Long Implementation and Inconsistent Bilingual CV Grading

What do you like best about the product?
It was a nice tool for grading when we started our AI journey we didn't
What do you dislike about the product?
Long time for implementation. Not able to fully trust the grading as we did testing in French and English for the CVs the grading results didn't come out the same. We are a bilingual company and it is important for us that candidates are graded equally. we did not use the UI for spotlight nore manager hub as it is not imbedded in workday which could confuse the user to move from one interface to the other. We also didn't implement the integration with teams as the chanels didn't delete themself after being created which leaves a lot of ghost channels for the recruiter.

Setting and configuration would be the biggest bottleneck so far - depending on the user, it may take longer to successfully configure HiredScore for their unique needs.

It's incredibly useful for providing insights and data statistics to help refine plans for marketing in general.
