of glass. It makes logging into websites and accounts very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of much other than the fact that I have to sign into my vault every single time I open a website manually. I would hope if I signed into my vault once, it would cache my credentials until I close my browser but maybe this is a required security thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden helps us manage our passwords under one location, which speeds up productivity.
