Unethical Company that uses "GOTCHA" Business Practices to Lock Customers in Unknowingly

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Salesforce is convenient. Though pretty much all of the data is irrelevant. The emails and phone numbers are all outdated and it has me, personally, listed still at a company I haven't worked at in a long time.
What do you dislike about the product?
BEWARE: ZoomInfo does not communicate this, but has buried into their contracts an auto-renewal clause that triggers 60-days BEFORE your annual contract ends. So, if you notify them 1-59 days before your contract is scheduled to end that you are wanting to cancel your upcoming contract renewal then it won't matter. You will be locked into the next year even though you provided them notice you were looking to cancel.

This is a testament to the quality of data they provide.

If they have to build "gotcha" clauses like this into their contract and then heavily enforce it, it shows how much faith they themselve have in the quality of their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cold calling is dead. Your potential customers do not want to be interrupted by you. I would recommend you dedicate resources more toward creating lists and a loyal following of your brand versus cold calling and emailing like what ZoomInfo provides. You will be much better served in the longrun.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to research for my leads and quickly find mobile, corp, and direct numbers to contact the right prospects, 98% accuracy; I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to re-login every time you have to use the google extention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've searched and quickly found mobile numbers, which has increased my team's outreach and answer rate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo is the most helpful database. If you're an SDR or researcher, you must be working with ZoomInfo

Very huge data sets of organizations and prospects

What do you like best about the product?
It has the direct number and mobile number of prospects that helps salespeople reach out to prospects efficiently, and also the scoops help find the right organizations to reach for our products and services. News sections also give quite a lot about organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
30% of the time, prospects have already left the organizations, and the prospects' contact details are not accurate. On Linkedin, the prospect is a stranger than what we are looking for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting the contact details of prospects that help me reach out to them effectively by email and over the phone. Business performance has increased drastically, which helps me achieve my quota.

What do you like best about the product?
I have found relevant contacts that I would never have found without Zoominfo and been able to connect with them through email & phone, and/or at least been given direction as to where to proceed when prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides! Only wish my company provided the upgraded version so that certain companies that I'm looking into weren't restricted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding relevant contacts, knowing business size and revenue, confirming information within our system is accurate, being able to directly see contacts on LinkedIn.

What do you like best about the product?
Good integration with Outreach and Salesforce for ease of use
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't capture cell phones the way we had access to them previously with LeadIQ
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed to integrate leads directly into other programs and quickly prospect. Could be utilized more for net new accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo gives me all the information I need about prospects; it saves me a lot of time on my research. I can export prospects lists and upload them to my CRM in less than 5 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though most contacts have the correct information, sometimes the emails are not accurate. Also, the application experiences lag often or the search filters don't work sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With zoominfo I can find prospect information, save time for me and other sales representatives.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Define your buyer persona as best as possible since zoominfo provides a lot of options and millions of contact

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way you can sort contacts by state and other values, and you always know exactly where you are in the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a minute to learn all the nuances of how to navigate the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see that Engage is going to help me to know what contacts are new, and which ones I've reached out to so I can always know where to pick up where I left off.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create lists, tag accounts, and customers, and create a salesflow using Engage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I would need in my prospecting that is currently not available to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to better qualify prospects on the front. I have been able to better target market. I have been able to reach more prospects than ever.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy but at the same time it is very powerful and accurate
What do you dislike about the product?
in the beginning it can feel a little overwhelming with all the bells and whistles
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am constantly getting leads with no phone numbers and it allows me to call those people now. I'd otherwise only be able to email, and I also grab mobile numbers from ppl that are tough to get on the biz line.

What do you like best about the product?
Broad and comprehensive sales intelligence for contacts and companies
What do you dislike about the product?
The distributed multi-database cloud application can be a challenge to use, but help is always available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to find appropriate contacts to prospect, and ZoomInfo solved that problem. We found more than sufficient contacts.
