Two solid years of cutting our design screening time in half

    Reviewed on Aug 24, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
We’ve run HiredScore AI across our operations at UXAM for a long time, and it honestly saves our sanity during heavy hiring spikes. It auto-ranks applicants instantly, and syncing that shortlist straight with our dxsigned contract workflows makes bringing on talent super quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
It looks at resume words instead of actual design portfolios, which is really bad for hiring creatives. Also, trying to make it connect properly with dxsigned took us way too much time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We cut days off our hiring turnaround and get vetted creatives onboarded without the usual admin chaos. Our team spends less time babysitting candidate spreadsheets and way more time focusing on client deliverables.

Makes Candidate Screening and Prioritization More Efficient

    Reviewed on Aug 20, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I use HiredScore AI for Recruiting to help our talent acquisition team identify and prioritize relevant candidates more efficiently. It helps us screen large candidate pools and match people to suitable roles. I like the candidate matching and prioritization features because they help us quickly identify candidates who are a good fit based on their skills and experience, so recruiters don’t have to manually review every profile with the same level of attention. The initial setup was fairly straightforward, and once configured, the day-to-day use is much easier. It integrates alongside our ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to enhance our recruiting workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The matching results can sometimes need a manual review, especially for candidates with less traditional career backgrounds. I’d like more control over how recruiters adjust matching criteria and weighting for specific roles. I would like more flexibility to adjust the importance of specific skills, experience, and job requirements for each role. It would also help to have clearer explanations of why a candidate received a particular match score, so recruiters can review and trust the recommendations more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HiredScore AI for Recruiting to efficiently identify and prioritize candidates. It reduces manual screening, helping us match candidates to roles more quickly and accurately, saving time and allowing a focus on engagement and interviews.

The autonomy it provides means I never have to guess my next move, which is a big plus. It significantly speeds up the recruiting process, giving me back a lot of time by eliminating much of the sourcing work. This allows me to focus more on candidate assessment and relationship management. The setup was easy, which made transitioning to the software a smooth experience.

Major Time-Saver for Prioritizing the Strongest Candidates

    Reviewed on Aug 19, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest benefit is how much time it saves by prioritizing the strongest candidates for me. Instead of manually reviewing every application, I can quickly focus on the candidates who are the best fit and move them through the process faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI recommendations aren't always accurate, so I still need to manually review candidates rather than relying completely on the rankings. It can also be a little slow at times, and some candidates or information don't always display correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps reduce the amount of time I spend manually reviewing and screening applicants. HiredScore helps prioritize candidates based on the requirements of the position, allowing me to focus my time on the strongest candidates and move qualified applicants through the process faster.

Finally making sense of our massive resume database

    Reviewed on Aug 17, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Working at VaStaffer, we get totally swamped with applications. My favorite part is how it digs through our existing database. Instead of always paying to post new job ads, it pulls up people who applied months ago that happen to fit our new roles, and it grades them right there. I don't have to read every single resume manually anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
The constant Teams notifications were driving me crazy initially. Having it connected to our chat sounded like a great idea, but my phone was just blowing up until we went into the settings and turned the useless alerts off. Getting some of the older managers to actually log in and use it took some begging, too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't waste nearly as much money on external job boards now because we just reuse the talent we already have on file. The tool does the heavy lifting for shortlisting, so we actually get to talk to real people on the phone instead of just reading PDFs all week long.

    Efficient and User-Friendly Recruiting Revolutionizer

What do you like best about the product?
I love using HiredScore AI for Recruiting because it's incredibly user-friendly and makes the job of sorting through applicants so much easier. Its accuracy in ranking candidates is a game changer, allowing me to quickly see the best fit without manually sifting through all applications. With over 500 applicants for some jobs, the way it narrows them down from highest to lowest score is really efficient. It's also great that the system is easier to navigate than other ATS systems I've used, making reviewing resumes quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed that there are some resumes that HiredScore AI would rank highly, even if the candidate is not in the right location, like out of the country. Also, there are times when it doesn't add a score and just shows NA, which might be due to the candidate's error. But other than that, I think it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find it easier to sort through applicants with HiredScore AI, which ranks them accurately and speeds up my process. The user-friendly interface allows me to efficiently handle over 500 resumes.

Effective ATS with Room for Improvement

    Reviewed on May 13, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I definitely like being able to add hashtags and notes to candidates, like their location, experience, and what position they're going for. It's great for overseeing multiple states and keeping track of details. I also appreciate the track system for filling out sensitive information. I found the initial setup of HiredScore AI for Recruiting pretty easy to grasp, especially since I had experience with a similar system at my old job. Overall, I would recommend it, especially considering it's easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely filling out the contact information is problematic. A lot of the times, candidates put references in their resumes, and the track system kinda takes it as their personal contact information. So we have to go in there and really make sure that each candidate is uploaded correctly. If not, we're accidentally emailing the wrong person or calling the wrong person, and even giving the wrong name. That happens a lot, and it's really annoying. It's time consuming, especially since we have to check every single one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HiredScore AI for Recruiting mainly as an ATS system to track candidates across various positions. It makes filling out some applicant resumes easier, and lets me add hashtags and notes for easy search, helping with detailed candidate tracking.

    Time-Saving Candidate Ranking Tool

    Reviewed on May 12, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that once you give HiredScore AI for Recruiting the requirements, it efficiently goes through all the CVs, figures out the skills, and matches them to what we're looking for. This capability helps us in finding the best suitable candidate for the position, which is the best part for me. It saves us a lot of time by providing a quick ranking of candidates based on their skills matched to specific positions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think, when the requirements are not clear or the skills are not defined, it basically fails. It gives weak ranking or rather the ranking doesn't work properly. So if the requirements are vague or the managers are not clear what they're looking for, it basically doesn't help us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HiredScore AI for Recruiting to quickly rank candidates by matching their skills to positions, saving recruiters' time by sorting through hundreds of CVs efficiently.
