What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to find the correct infromation.
I love that you can go to peoples Linkedln.
I can find ALL the information I need.
Titles, emails, and phone numbers. Its amazing I love this site and woud reccommend it to ANYONE
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all it is all wonderful. I really like everything about it. I would have to say I love that you can export to excel and not have to go in and put them in indivdually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving me the knowledge about each business I am looking into!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to find the right contact with the right contact information. It's a huge time saver and takes what would be a COLD call, and makes it a little warmer
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a little 'data' confusion with companies or contacts with the same name(s). I usually send the corrections to them easily enough
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a game-changer for finding contacts efficiently. Huge time-saver, consistently gets me to the right people. Invaluable for sales.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides data on prospects and customers that you may or may not have which can help leverage sales with selling additional products. Customized lists are also super helpful! Customer support is A+!
What do you dislike about the product?
Shared lists are lacking as well as excluding specific segments needs work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
obtaining email addresses on prospects and finding similar companies to existing customers

What do you like best about the product?
The organization is easily the most helpful part. Being able to tell companies and divisions within companies apart has contributed greatly to my skills as a sales rep.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue is the inconsistency regarding email addresses and phone numbers. Some companies are an open book and other companies are hidden, even from Zoominfo SalesOS
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of contacting our customers with real-time, accurate info. It also solves the issue of figuring out which customers are still active and which companies have folded, been assigned, etc

Terrible Account Management

What do you like best about the product?
The platform integrates to the website, and to our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team wasn't getting the value we wanted out of the product and as a result we were not utilizing the product at the level of our subscription. We met with our account management team at ZoomInfo to relay this feedback and got no real support on making our team more successful with the product.

Toward the end of our contract we asked about other features to make the product work for us (specifically on auto-enriching leads), but the cost for adding this was prohibitive. We evaluated another solution and when we told ZoomInfo we would not be renewing, they brought up that we had a 60-day auto renewal clause in our contract terms. Even though we were in active discussions with them about making changes to our subscription because the product wasn't meeting our needs, they are trying to enforce the auto renewal. Our rep never mentioned this to us, and in fact was trying to get us to renew "early," despite the fact that our auto renewal date had already passed without mention. This is a deceptive tactic that (after some quick googling) is common practice for ZoomInfo -- strong arming their unhappy customers into an ongoing agreement by failing to mention the auto renewal until it is too late.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about zoominfo is that it is one software where you can find your targetted leads and all information about them at one place. It is always updated about the companies and contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful is when linkedn link of some members is not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is benefitting me in promoting my sales output by providing me with very useful and targetted leads. It helps me in creating a database very fast and accurately.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to find information very quickly and in an easy way to qualify companies. It integrates very well with the tools my organization utilizes. I use it on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has not been anything that I have not found easy and consistent within zoominfo salesOS

What do you like best about the product?
Huge database of contact info, there's a reason they're a market leader in this regard. Pretty easy to use as an IC, but most reps opt to use it as an accessory to other systems as the in-web browser view can only take you so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slightly glitchy - more app performance or service issues than I'd like to see from a company their size. They also could stand to decomplicate some of their integrations setup. Their account management team is typically very hard to reach, in my experience.

What do you like best about the product?
It has everything needed to run a smart go-to-market program. Account intelligence, web tracking, intent data, contact information, sales sequencing, advertising.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is pricey but it's worth it. I've used it for years at multiple companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo allows our sales team to easily find accounts on our website or spiking with high intent, so they can focus their efforts on the best accounts. The integration with SFDC makes it easy for them to do their job.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using the browser extension when I am calling prospects to make sure I have their most up-to-date numbers which makes reaching out and actually connecting so much easier. So easy to install and use right away. I use it almost everyday at work and it is one of my most valuable tools
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that sometimes the way that ZoomInfo interacts with Salesforce in terms of importing contacts can be frustrating especially when the right data is imported to the wrong place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is solving the main problem of getting the most direct way to reach out to prospects so that I can have the conversations that matter with them
