What do you like best about the product?

Our partner support team is the most responsive of any vendor I have ever worked with. Marketplace is complicated enough and our team responds to questions just as fast as support tickets. Great job.

What do you dislike about the product?

Quote to Cash UX could be improved. I know they are working on it.

AWS and Azure Marketplace transactions and SFDC integration

Ease of integration and configuration for AWS ACE connection

Number of updates seem a lot but likely typical for the product like this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We don't need to make manual ACE updates and it is great to have the flexibility to control which opportunities are updated automatically.

What do you like best about the product?

The SaaSify team has helped launch our solutions on the AWS an Azure marketplace. It's automated workflows has helped us with creating private offers, and accelerate our marketplace transactions. We also appreciate the dashboard managing our marketplace offers. The SaaSify support team has also been great providing us with support when needed.

We have enjoyed working with the SaaSify team and appreciate them enhancing their reporting capabilities.

The SaaSify has helped us launch our marketplace offering enabling us to reach more partners and customers and help us drive more revenue.

The team from Spektra is very knowledgeable and patient in helping me through the setup and testing steps.

There is nothing I can think of to say I dislike.

SaaSify is helping us to configure, test and manage our Google Cloud marketplace listings.

What do you like best about the product?

SaaS solution that lets me transact dozens of products across AWS, Azure, and Google marketplace with ease. Technical integration is a breeze and not a hundred bells and whistles that we don't need. Their technical support is amazing and they get real experts on the phone with you if a blocker does arise (usually from the frequently changing hyperscaler requirements). Refreshingly simple purchasing model that doesn't penalize me for success or growth.

What do you dislike about the product?

Interface is a little confusing until you have done a few transactions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to transact SaaS/Cloud Managed Services deals via the marketplaces without doing engineering work. Allows customers to use their Cloud Commits to pay for our solutions which has opened key new revenue streams.

What do you like best about the product?

SaaSify simplifies our selling presence in cloud-based marketplaces and provides an affordable platform for driving revenue growth through new digital sales channels. The SaaSify dashboard provides an easy-to-use environment for managing public and private offers, subscriptions, and leads. The Spektra team is always responsive and helpful when clarifying processes and answering our questions.

What do you dislike about the product?

It would be ideal if Spektra Systems had staff based in the US (west coast) Pacific time zone.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The SaaSify platform handles all of the enablement activities associated with a smooth end-to-end marketplace selling experience. This frees up time for our organization to focus on reaching net new customers.

What do you like best about the product?

From the start, the team at Spektra Systems was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and provided us exactly the type of support we needed as a small company. The team got our marketplace presence up quickly and painlessly. SaaSify is great in providing us the cloud interface we need, backed up by a team who provided valuable expertise navigating the different cloud providers and how to best work with them.

What do you dislike about the product?

I cannot think of anything at the moment.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

SaaSify provides an easy-to-navigate reporting interface.

What do you like best about the product?

SaaSify takes away all the complexities of the Microsoft Partner Center by having a modern, user-friendly UI sitting on top of it.

What do you dislike about the product?

None that I can think of. My experience using SaaSify has been great so far.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

SaaSify allows me to quickly onboard Sitecore customers to Microsoft's transact program. The platform is laid out intuitively and thus reduces the need to "figure things out".
