What do you like best about the product?

The was available throughout the setup. Constant checkups, working together with Mr. Tausif, who helped us set things up with composure.

What do you dislike about the product?

We faced some issues with the website, which haulted the setup a few times.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

SaaSify acted a bridge which helped us setup our product on AWS marketplace, CRM integration and getting us AWS program credits

What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciate SaaSify's responsive on-call support. Whenever we have questions or issues with our AWS Marketplace listing, they are there to help. I also like how easy it is to manage product information and keep our AWS Marketplace listing organized and up to date. The initial setup was straightforward, and we were able to get started without any major issues. Overall, I've had a very positive experience with SaaSify, particularly with their responsive support and ease of managing our AWS Marketplace listings.

I use SaaSify to efficiently manage and maintain our AWS Marketplace product listing, keeping it organized and updated.

I found the support at SaaSify quite good, especially because it helped seamlessly with the migration to the new AWS partner management environment. Additionally, the initial setup of SaaSify was easy.

SaaSify supports the migration to the new AWS partner management environment with hassle-free support, which helps me carry out the transition smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?

We operate across all three major cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, and GCP) and Saasify's cloud GTM platform lets us manage listings and private offers from a single platform instead of juggling three separate cloud consoles. Private offers in particular have become much faster and less error-prone.

The Salesforce integration is where Saasify really stands out for us. Their team built extensive customizations around our specific CRM workflows, so marketplace and deal data lands in Salesforce exactly the way our sales and ops teams work. It doesn't feel like a generic connector; it feels built for us.

We've also enabled GCP co-sell through Saasify and the setup was smooth, with strong guidance from their team throughout. Their team of cloud experts helped us hit the ground running and help us with top-tier ongoing support 24x7.

What do you dislike about the product?

Very little so far. We're yet to configure AWS and Azure co-sell, so we can't speak to the full co-sell experience across all clouds but based on how GCP co-sell went, we expect it to be straightforward.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Multi-cloud marketplace operations used to mean fragmented processes across AWS, Azure, and GCP — separate portals, manual private offer handling, and no CRM visibility. Saasify consolidates listings, private offers, and co-sell into one platform, and the customized Salesforce integration gives our teams marketplace visibility inside the CRM they already live in. The result is lower operational overhead, faster private offer turnaround, and cleaner deal data.

Customer experience in partner center migration and partner revenue measurement.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing for now. Had a good experience interacting with the team.

PCM and PRM migration

Prompt Support and intelligent and knowlegable staff. The performance was good with good UI for onboarding process. Integration was done seamlessly with great pricing model.

Polite and intelligent discussions. Integration went semaless and the performance was top notch.
