Need to be more agile and user friendly. Initially it takes time to understand this tool.

Jira, Agile and DevOps coordination among multiple squads and leadership.

Using various apps of it. It very helpful to keep track of the project and tasks.

Documention, ticket management, repository management, they are helping me.

I am using it for repository management for projects and its easy to use and manage multiple projects.

There is nothing to dislike but it will be great to see more useful features in future.

I am able to easily manage my project and safe to share projects with read only public access. I can share the useful information to people with this.

It is a very Simple UI and easy to understand.

We need to install a separate application 'Authy' for two factor autenication.

we should have to mobile authentication instead of sperate application 'Authy'

Everything we need is in one place. all documents billing information knows that apply to a particular client very easy to use the entire picture all at once instead of having to search through multiple files we can conglom commercial and personal accounts which is also huge bonus

very diverse app, allows great opportunity to create training and useful tool for the company.

I have nothing negative to say about the app,its simply amazing.

Makes keeping track of opened cases and issues a breeze.

The chat worked. That's all we needed for as long as it lasted.

Atlassian stopped the product, so we had to switch over.

We went away from Yahoo IM, since it stopped working, so we needed something else. Atlassian was brought up, so we tried that.

Very customisable, allows multiple teams to communicate on the same projects as well as providing abilities to create knowledge bases and external facing documents.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing, it's a great peice of software I have yet to find anything I have a problem with.

We have a global team with lots of people logging in at different times. We therefore need a way for everyone to work on the same project around the clock. Specifically in product management.
The benefits are better eficinecies and lots of product features launched.
